Got a few scratches on my car rear bumper fixed in the shop. The fix was done well. Though, as soon as I arrived home from the shop, I noticed the bumper was a bit loose on its two far ends and was not tightly attached to the car body because there were a few spots missing screws?!?!!!! It looked obvious to me that the mechanics might have forgotten to screw to secure these spots when fitting the bumper back onto the car after the fix was done. I'm surprised at them missing out on such a very basic but important detail for a fix that's charged more than $1000? This has casted a doubt on the level of their skills, professionalism and reliability. Even though insurance covered it all, I still think that given the charge and the relative simple nature of the fix, such negligence is not acceptable and quite unprofessional. I had to drive back for them just to put a few screws back in. I appreciate the staff was prompt to fix the issue very quickly. The shop does provide life time warranty to stand behind their work. However, I would really like my car taken care of professionally in the very first place and not having to drive it back just to secure the bumper to my car properly. The staff here is friendly and polite. But I think they might want to review the quality of their mechanics' work. They're charging more for this type of fix when compared to other lesser known local repair shops. But such a higher charge doesn't come with its corresponding quality and reliability.

Excellent customer service at Caliber Collision. Joe was consistent with providing regular detailed updates on the status of my car repairs. The repairs were also completed in a very timely manner and even finished earlier than anticipated. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work put into replacing the parts of my car and repairs. Everyone at Caliber Collision are friendly, professional and approachable. Highly recommended!

We went in for an estimate and was cheerfully greeted in by a technician holding the door open for me. Upon stepping into the building we were helped by a wonderful woman at the front desk (thank you Ashley!) and had my estimate written by Mike. Mike was very thorough looking for damage under the vehicle that we couldn t see, and sat with me and printing two copies for us to go over together to make sure we were aware of the repairs that would be done to my vehicle. Extremely knowledgeable and genuine people, thank you for everything! I ll be telling all my friends to go here!

I have used Caliber in the past and once again found them to do a terrific job. My service advisor Jesse stayed in touch with me to keep me informed. He also kept the paying insurance company advised and contacted them several times when the job was finished to prompt them to pay the remaining balance. Tjhanks Caliber for your continuing excellence.

I brought my car here for hail damage last year and they did amazing. This time I brought my car in for windshield replacement since they were close. Picking up the car I had maybe 3-4 people make eye contact with me before someone actually came up to help. Got my keys and the car was messy. Glass pieces and leftover caulking was all over my dash, seats, along with my door frames being covered in foot markings and dirt. Not sure if I ll return if I ever need windshield work or replacement

Was here to get an estimate on my Dodge Ram. Went to three different places and glad that I found this one. Everyone there was super nice and friendly, Mike was really thorough and attentive to detail when looking over my truck. I appreciate you Mike and Caliber!

Took my vehicle here for repairs, when returned the vehicle was leaking coolant and still had cracked parts on the vehicle related to the accident. They repainted my bumper but didn't take the time to sand out the scratches or smooth out the panel before painting it.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Our truck was totaled, so we didn't have any body work done. But they took it on a tow in the same day where other shops wouldn't. They let me know the quote was about a week out from the upcoming weekend and had it done by that next Tuesday. So, it was way quicker than expected.

After hitting a deep 'pothole' pretty hard when leaving the Sinclair station at 56th and Dunkirk I was concerned about damage to the tie rods, etc. After getting a four wheel alignment I was advised there might be damage to the struts due to one of the specs. After speaking to a number of different shops I took it into Caliber. Nick the manager, who I spoke to on the phone a couple of times, was extremely helpful. His tech examined it and came back with good news. Highly recommend this place. First rate in every way!

I had some unanswered questions about our vehicle and it s bumper - my husband wasn t able to take it in so I ll be honest as a woman in a car space I was a little nervous, unfortunately I ve been scammed before but wow did this place deliver an exceptional and honest experience! Mike was literally awesome kept me updated, let me know exactly what was going on throughout the process and even managed to bring down the price significantly from the original estimate. That kind of service to the customer is what will make someone return and refer everyone I know here! I should also mention that I had to call to reschedule several times and every single person I spoke to made it easy. Also shoutout to the sweet woman in the front, she was so warm and helpful every time I interacted with her. As far as the car goes it looks great! So impressed with this place, also super clean, and detailed the car perfectly - what more could you ask for?! 10/10Services: Tires, Body & Trim

I had an issue getting to my battery to jump start my car because the hood latch was bent. Ben quickly and efficiently popped the hood of my Camry and was able fix my issue. 10/10 would recommend.

