I am writing this review to let people know to be careful when you go to this dealership they have service people that really don t care about their customers. I have taken my car to this place to get fixed for an issue that they charge almost $800 and to this day my problem is still the same I am not going back to even have an argument with them. It is a loss that s why I am writing this review. Be careful and make sure who you are speaking to because my service guy Danny was no help at all. Had a bad vibe.

My car is under warranty still under manufacturing warranty and this place refuse to fix the situation on my vehicle I kept trying to call service and these people have blocked my number. I will be calling finance company and retaining a civil attorney. This dealership has also sold me brand tires for my challenger that I actually bought brand new. I purchased perrilli tires and my front left sone how developed a hole and they didn't replace it. I have went to this dealership to get oil change last year and the mechanic put scratches all over my left fender from him leaning over my car during the oil change. I'm kinds curious is ut loke this with me or is this how this dealership conduct business. The very disrespectful Jesus kept transferring and even at one point was kinda being border line racist and was lol trying to explain to him regarding the warranty coverage. If anyone has had this type of situation at this dealership please respond to this review and leave contact info. This place is pitiful, atleast with me

My experience for repairing my car door panel was great. Car was finished faster than initially thought and the process was smooth. Candace who helped me at pick up and drop off was amazing. Though it was cold and early she was full of energy and had a great attitude that made it not so bad. She also presented some great information on future things for my vehicle. Wouldn't recommend the location. WAY TOO OVERPRICED! Would charge 3x the price for a transmission dipstick tube that's 80-90$ online, and then the same price, or double, for labor fees. My throttle body was improperly installed and needed a "relearn" (about 400-500$) for them to just do labor, a control arm that cost 300+ and labor about the same.My car was stuck there for a month and was "out of sight out of mind" per someone answering calls for the service side. Advisor Candace never got back to me within a timely manner. Was told a few different things. A) waiting on technician to finish 3-5 day diagnostics on top of the 2 recalls. B) waiting on the claims adjustor for 1 and a half weeks. C) waiting on ONE part That was "backordered with no ETA" and repairs not started when we told them to go ahead and do the Transmission dipstick tube since that would void our warranty if we keep driving without it. In-between a,b, and c, it would take a week for a reply even when I asked for an update after she said she would give me one when the technician comes in tomorrow. Usually, I only got a reply when they were close to closing and didn't find out till the car sat out there for a month that no work had been done on it that I had asked them to do weeks before. Only did recalls. Would only recommend for recalls, but then again, the last recall we came here for was the Dodge Durango airbag recall and they forgot to rewire the horn and airbags..... We had to bring it back because the horn didn't work and the airbags weren't even reconnected. Lazy and unprofessional environment.

This place doesn't keep deadlines at all, and they screen calls so they ignore you when you try to follow up. I needed a new engine. However, there was a rusty bolt preventing the repair. The dealership literally kept saying they were working on the bolt for almost 2 weeks. My car literally sat around for weeks before it was ever touched after I gave them $5500. Meanwhile, I'm paying for a rental car myself while getting the run around. They then told me that it had to go to a body shop and repairs were going to take weeks. I got my uncle involved, and when he went up there, suddenly, he was told that they could have the job done in 2 days and that it would be a priority. It took their body shop manager days to even look at the car. It finally made it to the body shop and then back to the dealership. That was a hassle and I had to go to the general manager to speed things up. I dropped my car off on 5/6/21 and didn't get it back until 6/2/21. $1300 in rental fees and $12000+ in repairs. The car seems to be running okay. It's louder than I remember. However, this was the worst service I have ever received. They made a stressful situation unbearable. I feel I would've been taken more seriously had I been a man. If my car broke down in front of this dealership, I would tow it somewhere else. The only way I would return to this location would be if something went wrong with the repairs that they made. This is only the tip of the iceberg. I dealt with Ken who would use all caps with me anytime I followed up. I give Larry H. Miller an F for customer service. I ve been here before to get my car worked on, brakes fixed, new tires, etc. I just moved to Colorado, so I wanted to use a Fiat dealership for my car. This time, I came for a routine oil change. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and the oil change was fairly quick! As always, everyone was super friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!Service: Oil change

I go here all the time, quick and efficient. Trustworthy work. I would've given 5 stars but my last visit wasn't so great! I waited 3 and a half hours to have two tires put on and balanced and I had an appt. I wasn't thrilled. Beyond that great placeService: TiresService: Tires

