Shomotion, LLC has been using Colorado Chassis for 15+ years and they've never let us down. We've used Josh and his crew for everything from basic alignments to frame stretches; most recently they converted our rollback to air ride. EXCELLENT. Is the one word I would use to describe my experience with Josh and crew at Colorado Chassis. From the first time I contacted them, trough to the end and even after. I have nothing but good things to say for this company. I had a truck that need frame liners and a Pusher axle installed. They gave me a estimate which, I found to be VERY reasonable. When I dropped the truck off. I asked them to do a few extra things that were not included in the original quote. Realizing these things would add to the final price. Then during the job, They noticed another problem that needed to be address and reached out for my approval which, I gave. In the end, they had done such a good job controlling cost on their end. When I got the final invoice which included the extra items I had added as well as the additional item they found. The final price was actually a little less than the original quote. Also, I am an incredibly picky person when it comes to my trucks and how they look. I found their quality of work to be excellent with a LOT of attention to detail. These days, it is very difficult to find a company dedicated to quality and customer service the way Josh and his crew are. I will absolutely be using them again and recommend them to anyone.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is a top notch shop. Every issue I have had has been handled by the owner Josh. If you want a quality job, you have to wait your turn, it's a busy shop for a reason. If you don't understand that then take it to the truck stop. You get what you pay for. AWESOME SHOP.

These guy took my busted frame on my 2000 Peterbilt mixer and completely restored my frame and suspension. My truck was in bad shape and when I picked it up it s like they turned back the clock on my truck. I would highly recommend this place I also have photos of before and after, all and all I spent around $12 ,000.00 worth every dollar when this guys take on jobs they do what they say from the startServices: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

From the 1st time we drove up to the business we were greatly impressed. Mike walked out to us.We have a 1981 Freightliner FLC 120. We wanted to stretch it from 240 to 300 wheelbase. We also wanted power steering. This truck did not come with power steering, It also had spring ride suspension and was a very rough riding truck. We wanted it to have air ride suspension.Mike looked over the truck and told us exactly what they would do and the time frame involved. They sent me the estimate the following day and I agreed to it and work began. Mike took pictures each day of the work they had done. That was awesome ! He kept me in the loop every step of the way.Our truck is so enjoyable to drive now.I would highly recommend Colorado Chassis.Mike, Russ, and Josh know what they are doing.I will do business with them again !!!5

The guy in charge is a complete a$$hole. He told me it was going to take 4-6 weeks to look at my truck, when the 6 week mark came around I called to check the status and was pretty much told it would be another 4 weeks and if I didn't like it to go pick it up and figure it out. Terrible customer service!

Called Monday June 11, 2018 to schedule my truck. They told me it would June 20 before they could get me in. I scheduled it. Called on June 19 to make sure everything was good before towing my truck 70 miles to their shop. Same guy answers the phone as the first call and tells me I m not on the schedule. They can now get to it next week some time. Already had the truck down for 3 weeks. People either love or hate this shop. I am one that does not like it at all. Hard to find shops that honor and own up to their mistakes. This is a shop that does not own up to their mistakes.

Wow! Just when I thought I'd given up on finding a great place to have quality work performed at a good value, I stumbled across Colorado Chassis as a referral from another shop. Josh and the crew at Colorado Chassis took care of my vehicle in a timely fashion, and actually came in under the originally quoted amount. Josh and his crew know your chassis, I was told at another shop that I needed a whole new axle, I took it to Josh for a 2nd opinion turned out only needed some king pin bushings, shackle bushings and an alignment.Highly recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with this shop. I was calling around various places in Denver and Boulder on June 3rd looking for a shop that could repair a broken frame on my 31' travel trailer. Every place I talked to said "We're out at least 3 weeks", except Dan at Colorado Chassis Service. I was told to bring it over and it'd be about a week.A week later, I called to see how things were going. They hadn't even started on the trailer. I was told "next week". Next week comes and goes, I make a couple of calls and am told again, "next week".The owner, Dan, was never in, or if he was, I was told "He's busy right now, if I bother him that won't work in your favor." Literally, I was told that I couldn't get an estimate on time because it would upset the owner and then I'd get pushed back even further.Three and a half weeks into it I go down in person (over an hour drive) to see what's up. They've just finally that day got it into the shop and are working on it. That was a Wednesday, and they said it would be done that Friday...except, they didn't want to put it back together. My trailer is an Airstream, and it's got an aluminum belly pan on it. At no point was I ever told that they didn't plan on putting it back on, until this point. I said fine, and called up Camping World, made an appointment for the following Monday. On Friday I call, no answer, no one called me. Monday rolls around and I finally get ahold of Colorado Chassis Service...who are now putting everything back together. Great, that's what I would have preferred anyway.Tuesday, Wednesday pass, I get phone calls every day "It'll be done tomorrow". Then I get the big call. They had quoted me and my insurance company $2500, but now that everything is said and done they say that it's going to be $4000. The reason for the bump in the price? They were charging me extra to put the belly pan back on!Basically they knew that the insurance company had already cut a check and they could hold my home (I'm a full-time RVer) for ransom. All this time, too, they knew that me and my family of 6 live in the thing, and that we were paying for hotel rooms, but none of that mattered to them. The whole shop is full of guys swearing and complaining about how much work there is and how they don't have time to do it.Finally, after being ripped off and the job is a month overdue, I hitch up and pull away...and the brakes aren't working. ...and my toilet has had all of the screws removed, so it's completely out of place and cracked.My only recommendation for these guys is that you never even get close to them. Dan is not a man of his word and this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop, and I've had plenty.
