Don't think the appointment you schedule actually means you will get service. Once you are there, they inform you it might be up to 72 hours before they get to your vehicle. Not convenient for anyone let alone out of towners.

I drive 30min across town to come here since Larry H. Miller has consistently provided me quality maintenance and repairs for over a decade. My service advisor Gary is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Today he was ready for my scheduled service when I arrived, quickly addressed all of my concerns, and got me back on the road. My vehicle is going strong with over 216,000mi and I won t take it to any other dealership!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance

The guys at trucks were very friendly. They didn't bump my truck into anything which is a plus as I've had that happen before. The report that was send me had some things wrong. My tires had more tread than the last time. How does that happen. My 5 week old battery was marked as needing care. I also couldn't print this report. I would ve given a better review but I am very frustrated with the service I received. I brought my jeep in for an oil change and everything was going great until I got my car back. Before I even left the service area, I got into my car and noticed the tire pressure was so low I asked the technician if my tire was supposed to be that way. He told me my tires were all fine and that if I turned my car off and back on and drove a little, the tire pressure light will go away. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and before I even drove 5 minutes, I had a complete flat tire. I called and the service department was already closed so I was out of luck with a flat tire and no one to help me. Extremely upset that I came in with a good tire and left with a flat one. Makes me feel like they did not perform all of the services well. Will not be returning to this location.Service: Oil change

My service advisor 234 Gary was amazing. From start to finish he was very informative. He kept me in the loop with what was going on with my car. We've never felt like part of a dealership family until we came to Larry H Miller in Thornton. Joei saved us three times on our way to our wedding and Jacob continued the trend of excellent service when we returned and needed a once-over before another cross-country trip. We've owned other cars in the past but we have never had the kind of quality service and thoughtful care as we received here. We're so thankful to be able to trust them with our Jeep. Thanks you two!

Work was done satisfactory. It took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and I had an appointment. Granted, I have larger wheels and tires on my vehicle but still rather long for that. It took 3 days past my service appointment and drop off to determine that a part needed to be ordered. No called to let me know. I had to spend time making many phone calls to get answers. It took another 8 days to get the part. I was only allowed a 5 say rental as per my warranty. No one stayed in touch to keep me updated. I kept having to call them and wait for call backs. I am not happy with Larry H Miller customer service.Thinking of getting a new car and not a Crysler product. I've owned 4 jeeps and thinking it's time to move on.

I had an appt booked for speedometer recalibration and to adjust my low tire warning light due to new tire upgrade that holds less PSI than the factory set.I was told they could correct both along with a recall they d mentioned. I dropped my car off at 7:15 and checked back around noon and was told they re waiting for Chrysler to approve the work order for speedometer recalibration but they fixed the tires, they were just low so they aired them up to 65 psi even though the max is 50 psi. I explained to the service person they re over inflated and need to be aired down. They said they d take care of it and hoped to have an update on the speedometer recalibration as soon as possible . Mind you, this appt was scheduled weeks in advance.I finally received a call back around 4 that my car was ready but they weren t able to recalibrate the speedometer and that I would have to make another appointment.I made it up the next day to grab my vehicle and asked the service rep if they aired the tires back down, their response was they should be so you can imagine my frustration at this point. They also didn t correct the low tire pressure warning light and said they couldn t fix it.Folks, it s simple, don t guess and tell your customers facts . This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating considering Larry H. Miller has several dealerships throughout the state.My suggestion, go somewhere else and don t bother with lazy employees who could care less!Services: Tires, Auto maintenance

They had my car for 2 days.... for an oil change and to fix something THEY DID NOT FIX. But hey, their quote for things I didn't ask for certainly was astronomical! I had to basically lose my mind to get my car back!! They can change my oil, but I will find way better mechanics to fix whatever needs fixing. The guy dealing with my car WENT HOME Instead of calling me to let me know when I could get my car. TWO DAYS. They changed my oil...... FOR TWO DAYSServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

The car was back at the dealership due to the initial repair failing after four months. It had not been a pleasant experience. I was able to work with Gary on this occasion and he kept me up to speed on all repairs, he was realistic about costs and who was responsible for the specific repairs. My car had the engine light on and I took it to this Chrysler dealer for inspection and repair as needed after making an appointment online. The service advisor, Joei, was always very kind and replied to me at some point when I needed information about the status of my car. I'm very appreciative of it, although it could've been a little faster in replying to my calls and texts. They just need to improve their communication with the customer, providing a timeframe for the diagnostic and work on the car and keeping the customer up to date often about the work being done on their car so that the customer can make adjustments to their work schedule and other plans and needs to move around. All or most people are super busy these days, and I just needed to have a clearer idea of when my car would be diagnosed and repaired. My first attempt to get information about the status of my car's engine diagnostic required that I made two or three calls between two days and insist on getting at least an idea of the timeframe for getting the diagnostic and repair on my car. Having to make calls and send texts repeatedly takes time and alters my already super busy work schedule. The service department may also need more technicians, as the diagnostic took three days, and it was only an oxygen sensor that needed replacement. The repair was a little expensive in my opinion, at almost $500.00 for a sensor, but I accepted it as I needed my car repaired soon. Finally, they should sign their text messages so that the customer knows who sent them. I always assumed it was my service advisor, but it was not clear. After picking up my car, I drove it for 20 minutes and it's doing well, but I have to drive it more and I hope it continues to be fine. Overall, it seems that the service is good and the repair will hold, but I can't give the maximum starts because of what I have explained and I have not drove my car enough as my work is about 20 minutes to where I live.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I took my vehicle in for two recalls on 2-21-22. I had initially scheduled these repairs in January but the parts were delayed. Fortunately I was off work that day, because they threatened to give my parts to someone else if I didn't make a new appointment soon. Immediately after picking my vehicle up, I had to return because the work had not been QC'd and there was exhaust leaking into the cab. It seems alright now but only time will tell.Service: Engine repair