Only reason I am giving this a 2 star is because my back ordered part came in sooner then expected. Bad communication and customer service, literally had to do all the calling around to my warranty and to their parts department to get get things going. Left multiple messages asking for a call back to check status on my vehicle which was there a month and questions I had that needed answers to and that never happened. Candace was who was handling my claim was discourteous and rude on pretty much every occasion I spoke with her. Definitely going to another location for any further services as I encourage everyone else to as well.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I took my vehicle to repair an oil spill in the engine, they suggested to change a gasket and supposedly it was repaired I paid almost 600 $ for that service plus a spark plug change and as soon as I got home, the car continued bouncing, I took it back so that they would correct the damage and they did not, they suggested other repairs that they did not suggest at first and all very expensive, they charged me $ 177 for the inspection and they never corrected the boat. I feel scammed also, the man who attended me on 12/28/2021 at 4 pm when I went to pick up my vehicle I was very disrespectful and even seemed to me to be correct because of the bad treatment he gave me, he asked me to wait outside just because I complained about something that you consider unfair. I never go back to that workshop again. I feel cheated.Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

I took my vehicle to have my oil changed. In the process they found my brake fluid was going was dirty so I had them drain & flush the brake system and then put in clean fluid every thing seemed to beI m good shape. The brakes work well & everyone was courteous service was Done in a reasonably fast time.Services: Brakes, Oil change

We had previously met with a different sales rep so when we called to speak with him we were told that he was no longer there and we ended up meeting with Charlie. Not only was he a way better salesman his attitude was amazing! Charlie gave us some great advice. We definitely plan on returning and purchasing 2 vehicles from Charlie. Amazing guy!!!!

Had a great exp with Candace this morning. Came here for an oil change, waited in the waiting room and got a lot of work done. Wifi service was great the entire time and my truck was ready by the time I was ready for a coffee break. 10/10

From customer srvc to the shop everyone was been professional. Service is always above and beyond. Everyone s always very helpful.Only thing I would ask is to be informed upfront on the wait time. Everyone s short handed, most people understand. I think realistically estimated wait time should part of the intake. Sometimes people don t have hours for an oil change.Service: Oil change

Had a bedliner appointment, showed up and they screwed up the date and had to reschedule. Then when I did get my new appointment they told me three different times throughout the day. They also we suppose to scrape the sticker residue off the windshield and didn't. Chris in the service department was great to work with. I dropped my car off on a Friday because I had a few lights out on my vehicle. I left town over the weekend and Chris kept me in the loop 100% of the time using the text app and phone calls. It was an awful experience that left me unfulfilled and feeling as if no care or concern was put into my vehicle. Personal items were also missing from my vehicle upon pick up. The issue i needed diagnosed was not even looked at and i was quoted outrageous prices for repairs that were not needed. I even had to complete a repair myself that i was told would cost me 1600 in parts and labor. It truthfully took me 20 mins to repair myself with no parts or even tools necessary to fix it. And they had the audacity to charge me for two diagnostics as a result of labor they did not perform. To add insult to injury a set of spark plugs was needed so i purchased them from the dealership and they sold me the wrong part!!! Yes the same dealership that diagnosed an issue that supposedly would cost me 13000 to fix sold me the wrong spark plugs for my vehicle. 150 dollars for nothing. In total i paid 450 dollars for two failed diagnostics and a set of spark plugs i cant use and i still had to diagnose and fix the vehicle issues i needed by myself. Although i succeeded in removing the check engine light and stabilizing the gas gauge among a few small other issues, the level of service i received was awful and left much to be desired. I would never take my vehicle here again and if you havent already, turn around and drive away fast! You could do a better job yourself most likely with some patience and a few youtube videos. At least ylid be able to rest assured that yoi bought the right parts for the job. This dealership doesnt even know what spark plugs go with what vehicles and they claim to be experts? Experts at what? Its not vehicle repair i can tell you that with certainty. They dont even communicate whats going on until you call yourself and ask. Went for a transmission problem. They diagnosed a solenoid problem.3 months later , the same problem.I took a look under the truck and I found exposing wires. I sealed them together and the transmission has worked perfect ever since. I just gave them my money for nothing.Thankyou for nothing
