I realize that my Toy 4Runner is nearly 20 years old, but Alan made it feel like new again. He diagnosed the issues with the front end, gave me a fair estimate and didn't suggest items it did not need. That builds trust, which led me to add new tires, alignment, and when an item that wasn't evident until later was discovered, I had no hesitation in having him complete it too. I recommend him in full confidence. Thanks, Alan. --Fred

Our 2013 BMW stopped working in the middle of Sheridan Blvd on a Sunday night. We had the car towed and left at CCA that night. Allen was able to squeeze us in and started diagnosing the next day. He gave us different options and even though we didn t decide to replace the engine, he showed us patience and compassion for the difficult time we were going through.

Team CCA are the most honest and professional mechanics I ve found in town. Every repair has been straight forward conversation about our plans for the future. They even have time for a weekend warrior like me! Seriously, bring your cherished rides, bring your fleet, CCA WILL keep you on the road.

I've brought two cars to Clear Choice. A 2005 Kia Sorento with high miles and my 2011 Nissan Xterra. The Sorento always seems to have a few bugs and Allen and team always do whatever they can to get me back on the road. If I could give Alan 10 stars I absolutely would. He has now become our family's mechanic for our Subaru, Acura, and Audi. He is such a gem and truly an honest mechanic. When we bought our cousin's first car (Acura), we took it to Alan. He made sure everything was in order and took really good care of her and made sure to explain everything that was going on. Also fixed my husband's Subaru, which we were quoted double at other places.

Outstanding!!! Took my Mercedes in for a broken axle. Not only was that fixed but he found that my engine mounts were broken and replaced those. While it was there I had him get me a new set tires. My car has 80k miles on it and it drives better now than ever. I m so happy with how everything turned out I will be back for any services my other cars need. I took my 2014 Evo to Allen because I was having some funky noises underneath my car. Come to find out the previous shop hadn t completed the job in the first place. He not only has gone above and beyond with explaining everything that s going on with my car, he s also sent photos and videos explaining everything he s seeing and I ve never had another mechanic do that before. Working with C.C.A was such a great experience, truly the best I ve had. They have a wonderful staff that is very knowledgeable & experienced. They break down the work that needs to be done, making sure you understand the reason why parts may need to be fixed or replaced. Safety is absolutely a top priority. Picking up my vehicle & driving off I absolutely felt so much more comfortable than I did before. They are fair with pricing & the quality of the work done shows in the performance of my vehicle. Great experience! Very professional staff! My check engine light was on and when I received the call regarding the problem I felt very confident of the staff s knowledge and experience to get the problem fixed.When I picked up my vehicle I also received suggestions on upcoming services to keep my car running for many miles to come, the list included priority and what can be handled in time.I definitely will be returning for future services.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

My wife and I took our RAV4 to clear choice for a post purchase inspection. Allen found quite a few things that needed work/changed. We took the car back to Carmax and they addressed everything Allen found without hesitation. Great overall experience and will be going back to them for any future car concerns.

Best experience I have ever had! They diagnosed the problem and fixed it and gave me a report of suggested fixes that need to be made on my car for next times visit. Everyone definitely goes above and beyond and makes you feel at home when you're there. I highly recommend Clear Choice Automotive!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I brought my mom to CCA because I ve known Aaron for a long time and I trust him to work on not only my car but my family s as well. Aaron was doing an amazing job finding out where the issue was and the plan on how to fix it. We were all doing fine until Allen (someone I had never met before and I believe is the owner ) jumped in and started asking a ton of questions that were unnecessary. Not only did it make it seem like Aaron didn t know what he was doing but it was unprofessional for someone else to jump into the conversation. Allen then proceeded to order the wrong light for my moms car and instead of calling her when he got it and informing her it was the wrong light, he let her drive down there with no knowledge about the wrong light. When she got there she got an oil change. Allen then charged her for the light (that was not installed on her car and they did nothing to it) and the oil change (which she did get) despite her not receiving the light he charged her for it anyways. Aaron being the kind man he is knew that it was a little more difficult for my mom to get up to the shop drove to her house to change her light when they finally got the correct one. Now that Aaron is no longer working there I will not be returning and I will tell my friends and family to NEVER go there again. Allen is by far the most unprofessional business owner I have ever encountered.

No repairs done yet but his check up and comunication have been great. He is very straight forward with no BS, he lets you know the work needed and what has the most priority. Giving you the chance to plan out what you need and budget what you dont later.

Brought my 2001 Nissan Maxima in because it failed emissions for fuel heat and fuel sensor codes. After Alan worked on it - it passed. This was an issue that other mechanics had already tried to fix and others just wouldn't help at all with. Thank you
