I was the victim of a hit and run to my front drivers side in 2022, slightly over exactly 2 years ago, and I am still dealing with the damages, even after having my repairs done at Caliber! Caliber did the bare minimum of repairs- mainly fixing the outer body of the car, and not addressing any internal damages. Since getting my car back from Caliber, I have had to spend even more money at different shops on repairs that could have only been caused by this accident- things that Caliber missed, or neglected to repair, and are essential functions of the car. These include a cracked AC condenser, a cracked front engine mount (!), as well as a warped left front wheel- which caused the new tire they put on to cup. They also missed a screw that attaches part of the body to the car, and now pops out constantly - more of an aesthetic issue, but an issue all the same. I am extremely disappointed with my caliber experience, and I would not recommend it for your repair needs. At least insurance covered my costs.

My Subaru was serviced here in December 2023 after a local rear-end collision. After check-in paperwork was done, car rental shuttle was contacted to pick me up. Notifications were sent out regularly to inform me of the estimate and status of the car. The repair was completed in a timely manner. I received the car on the date that was promised. The technician carefully explained details of the repair both before and after it was done. The car received was washed and cleaned outside. It was also vacuumed and cleaned inside and deodorized with a lightly scented fragrance. Staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. A 5-star service with a lifetime warranty. I would recommend this auto body repair shop.

Danielle and Peter were great. Dealership claimed expensive repairs were needed but Peter assessed the situation and fixed it in no time at all fraction of the true cost. I m a repeat customer and would return here if my car ever needed service.

I have been lucky enough to become part of the team recently and thought this was well deserved. I have seen the quality and care that the Caliber E Evans RX shop employees puts into each and every car. The work is very high quality and the staff are extremely caring and helpful. The paint matches are really good and the fit and finish really stands out compared to a lot of shops I have seen. I have been in over 30 body shops in and around the Denver metro and Colorado Springs markets. This location is in the top 5 for cleanliness and quality workmanship. Great work, thank you.

Amazing service, my car was perfect. Rocko gave me very good updates and regular communication. Peter helped me get harn I came back to get another copy of my receipt. He explained everything in detail. Very professional and kind. Highly recommend.

I ve attached photos of the before and after condition of my vehicle. After receiving an estimate of repairs, the staff made my repair process stress-free and easy. During the process of repairs, I was given updates via text by not only an automated system but by Rocko himself. He notified me when the car needed additional parts, was being painted, disassembled, and reassembled. I highly recommend Rocko for any and all repairs. They left my car unlocked and it was ransacked and items were stolen. I was informed that despite their negligence of not locking my car, they are not responsible for the theft. They did not even tell me of the incidence, even though they were aware because it happened to 6 other cars being repaired there, until I inquired about items that were missing from my car.

I've had my car in this Caliber collision location several times and I must say what a team they have at the branch.Especially Kyle! He has always taken excellent care of me, he has always gone above and beyond with his Service!And the team in the bodyshop is AMAZING as well. The front staff is polite and actually cares about your concerns and needs!5 stars from me!

Don t go here they took a month and a half to repair my car and it was still broken when it came out of the shop and it took them several more months to get the correct part to repair the rest of my car and they had stolen cash from my center console and a tire inflator from my trunk

Great experience on a minor warranty repair from service done in Colorado. Without hesitation, Tori, the General Manager inspected the problem and had the needed repair done within an hour, and we were on our way! The location was clean, and inviting and the team members we interacted with were all smiling and friendly. Thank you so much for great service!

Needed an estimate for the repair on my car. I had to go through my insurance company but all of the places they referred me to were 2 months out. The Caliber Collision at 5797 Evan's got me in within a couple of days and I had an estimate in hand within 25 minutes. The girl at the front desk (Keyauna) was amazing, super friendly. The service technician (Rocko) was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. It's refreshing and surprising to get such great service. Thanks

They did a good job with my bumper and grill, however they forgot to do a minor task I asked about. Their excuse was It was a long time ago and they forgot and would order the item. Fine your human people forget. I paid them in FULL from the invoice they gave me, only for them to reach out almost a month later and say they need 370 bucks because the deductible was all that got paid. Why wasn t the was I told I only needed to kick out a grand when 370 dollars was still unpaid. Now I have to cover an unplanned expense, because Caliber failed to fully disclose all the necessary funds for the invoice. Needless to say the work they do is fine, but the they re priorities are clear. Money first service second.

