My 140k-mile BMW X3 x35i has needed some serious attention over the past several years, and I've relied on shops closer to the South Park Hill area to address its aging problems. One shop on E Colfax charged me $5k to address several concerns a few years ago. The car ran better, but never like it did when I first purchased it. I was seriously considering purchasing a new car.After reading the reviews, I stumbled across Dart Auto via Google Search and scheduled an appointment to address my intermittent check engine light. Andrew explained their diagnostic process when I dropped off the car, and in a couple of days, it was returned with a new high-pressure fuel pump and valve cover. It was not inexpensive, but all repairs were cleared with me ahead of time, and honestly, my X3 hasn't run this well in 60,000 miles. Andrew was very honest about the expected longevity of my car vs other models/engines, and I'm happy to have a much more reliable car that I plan on keeping for a long time.Excellent job, Dart Auto!!

Dart is one of the best local shops in town. Great group of guys and factory trained techs. Did a great job on my 2013 911 . I ll use them in replace of the dealer going forward.

Amazing amazing amazing 10 starts from start to finish. In all my decades of being a car owner I have never had an auto repair shop go above and beyond like Dart Auto Service & Repair did for me.Three weeks after moving here, I had a malfunction with the wiring system which melted the connector to myreverse /parking/ tail light cluster. Not knowing a person in the state., I trusted the Mini dealership BAD DECISION ON MY PART! . So I googled BMW auto repair -Dart Auto Service & Repair popped up and was relatively close to where I was living in the reviews were outstanding.When I say their services is outstanding, I want to point out from the first call I made to make an appointment @ Dart auto -to the appointment itself - getting the part WITHOUT PRICE GOUGING - to fixing my car AND SHOWING ME What s going on with my car and why it s happening AND Explaining why and when particular types of service need to be taken care of versus trying to service multiple things in one appointment- giving me a ride home so I didn t have to sit at the shop all day, then coming back and picking me up -actually washing my car versus spit shining it like theDealerships do -including the option to pay by texting my account/services done with a breakdown giving me the option to pay online or in person WAS PERFECT AND FLAWLESS!!On top of every single detail being flawless all of the mechanics that work at DART Auto Repair our licensed to the highest level per manufacture BMW /Audi/Mercedes etc..Trust me when I say you will not find a better affordable and/or respectfulauto repair/service Shop in the United States other than Dart Auto Service & Repair.They will be the only one servicing my JCW from here on forward!!Thank you so much for your service and kindness!!!

Andrew, Jesus, and the whole team at Dart is fantastic. Jesus got me in on short notice to fix a coding issue on my 955 Cayenne. Easy to feel comfortable when surrounded by the beautiful air cooled specimens that are in their care. My 79 911SC came with extensive receipts from Dart, and runs like a top. Highly reputable shop for both old and new P cars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my vehicle to DART for routine maintenance. Andrew had great communication, and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.It did take longer than I expected, and just a heads up, there is no on site waiting - but other than that, great experience and definitely recommend.

I spoke with Andrew regarding a dead battery and dashboard messages. He provided some insight related to the messages and confirmed he could work me into the schedule. I dropped my car early and got it back same day. They were great on price and very professional. The battery and messages were resolved and I was on my way. I wish I had used these guys years ago! I got a ride back home and then again to pick up my car, BONUS! They are friendly, informative, and my car runs so smoothly I can't believe it. We had been going to the dealership, but every time the employees caused damage or forgot to complete the work we were charged for. Glad to find a good mechanic.

