Capital Dent Masters did an amazing job repairing the hail damage on my car. Marjorie and Lori were extremely easy and honest to work with and were a huge help in dealing with my insurance and arranging a rental car. The repair process was impressively quick and the car looked brand new after.

Despite me calling just before closing, Lori got back to me very promptly. I was impressed by her responsiveness and how she laid out quotes without any hidden fees or unexpected charges. My new flare on the car was repainted and then put back on the car. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that the paint job had some minor flaws

I had a great experience working with Capital Dent Masters. They took care of everything working with my insurance and I didn't have to pay my deductible! They made it easy working with enterprise to get a rental car. They fixed my windshield and all the hail damage and my car is looking brand new!

Wow! The team at Capital Dent made my repair pretty seamless and it was affordable. Some guy on a scooter hit my car while it was parked.When i got my car back it looked like new!I Highly recommend. I have been to some weird body/dent repair shops in Denver before.This was by far the best one in town.

I am extremely happy with the work that Capital Dent Masters did on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this family owned business for any body repair work you might need. The staff made things seamless and they were happy to answer my questions along throughout the process. I felt like I was dealing with family. I just got my car back today after taking it in for evaluation for some minor hail dings, but mostly for two door dings on the side panels.I think they did a great job! I was a little hesitant as I feel like my specialty vehicle needed a little more care and they convinced me they could handle the repairs without a problem. With all their 5-star reviews I decided to trust them. I think they did a great job and would recommend them highly. One of door dings had a pretty good crease in it and they got it out with PDR.I may bring in my other car to get some hail repairs done as well. They also seemed to be in tune with how the insurance companies handle claims and so I ended up paying out of pocket and feel like their rates are very competitive.

They did an amazing job on all of the hail damage I got during last season! They were able to cover my deductible and provide me with a rental car while my car was in shop. All of the staff at CDM are so friendly and they got my car completed in a sufficient amount of time. Will definitely be recommending them moving forward!

The moment you walk inside Capital Dent Masters Hail Repair, you know you've entered a family business. There is no delay upon arriving for your appointment. Your vehicle is seen, diagnosed, and you might even learn a bit more about your repair requirements from these professionals than you already knew them yourself. The transparency is immediate, and you feel comfortable knowing that you are being told exactly what needs to be done in case of a repair/replacement or cosmetic fixes.I needed repair to the driver side fender above the front wheel for my Subaru Legacy after what was luckily a small dent, which led to new paint as well as repairing damaged clips to reattach the front bumper, which had minimal to no damage (mainly scrapes).It was a 5-day fix with communication every step of the way as needed.The storefront and the garage are maintained with great care.You can tell this business means a lot to everyone who works there.We don't ever want to bring our vehicles in for repairs, but when it becomes a necessity, I know I can return here. And I will certainly be referring friends and family here for good measure too!Thank you for making my car like new!

The team here is absolutely fantastic!! They are quick, make working with insurance a breeze, and communicate through the entire process. The hail damage on my car was fixed weeks ahead of schedule and the car looked brand new inside and out. Couldn t recommend Capital Dent Masters more!

We were impressed by the quality and speed of the repairs done to our car. They were able to deal with everything including dealing with insurance and updated us every step of the way. The looks good as new after the red rocks hail event. We will definitely come again if hail damage ever happen to our car.

Wow...did I say WOW. I had a minor auto-body repair I wanted to be done. I called 4 shops. Three did NOT even return a call. These find folks called back within the hour. They were prompt with getting me a bid. We scheduled a time to drop off the car. The repair was done, car looked good as new. Great customer service!!!

Absolutely amazing service! Support this business! After accidentally denting my new '24 Silverado with a wrench, I reached out to Capital Dent Masters based on stellar reviews from the Colorado Coffee and Cars Facebook group. Hazel promptly answered my call and invited me to stop by so they could assess the damage. I arrived the same day and was greeted by Hazel. She took a little information, looked at the truck and grabbed Jorge, (Owner and 15 years experience). Without hesitation, Jorge offered to fix the dent on the spot. Their exceptional service and expertise reaffirm the importance of supporting businesses like Capital Dent Masters.

Capital Dent Masters is the most PROFESSIONAL and RELIABLE collision repair shop in Denver! I have had to take my car 3 different times for fenders, front and back bumper repairs and each repair has been completely PERFECT with the added customer service of working with the insurance adjusters/ companies. Lory, Lorraine and the amazing repair crew at Capital Dent Masters are AMAZING-I won t take my car anywhere else-I would give 10 ! Thank you for another great repair job!