We were checking out a used car in the area and needed someone to check up on it. Rocco came out and checked it out free of charge. He also recommended another shop to do a more in-depth inspection. Very pleased

I ve had pleasant experience dealing with caliber! My insurance was having a hard time with their 3rd party vendors they took the initiative going to pick my car up and bringing it back to their shop. The service advisor was nice and the office manager Jen does a great job in communicating what s going on with your vehicle. I know my car will be fixed properly and in a timely manner. Thank you guys!

Overall experience was just okay with scheduling and parts. Brad was nice and easy to work with and the final repair looks good. My biggest complaint and why I won't be going back here is their front desk staff. Karren is very rude and unprofessional. Katie was helpful and informative from day one, keeping me informed and updated throughout the whole process. From inspection, to parts ordering, to the actual repair I felt at ease knowing when everything was going on so I could plan ahead and keep going unaffected with my own busy schedule.The technicians behind the scenes, though I don t know their names, we re also rockstars in the concert that was repairing my car. They left my car looking better than when I bought it used and in a very respectable timeframe.Whoever cleaned the windshield, mad respect. Everything inside was detailed and remarkable, way above what I was expecting from a collision repair center.I forgot the enterprise ladies name but she also did a great job of getting me into the rental and on with my day.Overall, I am very satisfied with Katie and her team s work in doing an amazing job fixing and shining up my car and keeping my day to day going without interruption. I previously left a glowing 5 star review here after I thought they'd finally fixed an issue from their repairs. Unfortunately, instead, I'm now dealing with my FOURTH General Manager at the company, where GM stands for Ghosts Me. It is the mode of operation for these people to ignore your calls and avoid the issue until they are transferred to another location, and it becomes someone else's problem, and you're starting from scratch. Don't get your car repaired here. If they do a shoddy job as they did to my car, you will never get it repaired.

Had called to make an appointment for an estimate after an accident. My car is not drivable and I needed to get it towed there. When I called they mentioned their first appointment was 3 weeks out, we had no choice since it was the soonest we found. Then they mentioned that we can not leave the car there and we would have to take it back home and bring it back to get it fixed. Fine. I called today (2 weeks later) to confirm my appointment for next week. After waiting almost a month for an ESTIMATE, I was told that they do not accept cars that get "TOWED" there. Like WHAT!!!!!! How else was I supposed to get it there after an accident. I'm sorry I was not hit softer so that my car could still be drivable to get to you. Such an inconvenience after a month.

Alex and team did a phenomenal job fixing my car. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process, answering all of my questions and giving me updates on my car. It was reassuring to know that someone I could trust was helping me out during the stressful experience of my car accident. Jen was also extremely helpful and friendly when it came to figuring out how to get my busted up car into the shop. If I ever have car troubles again, I will be back to Caliber. I could not recommend them enough!

You guys are quite truly the best. Although I wish we would ve met under better circumstances than my front bumper getting replaced twice in 2 years, your professionalism and customer service are second to none. I always tell my friends about you and will continue to do so! Special shout-out to Jen for promptly answering my calls and questions and to all the hard working mechanics for their hard work.

You could make an appointment a year in advance, they will act like they didn't know they needed those parts when you arrive. However long you are told the work will take, which will be unreasonably long, it will be longer. I am convinced they exist to frustrate you, so that you drop your insurance claim and decide to pay out of pocket. Do. Not. Bring. Your. Car. Here. Ever.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CALIBER - they waste your time providing an estimate - collecting your information - only to tell you they only work on insurance business. They don't care about their customers - they only care about the insurance companies. Find another repair shop that actually wants your business. update they post here they are sorry and will follow up and never do.

I ve never experienced such high quality customer service in the auto industry. The team walked me through the damage and process, and while my car was in their hands for repairs, they gave me consistent updates on what was happening- whether if it was ordering a part or adjusting my alignment. I would recommend Caliber Collision to take your car if you want a great, seamless experience.
