Workers are always going above and beyond, manager is not as friendly, but prices are fair. So with the prices always increasing at salvage yards, Certifit is a great option and should always be considered when pricing parts.

Ok , I should start by don t go if u look like me as I said before ,used a legit credit card and was treated as I was scamming or trying to steal I had cash so I paid in cash I had a credit card I could ve paid in the credit card, it s just it was in my clients card and that s how I usually play at AutoZone and other places, I called to talk to the manager they wanted to know for what reason why , I said to make a complaint , good luck I m very respectful , But when it comes down to self-respect, I won t be looked down upon especially out of business where I m taking my money$$$$$

They delivered a bumper, WITHOUT a "capa" sticker on it. Now, they wont return the part because the sticker is not there. A "capa" sticker, if pulled off, will leave a "void" print on it. There is nothing there. Very dishonest and cheap of Sorta-fit to do this to their customers. Along with very rude management and cust. service. Another big shop lost due to this. Disappointing to say the least.

That place is JOKE JOKE I CALLED. I called them and six times in one day and was put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes at a time nobody ever answered and I even drove down there went to the counter where there s four people in line ahead of me and nobody working the counter one guy answering the phone telling everybody can you hold while he just stood there doing nothing, he told me that six times nobody ever answered the phone, I don t know how you guys stay in business. Have to find a new source now because you can t buy parts from there you can t even get any service. Don t waste your time calling or going there and trust me. It s a big waste of your time. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

In the past hour I have been put on hold politely said no problem. Got tired of waiting after 30 minutes. Call back hour so later only to be told please hold shortly after was hung up on the product is great. The customer service is horrible.

I didn't know I was just inside mere minutes of them closing (I was picking up something for a friend and he had their hours wrong}. I was still treated like a valued customer from the friendly front counter person to the person who brought my part up and took my money. I know what it feels like when a customer squeezes in the door 30 seconds before quitting time (it sux). The product was reasonably priced and of excellent quality. I wish I had caught their names because they deserve recognition for their exceptional customer treatment.

I am not sure why all the negative comments. Although I must admit I was reluctant to purchase an item but I did anyway...glad I did! I called to inquire about a replacement mirror for my son's car and the representative was extremely nice. I went to the store to pick up my item and was greeted immediately and kindly. My will call wait was less than 10 minutes. Keep up the great work!

Certifit is the place to go if you're looking to save money on parts for your vehicle. Sure they are busy, but it's because everyone else already knows that this is the place to go for parts. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful, but Andre' is by far the best. He is always very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure my order is correct, even though I know how crazy busy they are on a daily basis. Their customers need to realize that they are handling a very high volume on a daily basis. Customers need to be patient and appreciative that they have the staff to put up with these rude, and ungrateful people and that they are able to save money and get parts they need at such a great discount. No other place in town can compete with their prices! I highly recommend this place, and have used them almost on a daily basis for almost 8 years.

Call before you show up to make sure they have the part. Great customer service and reasonable prices (can find lower prices online) but a great choice if you can't wait. I would recommend them again.

Would give zero stars if possible, if you're looking for customer service and quality they have neither. I've bought hundreds of parts for my small shop and everything they I've purchased from certifit, doesn't fit, I guess their nickname is true sort of fit is true. The last thing I bought was severely damaged and they refused to return it. Buyer beware!

I called a Nissan dealership to replace a part on my car, I was passed around to 4 different departments and NO ONE could help me. I called Certifit and spoke with Alejandro the WH manager at Certifit and he was nothing but exceptional! He knew exactly what I needed, he allowed me to send a picture to him to make sure it was the correct part and was very knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful! He was incredibly nice to speak with!Thank you so much Mr. Alejandro!!!!

Waited an hour to be told the part was on the dock and will not be unload till Wednesday of the following week. I have had many projects that I have used them for. But never was it so painful to wait and then be told that they don't open their packages till the following week. Hope they get more help

This place is always busy they handled it very well. Very professional and I have never experienced the problem with any thing I bought from Certifit. The only thing I can add is that being so busy sometimes the staff can be short with you and sound a bit repetitive perhaps a little sincerity might put them over the top however, can't really complain at all

Cheap parts cheap service ordered a hood a week ago we are a business they said it would be delivered friday we called for ETA multiple times they said absolutely no worries it would be delivered Friday end of day guess what its Friday end of Day and they are closed my customer now has to wait another three days till after the weekend. Will never do business with them again.

