This was the first time I took my vehicle to Christian Brothers/Broomfield and I am more than pleased! I started with brakes but after their diagnostics decided to have other work done, too.The only thing they missed was the time involved and really that was due to part availability not the mechanics. They continually kept me informed of the status on repairs, bent over backwardsto please me knowing that I only have one car. After many delays for parts, they had my car for almost a week but dealt with a rental company on my behalf so I wasn t stranded!! The whole experience was customer satisfaction to the max. Even better after all the extra time this took, they stuck to their original estimate with no surprises. I will take my vehicle back to them!(Being an older female it was nice to receive such a welcoming group of people)

This was the first time I have been to a Christian Brothers. For the first time in many years I was in a business where customer service was excellent! ! received an inspection on my vehicle. Jeff and everyone there was very friendly and professional. I could tell that the employees are truly a team. The atmosphere was light hearted and warm and everyone was polite and respectful, not only to me and other customers, but to each-other as well.I have been to many shops in my lifetime and this one was a totally different atmosphere. The waiting room seats were comfortable: There was complementary coffee and snacks as well as WiFi available for the customers.The inspection was very thorough and professional, it even came with pictures and other detailed information. Although I did receive some difficult news, it was explained to me thoroughly and they were sympathetic and understanding of the situation. As soon as I am able I will complete the work with Christian Brothers. If you haven t tried them, it is worth it to give them a try. They have defiantly made a customer out of me!

The Christian Brother team always does an amazing job. I went recently for pretty routine but major service work - new shocks & struts, oil change, etc. I let them know that I was having some issues with the wiring harness and was told by the dealership that the part was obsolete. They said they would look at it and let me know. They ended up finding a new harness and were able to get it installed the same day. Christian Brothers has become my go to for service. Thanks!!

This Christian Brothers is the BEST! The manager Randy is really nice and Anthony and Devon the mechanics really know what they re doing! The service manager Paul too is really nice and doesn t try to lie to you about what you need for your car. They re very informative and tell you EXACTLY what you need done on your car and don t try to get you to do things you don t need done. This is a really great team and I would recommend this Christian Brothers to anyone needing good and honest work done on their vehicle.

I have taken my car to this location a couple of times and have been very pleased with all the workers. They also provide inspection reports, which is nice to have. As someone who does not know a lot about cars and has had bad experiences at dealerships, this place is just the opposite and makes you feel very welcome.

This is my second time using Christian Brothers for my car care. They are fantastic! They far exceed my previous service station. I really appreciate the way they text me with updates and send itemized costs of recommended and necessary work via text. I can easily accept or decline portions as I want on my phone. Really great people too! I trust them and I am very happy with their work!

0/100 stars. Please read for your safety! We took my husband s car to Christian Brothers for a simple oil change. It seemed to go great, so I brought my car for an oil change and to read the check engine light that was on. It was an emission valve problem, which they advised I let them fix, so I did. They had the car for 2 days and I got it back, allegedly in better working condition. My husband went to work and his car sat at the airport for a week, when he got back into the car, the oil light was on. The car had leaked 2/3 of the oil. We called Christian Brothers and they apologized and put more oil in - they claimed the washer wasn t screwed on correctly which caused the leak, no problem. During this time, I had my car back for 3 days - the check engine light came on again. 2 strikes. I brought my car to the Honda dealership and after a day of testing, they determined Christian Brothers (CB) didn t even put in a new emission valve - it was still the original!!! Honda called CB and the guy at CB told Honda they would give us our money back. When CB called my husband, they said they wouldn t give us money back because they should have have been given the opportunity to replace the part themselves, even though they failed to do so in the first place and scammed us out of $200. Save your money, go somewhere else you can actually trust. Christian Brothers has no respect for proper work or customer service.