I would highly recommend this shop for your hail damage repair! Lori and Marjorie are so friendly and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job with my Audi and I m very happy with their work. Unlike other shops, they actually manage the inventory of cars well so you re not waiting months to get in or to have the damage repaired. In all, it took me a week to get into the shop and two weeks for the repair. That time included having to go back and forth with insurance twice when they weren t responding to Capital Dent Masters.

Capital Dent Masters were kind and speedy in removing a vehicle door dent. They were a dream to work with, from getting the estimate to getting my car back before the estimated time. I would recommend them for professionalism and price. I also appreciated how nice Marjorie was, on the phone and in person, her demeanor made me feel like I'd just come from a spa!

I cannot describe how great my experience with Capital Dent Masters was. When I damaged my vehicle, I got multiple quotes around the Denver area, and Capital Dent seemed professional and would provide good value. They blew it out of the water. They stayed on the quote, and even comped a couple of expenses that popped up along the way so that they would stay at the estimate. I highly recommend this place. They have the best customer service I have experienced in of any business, not just car repair. I will be telling everyone I know about this place!

This is the best body shop and team ever! My Toyota 4Runner they worked on looks brand spanking new! I never thought I would say having my vehicle worked on was a great experience but it was!! I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know, what a fantastic team!! Absolutely go see them, they will treat you right!!Updated 3.16.2023; They've done it again!! Fixed my 4Runner up perfect, even found more damage that they fixed that the assessor's missed. I will always come here for any vehicle repair!

Seamless coordination with insurance as well as car rental! The manager, Marjorie, was so helpful with the entire process. Car went from being speckled with hail dents to like new in days. Would definitely recommend and return if (heaven forbid) caught in another hail storm.

The best thing about this shop, isn t the high quality work they provide to their clients. It isn t the excellent communication that is NEVER lackluster, but it is the sheer fact that Marjorie, and Lory transmute their incredibly positive and compassionate spirits into all aspects of this job. This car shop is AMAZING! I want to start off by saying that they feel like family once you start conversating with everyone on the team! I LOVE everyone at Capital Dent Masters so so so much! I had HORRIBLE hail damage which occurred at the Louis Tomlinson concert at Red Rocks this past June. When the incident happened I just had bought my car brand new like 3 months before the incident. Capital Dent Masters made my car look like ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NOTHING AT ALL EVER HAPPENED!! I love them so much for their amazing kindness, dedication, honesty, and best high quality work that they offer! After my car was done getting repaired, my car diagnostics was not working by accident due to the repair, and Capital Dent Masters was so so helpful and kind to get that fixed as well without me needing to put more expenses on my end. They will make sure to get all parts needed for you as well! They do their best to take off as much stress as possible from the customer!!! They are phenomenal and I can for sure say that they care about customer quality and doing the best that the customer would like to see happen. Their business is seriously something I have never ever encountered in my life, they are so caring for you and do the best for you in your interest as I mentioned. In general I got to feel so comfortable with them and just speaking with them as a friend because of how cool they all are! Capital Dent Masters is the only place I will take my vehicles from here on out. It is a family owned and operated local business, and after a terrible experience with a different PDR repair shop, the owner of Capital took a LOT of time to discuss in detail the repair and exactly what I could expect in terms of quality and in terms of repairing a nasty door ding to my Porsche's aluminum door. Just got my car back after a great experience with Capital Dent Masters! I had two weeks until my lease was up and I had hail damage I needed to take care of. Capital Dent Masters exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Lory and Marjorie in the front are so friendly and are incredibly knowledgeable about insurance ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. They squeezed my car into the schedule and it looks like new again. Pretty incredible given most shops are booking months out. They even have great relationship with enterprise down the street. Enterprise called me before I could call them and had a car ready. I would highly recommend this shop! My husbands car is going in next. THANK YOU Lory, Marjorie, and the entire team at CDM! Lori and team did a great job fixing the dents in my hood. Even a few we didn't initially identify. Lori went above and beyond weeks after my appointment to help me with some unrelated vehicle issues I was experiencing to put me in touch with the right people. Would recommend!

Words cannot describe how incredible this shop is. The work they do is amazing. I had severe hail damage & damage to the rear side of my car from someone hitting me and I cannot even tell after they did their magic that there was ever any damage. But I think the best thing of all is the customer service. The GM, Majorie is the kindest, most professional, caring person I have ever met. She treated me like gold and I simply love her.& she treats each customer with respect & a genuine concern for their well being. So if you want a shop that knows what they are doing and provides A+++ customer service I highly recommend this shop. It won't disappoint. If I could give this place 100 stars would!!