Great shop to bring your vehicle to. Honest and very committed to the customer. 2017 Tiguan a VW dealership in Lakewood quoted $6k to replace what they said was issue (timing chain and cam shaft) Andrew and his team diagnosed and had nothing to do with either! They found a bad valve that broke for letting in oil and was throwing all the codes. Cost for diagnostics, repair and oil change from Dart-$1k. Tiguan runs like a champ after they repaired. Plus Andrew took time to talk to my daughter about other small tips on gas selection and oil selection that would make her Tiguan run better and proper maintenance

I used to go to the Mini dealer across town until I found this fabulous shop. They ve made complicated fixes and always done correctly. I have more trust in them than most businesses of the same ilk. It s unusual to become friends with auto repair shops, but I love what these guys are all about; quality work done correctly the first time while fostering positive relationships. Newish to Denver and didn t have a go-to shop for my Audi. My brake sensor light came on and I knew the big brake job was imminent. So I called around to a few places including the dealer. My friend who works in the auto biz gave me access to the parts database so I could validate what parts were going to cost me. I AM VERY HAPPPY with my choice in DART.1) not the cheapest in town but slightly lower than the dealer (mainly labor $)2) super transparent (detailed quote with just a phone call) and friendly communication with Andrew from the get go.3) they didn t try to oversell me, and in fact, accepted that I am on a tight budget and helped me make decisions about the other milestone service items.I had them do my front brakes (rotors and all components of brake system) and spark plugs (I was long overdue). My baby purrs like a kitten and she s ready for winter, mountain driving!PS my mom just had an emergency situation w a dead battery on her Audi and they got her car in same day.

I've been going here for a few years now for all routine service and other repairs on my Audi. Having come from another shop that was recommending replacement of parts I didn't need, it has been very refreshing to find a place where I feel a greater level of trust in the recommendations. Andrew, the service adviser, is great and always communicates well and in a timely manner about service issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to a friend.

I brought my 911 Carrera for an oil leak, the infamous IMS, clutch and few other things and experienced a great level of attention and service. A certified Porsche expert/dedicated mechanic worked on my vehicle and the advisor (Andrew) kept me informed with all the details. I now have a great vehicle for many miles to enjoy. Bottom line, outstanding service, and without leaving the fact everything is backed with their 3 year/36k mile warranty. Brought my 2014 vw beetle in due to a strange noise coming from my front tire. My beetle has not been riding very smoothly so I was worried it was my suspension. Instead of charging me thousands to have that done, they were honest and recommended me the bare minimum I needed to keep my car in good condition (CV boot was completely ripped). I never felt forced into work I didn t want done and I appreciated their constant willingness to communicate though out the process. Andrew at the front desk is awesome! Previous owner of my Porsche 968 had broken out the warning bulb on the dash to avoid getting messages associated with a faulty airbag (and possibly to more easily sell the car) - Dart worked with me to diagnose the problem and get it fixed at the most reasonable price possible. Also replaced the AC compressor. Just drove the car around the state for 750+ miles with no issues (AC worked great and no warning lights on dash). Anytime I need work on my Porsche, DART is the place I go. I recently had a window switch repaired in my 2010 911 Carrera 4S for a fraction of what the dealership quoted me. Recently had the car inspected by DART before selling, which gave the new owner additional peace of mind of the state of the vehicle. Thanks again!

I've been using DART since I got my first Porsche in 2015. We take both our vehicles there. They're a wonderful service repair shop. The pricing is fair. They are very accessible. this is my go to shop from now on, i fully trust them to work on my vehicle. super nice educated people and super quick turnaround time. i had my slave go out early in the morning, was able to get it towed to their shop around mid day and they had completed the service early the next day. also did a full inspection on the vehicle, quality work, quality people!

They gave me a long ride home and provided a free Uber ride back to the shop. Very nice and easy for me and appreciated. They found that mounting my tire on my new wheel would allow an alinement bringing it back to specs. They returned the parts that they thought were needed and saved me money. I trust them and if I keep my Porsche, I ll take it back for whatever it needs.Service: Wheel alignment

This place is awesome. They are thorough in diagnosing & fixing your cars problem. They listen and give you a complete work up of your cars maintenance needs , even if you elect not to fix everything or the major things first, when you leave this place you will know everything that s wrong with your vehicle.
