Went in to get custom Msport tips installed on my car, I had previously made modifications for them to fit the bumper, I simply needed the pipes cut and spaced out to accommodate the new spacing. I pulled in and was greeted and asked what I came in for. I told the mechanic I was there to get the tips installed. He asked if I was dual exit or single. I told him single and he immediately claimed he only works on BMWs so his background knowledge tells him they would not fit. He told me this without even looking at the car. I told him let s go over and take a look. We walked over to the car, he took a half second glance and again said they wouldn t fit. I did not mention I made modifications so they certainly would fit, because I m not going to beg for service. I asked him are you sure you don t want to throw it up and check it out first? He replied they won t fit . That s fine I measured out the gap and trimmed the spacing so they would fit before we pulled up, If he would ve taken 10 minutes to lift the car he would have seen that it was ready to install. I will not beg for service from a shop who thinks they know it all. The guy acted like they were so busy with two cars in the lot they couldn t take care of any more people. I m currently at another local shop getting them fitted perfectly fine. Way to lose business.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!! I was charged $790 for parts and work that did not get done, leaving my car unsafe to drive!! When I brought the car back first they said the unsafe part was an original part that came with the car. Then I showed them the receipt with what they charged me for and they tried to say I brought in my own parts!!! THEY HAD JUST TOLD ME THE PART WAS ORIGINAL AND NOW I BROUGHT MY OWN PARTS??? NOOOOO!!! They refused to refund my money so I'll be suing them.

They quoted me 2470.00 to have both of my catalytic converters changed. 1 of them I can buy for 115.00 and the other for 160, cost is not 2185.00 going elsewhere. Maybe this is why they were all standing around with no cars to work on. There was only 1 car in the shop on a lift. Stop charging ridiculous prices!

Horrible welding. Quick turn around if you want cheap work. I immediately came back after snapping pictures of their work. They told me I had no leaks when I complained about the welds. Minutes after leaving I have a hissing sound on my exhaust. It's clear those welds were not going to hold. As soon as I told the guy what the issue was he walked away and said he was taking lunch. Talk about professionally handling the issue. He said if there are no leaks there shouldn't be a problem again not admitting the terrible job they did. Also, getting very frustrated with me for something they did? I would have not written this review had they properly handled the situation.Service: Exhaust

Amazing service, price and quality. I'd highly recommend Bronco's Muffler Auto to anyone that is having muffler/exhaust issues. My exhaust system broke so I had a local auto-body shop quote me a price that was 10x more expensive than what Bronco's ultimately charged me. Will definitely be back.

Hack job! I came in for a catalytic converter replacement . It costed me $1300. They did not takeoff my exhaust system and just cut into it. cutting off the flanges so I can never get it replaced again. They put a smaller diameter pipe on my existing 2.5 inch system, and in less than a year, my catalytic converter from back pressure blew out. Before I figured it out I was stuck on the side of the road for a month and a half trying to figure it out. replaced my clutch which cost me thousands. When I was done I had same issue. I removed the exhaust system and my truck works..I tried to take it in to see if they would fix it and he wouldn t even look at it and said it was my fault somehow. I Would not spend my hard earned money on this shop. I guess I m going to learn to weld.

Broncos auto shop is by far the best muffler shop in the Colorado metro area. Within 30 minutes of my arrival, they replaced my rusted off exhaust for a better price than any other shop I could find.

The first time I used this shop it was for my 1998 Dodge Ram. It had holes in the muffler and they needed to be fixed. Midas referred them. They did great on this and it wasn't that expensive. So two years later, I buy a new vehicle (2000 Ford Excursion XLT), and the catalytic converter was stolen off of it. I was originally quoted about $2200 to get the part installed (part + labor). I asked if I bought the part elsewhere, would they be willing to install it. They said sure. So ordered the part for $719 and then called and asked them for the quote to install it. I was told $160. Great price. Couldn't pass it up.So took the part in to have it installed. I did warn the mechanic that the shifter was a little stiff (it's 23 years old... things are gonna be a bit stiff). They get it installed in about 30 min. The mechanic comes out and tells me that my upper intake manifold is leaking and that the transmission is slipping. Then he made it a point to tell me they don't work on Fords (fair enough. not a lot of peeps want to work on Fords... found on road dead). So I pay ($140) and go on my merry way. The transmission is fine. It was not slipping. The dude did not pay attention to what I said about the shifter being stiff and shifted it too far. The intake manifold is fine. The actual issue was that the headers and muffler were loose.... which is part of the reason why I took there in the first place. To add injury to insult.... I knew that most of the mechanics were primarily Spanish speaking. I took my ex who was fluent in Spanish so that we could make sure there was no language barrier issue and that both parties were comfortable. They proceeded to say in Spanish in front of my ex that I probably didn't get the right part and that they would have to charge me more for it. I get it... I'm female. But I know my vehicle, I know what I hear, and I definitely know how to read. It's sad that the first impression was so great that this experience just threw that down the tube. I will not return to that shop for any future repairs on any vehicle.Service: Exhaust