My car has been back at this location 3 times. The customer service is ridiculous. They give no updates on your vehicle and I have to call. And when I call nobody answers. They give me the run around. This is by far the worst experience I had ever had with a collision company. Never take your car here to get fixed.

Make sure to take the picture of your car before you leave your car. This facility is scamming people. They damaged my car and made me pay for that repair.They didn t release my car until I pay that money. He said he was the GM very rude.

The team displayed remarkable friendliness and enthusiasm, creating an atmosphere of excitement and professionalism.Furthermore, we were astounded by the exceptional quality of the repairs, earning a perfect 10/10 rating. I own a Lexus with a unique desert sage green color, and I had concerns about any shop being to deliver a precise match. I've waited two years to write this review until the issue was resolved, now that it has been I can finally talking about my unsavory experience at Caliber.Two years ago my car (2018 Ford Ecosport) was involved in an accident (someone rear ended me) and the insurance company gave me a list of repair shops that were covered which I randomly chose caliber because of the good reviews. Jesse Gallarza was my point of contact for this repair. I dropped the car off a few days after my initial estimate on 12/16/21. The first issue was that my car took 5 months to repair. They were replacing some back bumper and back door damage. Nothing overly insane as my car was still drivable just a lot of cosmetic damage. Now I understand at this time there were supply chain issues due to covid, completely and fully understand that. While I understand that fact it was still hard being without a car for 5 months.After 5 months I received my car in April of 2022 with a few issues. The check engine light was still on so I ran a diagnostic on it with a diagnostic tool and saw that I had a malfunctioning/damaged O2 sensor. I informed Jesse that the check engine light was still on (I know this could be any number of things but I assumed it would turn off after the repair) as well as some type of damage/malfunction to an O2 sensor which are located on the back of the car where the damage was. My car has two, one under the engine and one on the back where the damage had occured. I was told that couldn't be related to the damage and to check my warranty for that. This was all after he came to turn off the check engine light which turned back on shortly after he left. I did another round of diagnostics with the same issue popping up as a damaged 02 sensor.It was at this time too I noticed that I was missing an entire shelf to my back trunk. It's a hard flat shelf that can be placed in the trunk to partition the back for storage. Jessie stated he didn't know what happened to it. Over the next year I was ignored up until 6 months ago. No replies to emails about the check engine light, where my shelf was or any type of communication.Now over the last six months I had spotty replies and was told the slow replies were due to their baby being born. I said congratulations to your baby being born but I didn't know how that was connected to being ignored, or what that had to do with losing my shelf. At a certain point I was told that the shelf was recieved but it was some piece of interior that I didn't recognize. I had to, on my own, research the part number and a diagram of it from Ford which I sent to Jesse so that he could order the correct part. I pleaded with Jessie to hand my situation off to someone higher up or someone more communicative which was ignored. I have dozens of emails and documented everything.I was finally told that my shelf had arrived which I asked if it could be sent to me as I live in southern Denver not Green Valley Ranch, no reply. It wasn't until I sent a final email asking if I could just come pick it up and was told yes immediately. Caliber is 35 minutes away from be so I had make an hour trip for a mistake they made. I finally received my shelf on September 1st, 2023. MyThe reason I brought up the car issue is because a few weeks back my car was having issues running. I took it in to get worked on and can you guess what the issue was? O2 sensor malfunction due to damage which was making the computer malfunction and cause the starter to malfunction. All computer focused stuff that I couldn't fix on my own. I had to pay for the issue that originally happened when my car was first hit in 2021 but was told that couldn't possibly be it according to Jesse. If they had taken my issue seriously I wouldn't have had to pay to have my car fixed if I had just been listened to. I hope that this type of situation doesn't happen to anyone else and would love to talk to someone about this.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