The employees are all very kind and respectful when they interact with you, and the waiting area/restroom are very clean and accommodating, with drinks and snacks. Those are the reasons they are getting any stars on this rating.We took a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder that was running smoothly (never backfired or had any kind of smoke out of the exhaust) because it didn t pass the emissions test. We were getting 2 codes that often indicate an issue with O2 sensors, MAF sensor, or, in extreme cases, catalytic converter issues. In their diagnostic, they discovered that our valve cover gasket was leaking oil. There was oil on the spark plugs and O2 sensors. I was told by the mechanic that when he removed one spark plug, it was covered in oil, and that the ignition coil fell apart in his hand. He said that was pictured in their report. He told me that oil had been sucked into our catalytic converters and that it had ruined the honey-comb like filter material in the cat.When I looked at the images on the report, all they showed was that oil had leaked on several areas. There was no picture evidence of anything actually being damaged by the leaking oil.Again, the vehicle was running fine, so believe my SHOCK when the estimate that followed was for over $12,000 parts and labor.At least $3,000 of the repair bill was for labor. I feel that companies are allowed to determine that cost for themselves; however, it was the prices they were charging for parts that was ASTRONOMICAL! I looked up the parts online, where I know they are marked up, and consistently, the parts they said we needed were marked up another 150-300%. For example, the 6 spark plugs, by themselves, were listed at $329. The most expensive cats we could find online were in the $1900 range, and our estimate was for over $2400 each. Parts that should be cheap (valve gaskets) were grouped in with other repairs, so I couldn t know how much I was being charged for those.My brother is a manager of an O Reilly auto parts store, and he was shocked at the mark up on the parts. He knows how much it costs for mechanics to get parts, and these prices were highly inflated.Another issue I have is that they quoted that I needed to replace all 6 ignition coils. (Over $2,000 in parts and labor) If they were truly all damaged, my car would not be running smoothly. And they said that my cats had been sucking oil and were damaged, but everything I read online said that we should have been seeing black smoke , or smelling an excessively strong odor from our exhaust, and neither of those were happening.All this to say, being told that a well-running vehicle needs repairs in an amount of almost 2x the value of the vehicle, is really a head-scratcher for me. Because of the crazy high labor costs for jobs I can do at home in an hour, estimates for speculated damage with no evidence, and part mark-ups that seem to be intended to make big profit off of me They ve definitely lost my trust.

My car was stolen my insurance didn t cover it they helped me get my car fixed. I trust bring my car to them. I would recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone looking for a place to take your vehicle. Went back for my alignment and my car is running great. I m very pleased with the work and will be back for an oil change soon.

Paul and Randy were very dedicated to finding out the electric problem with my Jeep Wrangler after the Dealer didn't. They did a fantastic job and made sure safety was an issue the entire time. I appreciate the care and time the entire team took at this location and highly recommend them. While sitting in the lobby I even observed the same exceptional service when a customer came in and asked about a tire light coming on as she drove by. Great Service! They have my business for all of our cars!

I had a wonderful experience at Christian Brothers! My son and I took our SUV in for a standard oil change. Everyone we spoke with was kind and courteous and we were in and out in an hour. But the reason I felt compelled to write a post is because it was so refreshing to NOT be sold or upcharged on things I maybe didn t need. Some women are leery of going to a mechanic solo, but my husband reassured me they were different, and they really are! A cut above the rest, thank you for servicing all our vehicles for the last several years. We really appreciate you!Service: Oil change

I brought my Jeep in to diagnose an issue with the evaporative system. They could not pin point the issue without a computer system update. They did not have the software to update and that alone would be $250. So basically I'm provided with a list of things they inspected and no answer for what I brought it in for. I was charged $150 for that, not right.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

These guys were so incredibly kind. Our car broke down as we headed out on a road trip. We originally limped the car there to try and get a diagnostic done but couldn't afford it as we had to figure out a tow back home. They took the car in anyway and offered to take a look to see if they could spot anything immediately wrong. They let us hang out in their parking lot for a good few hours while we waited for a tow. In the end my seven year old was thirsty so I ran in to ask if I could fill up his water bottle. They gave me a few cold bottles of water with a smile. I really couldn't be more thankful for their kindness in our moment of need!

I needed an obvious and specific repair that I conveyed to them, they still charged me for a diagnostic that I didn t ask for but was told they always charge this? While the repair was adequate, they charged me an extra $140 that was unnecessary, and tried selling me extra repairs that I didn t ask for or want.

My mother took her car to Christian Brothers after being bounced around by another repair place, a two-week wait for service each time. Christian Brothers got her car in the next day, fixed all the problems she was having with her car, and did it that day. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The service was efficient. Highly recommended. Update: Over a year later, my mother's car developed more problems. She took it back to Christian Brothers and they got her car repaired quickly in just one day.