Excellent service and was able to replace our catalytic converter in one day. I was told by other repair shops to source the part could take weeks or months. In addition, Bronco s price was almost 1/2 of what other places quoted. I will absolutely use their services in the future.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I was in a jam with an old Tundra truck that had misfiring cylinders and a blinking engine light. They answered the phone on a Sunday during a Broncos game when no one else would. Fixed it right first thing in the morning quickly. Charged fair rates too. Hauled a bunch of furniture up the passes the same day.

Excellent service and friendly personnel. I drive a very large vehicle for traveling. Exhaust pipe was very rusted and dragging on my E450 shuttle bus. They got me in right away, had it fixed in under an hour for very reasonable price.

Had to get some insurance work done on my exhaust after Colorado Car Works Body Shop saved my 2020 Blazer from being totaled after a stereotypical Denver hit & run on I-70 forced us to take out the Wadsworth exit sign (they put that beat up sign back up!). Flex Y-pipe was torn and making the exhaust sag and of course was as loud as it gets. Daniel and the team got me in, worked with my body shop to be reimbursed, and in less than an hour I was back on the road, car quiet as ever, and super satisfied with their work and their great service. I will mention that they are a custom exhaust shop, so while my repair wasn t an OEM pipe, it was still built to fit and was a flex pipe as needed. So if you want OEM, be sure to say so and pay for it. $360 and out in an hour for quality work is a go from me though, I highly recommend and will be back there for any of my exhaust system repairs/needs.Service: Exhaust

Someone tried to steal my catalytic converter and the guys here welded the exhaust back together. This happened in 2021 as well. They were all very helpful and friendly.

Welds are good, but they relocated the wires to the fuel pump incorrectly and they ended up melting against the exhaust pipes. They also directly welded the pipes to the down pipe flange instead of adding a flange. The work they did was good, but cut some corners that took my car out of action and cost me a fair bit of money chasing the problem

BEWARE! I had a MPI duel exhaust muffler installed and I asked they follow the manufacturers direction. The owner was arrogant enough to tell me he didn't need to follow the directions that he has built and installed numerous mufflers. This should have been a red flag! I have had to take it back twice to get it correct. Yet they have not taken care of the vibration issue. I am highly disappointed with their work and lack of correcting issues they caused by their own lack of accountability. Also, check your credit card for additional charges after the fact. As a consumer, they should never of charged me additionally for their mistakes. I am still working to get this rectified.

Went on, spoke the the staff and drove off without any work done. Starting reading reviews after I arrived and was waiting for the front desk person. Didn't get a good vibe so, will not be taking anything here to have work done. It's a cheap muffler shop, in sure they do decent work on basic jobs, but I don't want "decent" work done on anything I own.

This was my second time visiting and these guys never fail to disappoint! I get an exhaust on all my vehicles, and I got yet another new car. I went in early on a Sunday. Yes I said Sunday! ( These guys only do exhausts on Sunday so no mechanical unfortunately). I told then what I wanted and they got me in right away. They even gave me suggestions to save me some money yet get me what I wanted. And in less than an hour it was done! ( I only got a muffler swap not a full cat back which will take longer).I Best part is that they don't mind you watching and dang they do some clean welds for welding mig and it being on the vehicle. Not off the vehicle like some companies do.I will continue to come back for all my exhaust needs, and recommend to everyone I know! You just can't beat the quality, price and customer service..Edit. Just got my dad's 4runner done today. He needed a new muffler as his old one was blown out. And again they made sure the price was reasonable, and the work was done right!

I've been coming here for a few years. First stop was just to put in a catalytic converter, and the whole process quick, easy and friendly. I returned to do some custom work, and again was greeted with urgency and professionalism. Today I stopped in for a repair, and I was out the door in ten minutes.I've visited PLENTY of other shops around town who claim to have the best customer service, to perform the best work, etc. I waited almost two hours at another well reviewed and reputable shop, and never received service. This shop continues to impress me, and I will be returning and recommending in the future.Service: Exhaust