Called a few days prior for a Toyota Tacoma hood. They told me it was in stock and they would pull it aside. I take off work a few hours early to drive to the other side of town. I get into the lobby and am helped right away; They get my name and say the part will be right out and I can wait in the lobby/parts receiving area. So far so good. But then after numerous others come through and get their parts, I am still sitting. After 20 minutes I go back to the desk and ask what is going on. They look into the computer again and say the part was pulled and they would check on it. The gentleman comes back several minutes later and tells me their computer made a mistake and the part was damaged. I ask if I can see it anyway, so another 10 minutes go by and they pull the hood out. It doesn't have major damage, but still not something I am willing to spend $400 painting. They offer me $8 off.... EIGHT DOLLARS? OK... I'd rather order another one. The guy tells me that isn't possible, and I would have to keep checking for when they get one in and it will take 3-4 weeks. And even then I can't even get a call... this is 2016 and we have the technology!I give them two stars instead of one because everyone was mostly pleasant and no one was outright rude to me. But the company itself and their practices? No thanks... I don't need cheap parts that bad.In the end I left and ended up ordering a genuine OEM part for many many hundreds more. But I think in the long run I'll be happier with the product, and I won't have to waste several hours of my day to not get the part I was told was in stock and ready for pickup.

In spite of other reviews, I took a chance and was rewarded. Was told three times to check the parts, which were fine. Took about twenty minutes from when I walked in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I now view most of the negative reviews as coming from fearful competitors. The prices are that low.

Don't waste your money on the cheap, and I mean garbage parts, that they sell. I bought new side mirrors for my van in April, the glass was so loose after a few weeks, I had to get them replaced. They didn't have the same mirrors when I went to exchange them, so I had to spend more money on a new set. Here it is, eight months later and the hinge part of the mirror, folding mirrors, is so loose the mirrors shake and are almost useless, just left the warehouse and they told me they will only replace them for 90 days from time of purchase. Their exact words to me "to bad, I don't know what to tell you". Stay away!

The worst customer service ever. Dan the manager is super arrogant will not stand behind his parts or employee's shipping the correct parts. The parts themselves hardly ever fit made from the worst Chinese crap in the planet. I'd highly recommend Keystone or salvage yard for fenders, hoods, ect. their parts are far superior, customer service is fantastic.

i bought a hood and i opened it and it has some dents , i called today and they told me that they can't return any parts that has damage . he told me that every single time a customer buy a part they tell him or her to check it before leaving to make sure it is perfect , unfortunately that wasn't the case when i bought it and they didn't tell me to check it before leaving the store . avoid this place at all cost , people at desk have no respect for customers and management is all garbage

So... Do you guys want to sell parts? You have to hire staff if you want to sell parts. Understaffing causes unhappy workers, who give poor customer service and make your customers go elsewhere. As large as you are, one would think this wasn't news. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.Put on hold for twenty minutes, finally hung up. Called back, was asked to be put on hold again, I said that I was just on hold twenty minutes and the lady said "it will be twenty more minutes, I'm alone, I have six people in front of me and nine lines."

They have good stuff and at great cost but their customer service sucks also when you order a part hours before pick up they took about an hour an half to two hours I think there was three other people in front which took forever. They need more staff or they lose more money each in my opnion

Yes they are extremely busy most times, calling isn t the best option just go to the physical site and order there. Way better then waiting around an hour to 2 hours for the phone call. Just 30min to an hour for your parts when you order there. Depending on how busy it is. Remember they will put you on hold don t expect them to get you right away. They are working very hard.

They have the parts that I need, every time. The counter people are friendly and knowledgeable. Service is quick and easy. I've never had a problem with anything that I've purchased. I recommend them highly.

A good place to buy parts for cars,in the delivery area the employees are super nice,friendly and helpful but at the counter the people answering the phones and helping you to find the part are always rude,you call asking for parts and they said they have the part on stock and when you go and try to get the part or order something they said,"Oh we don't have that part on stock,i don't know who told you that but we don't have anything for that car or truck,so it's just a waste of time driving all the way there for nothing!!