Service very helpful, scheduling team is low for me not knowing right questions to ask and terminally I know there a discoect but I was never told if you scheduled an unroutine maintenance you need to drop it off and it takes hour if not day. Also the extra things I ask to be look at they couldn't do. So they had to fit me in the quick oil change line. I'm happy with the service but the discount on scheduling my appointment was aggravating.Service: Oil change

I understand that things can get busy and people get flustered, but the customer service at LHM Jeep on 104th was far less than ideal. I brought my car in one day and had a very hard time getting ahold of anyone, and when I did they weren't able to provide me with info on what was going on that I could understand. The advisor named Selvin was quite rude to me on the phone, so I had to call back a few times to get my "case" upgraded to a manager. Things went a bit smoother then, however . . . upon picking my vehicle up 3-4 days later, they weren't able to tell me what the problem was and then there was a new problem that they said "should go away." Emily was my point of contact and she was amazing. With in an couple of hours of dropping off my car first thing in the morning, she was calling me letting me know what was going on. Fortunately everything was under warranty but I never had to deal with that. Emily handled everything and even ran my filthy winter covered car through that car wash! I have been coming in and out of this shop for almost 2 years for the same issues. I wouldn t come here if my extended warranty didn t deal with them directly. I expressly told the technician multiple times how serious the problem with my DEF system was and it took over 4 visits for them to agree with me and replace the entire DEF system. Also I clearly hear a new unfamiliar sound in my engine compartment and the person receiving the vehicle stated after testing the vehicle you heard a sound, not me when there is clearly a new rattling in the engine compartment. I was changed $180 for a diagnostic and again they to have very little regard for the actual customer. They tried to charge me $420 to replace the battery in my vehicle. The battery cost is $200 so a $220 install. Insanely over priced, the service department has a revolving door because they take multiple attempts at truly fixing a problem with very little genuine investigation.

I brought my Jeep in for a recall, drop off process was confusing but was finally sent to the correct person. Everything seamed to go fine with the repair, took them all day I finally called at 4:00PM to see if it was done. Once I got there they walked me to my Jeep then asked if I wanted it wash, I thought this was something they would just do (one reason why you bring it to the dealership right)?

Went in for routine oil change. Service found leak from the axle seal. Part was at warehouse so we had to leave car over the weekend. It was supposed to be done on Monday. Unfortunately, it was finished close to closing time & we picked it up on Tuesday. The customer service person, Stephen, did communicate as soon as he knew anything. I came in to Larry H Miller to buy a vehicle with my newborn, my mother, my grandmother and my aunt in tow. Sterling, Jeff and most of all, Max were courteous of our time and provided the best purchasing experience possible! Even in the face of unforeseen issues, our satisfaction remained top priority. Max went above and beyond to take care of my family and I couldn t be happier with the service he provided. The next time I m in the market for a vehicle, I will go straight to this dealership and work with them all again.

I bought a new car, and the back panel on the front seat wasn't lying flat. The dealership ordered the part and did a great job of getting the work done in a timely fashion. They also arranged for an Uber ride so I could get back to the dealership and pick up my car (in a snowstorm). Thanks!

I have been very happy with the service experience and staff at LHM. I bring my Jeep to LHM for oil changes and regular maintenance.The staff is always helpful for scheduled appointments & if you drop your vehicle off early, it is usually done early.I also enjoy the convenient Uber service provided by LHM so I can get to my nearby office for the work day and they also send an Uber to pick me up when the vehicle is done. Great option versus trying to coordinate someone to pick you up each time.Service: Oil change

I bought a 2021 Dodge Durango from LHM in June. The check engine light came on on January 1st, it went off and came back on 3 different times. I took it to advance auto parts so they could run diagnostics and the code that came back said it was an issue with the fuel injector. I made an appointment and by the time my appointment came around the light had gone off but the car was still lagging when you hit the gas. I took it in, they did nothing to it because they couldn t duplicate the code . This is the second time I ve had to take my car in, them not do a thing to it and had to take it back. When it comes to service they are absolutely horrible. When it comes to sales they re great.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I've been using this location for over five years and I've never really checked my vehicle after a service because of the trust I I still in the business. The last two times my fluids were not topped off and it's not major but it's the second time it's happend. I just hope they did everything else they say they did. I have been to 4 separate Jeep dealers in Colorado. I have found this one to be by far the best one. Good mechanics and the service writers seem to pay attention to you.

Because the dash warning lights did not come on while the technicians drove the car, diagnostics did not prove useful. However because of the number of hours the technicians had to put into trying to diagnose the problem, the dealership charged $160. It seems the least the dealership could have done for my money, since they were unable to diagnose and repair my car, was wash it.
