I drove my car from Texas to Denver to visit family. The second day I was there, I was involved in an accident causing $20k in damages to my brand new BMW 330i. I was devastated that my car would not be the same again. I felt my case was particularly special because I was out of state AND had moved to another state during the repair. I had too many life changing factors at play that I did not have time to focus on the car, or the repair, or the insurance...Michael and his team completely took that stress away. He always kept me informed throughout the entire repair, set proper expectations and worked diligently with State Farm. The repair took ~3 months due to delays and part availability, not because of the bodyshop. I still felt the repair time wasn't bad based on my situation. I'm completely satisfied with the quality of repair, the time it took, they way I was treated and would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you Michael and Bodyworks team! Truly I was holding off on posting this on their google reviews because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but DO NOT bring your car here. Don t get me wrong they fixed the car and allowed it to be brought back to life again but from a business standpoint their service is atrocious. They gave us a time frame of 4 weeks and then it was 2 months later. They said they had over 200 cars on their lot and they would get to the car when they could but couldn t call us when the car was ready to be looked at and worked on?? To what point do you stop taking appointments? Towards the end they gave us a timeframe of the next week and told us they would call and give us an update mid week and the car would be done by the end of the week. We never once received a call from them midweek or even on the day that they had said the car would actually be ready. Then proceeded to ignore our calls and messages all up until we got the car back. The people were rude, this place doesn t communicate with their customers at all, and they WILL hold your car past dates promised. Just be cautious when bringing your car here that s all.

BodyWorks did an amazing job repairing our relatively new BMW X5 after we were rear ended. Communication was great and they handled the insurance claim, which wasn't easy (Safeco / Liberty Mutual is a total nightmare to deal with BTW - avoid SafeCo as an insurance company at all costs...).We actually had another BMW repaired by one of their (certified BMW) competitors a couple of years ago and Bodyworks performed much higher quality work and was way easier to work with than their competitor. Laly, Jesus, Earl and Nick all did a great job. I'd highly recommend them. Thank You!

I had a couple of dings and dents in the hood of my Tucson, I know not a super fancy car, but they really bugged me. I didn't want to hassle with insurance, nor sure they'd pay so I called around for some estimates. Billy and Craig at BodyWorks blew the competition out of the water. They got me in fast and their guys did a professional job. The hood looks brand new and the color and texture matches perfectly. I feel like they treated me the same as a customer with mush more expensive car. I'm not complaining but expected to pay much more, lol, and the best part is that the car was cleaned in and out when I picked it up! Thanks again guys!Service: Painting

They used poor quality products (black spray paint) for our Tesla trunk interior. it s been almost a month and our interior still smells like spray paint. Just go with Tesla service don t trust these third parties to do a quality job.

I brought my BMW to BodyWorks by Murray Motor Imports in April 2021 to repair collision damage to my rear bumper, repair several scratched wheel rims, to have my windows tinted and for a full detail. I couldn t be more pleased with the entire experience from top to bottom. My car was ready when they said it would be and it looks Perfect!My bumper looks like it did when it was on the showroom floor. The ceramic window tint is flawless and my rims look factory new. I ve had cars detailed countless times over the years and they performed the best detail job that I have ever had. There wasn t a spot or a spec of dust on it anywhere! The entire car was sparkling and it looks brand new!The manager, Billy Mahn, took his time to answer all of my questions and went way above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased. Damaris at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. Josh Kassen, gave me a very reasonable estimate and the paint and collision specialists did a perfect job! Tim Perry, the Director runs an outstanding operation with the highest level of quality repair work and professional service!BodyWorks by Murray Motor Imports is the only dealer-owned certified BMW and Mercedes-Benz Collision Center in Colorado. When my beloved BMW was struck by an inattentive driver in a Ram Power Wagon, I was adamant that it be repaired by an authorized BMW body shop. They are trained to BMW standards and must adhere to BMW's practices and procedures. I chose Bodyworks By Murray Motor Imports. I am extremely happy that I did. I was also very fortunate that my estimator was Laly Quinonez. One of the biggest challenges in the body repair business is dealing with insurance companies. Insurance companies are understandably committed to holding down the cost of repairs to be able to offer competetive rates to their customers. One of the ways they do this is to try to force repair facilities to utilize used parts in their repairs. BMW forbids their authorized dealers from using anything but new genuine BMW parts. Insurance companies also attempt to compel facilities to work at reduced labor rates which interferes with a shop being able to attract and maintain the most professional bodymen, painters and etc. My estimator, Laly Quinonez, was a bulldog in dealing with the insurance company. As a result, my BMW is restored to its original like-new condition. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and especially grateful to the diligence and professional commitment and hard work of Laly. I heartily endorse this facility. I would never use another.

This shop does an outstanding job, and I would recommend it to everyone, including friends and family, and anyone concerned about getting the highest quality repair outside of the BMW factory. They only perform BMW certfied work and dont settle for anything but perfection. They dont allow or use anything but genuine BMW parts. They recently repaired a car of mine and were very meticulous and thorough, which is an understatement. Im overly picky about any detail with my car and wont trust the big name repair shops because their work is always second rate. This place is different, and is even more discerning than I am. Mike H., the estimator I worked with kept me updated all along the way and was as professional as they come. He educated me about the entire repair process, and made sure that every aspect of the repair was done perfectly. When he informed me that the car would look like brand new from factory once they were finished, he meant it, and it truly does look like its fresh off of the showroom floor. If, heaven forbid, your BMW gets damaged and you only want the very best work done on it, this is the place to take it. There are other BMW shops in Denver, but if I ever need work done in the future, this is the only one I'll ever think about taking mine to. Not Schomp or Gebhardt. In fact, this place is the only shop that is certified by both BMW and Mercedes for body repairs in rhe State of Colorado. For me to give such high praise to a place is rare, but my experience with them was truly top notch. Mike H. was the one that made sure that this all happened for me. He made sure everything was carried out to perfection. He sure earned my trust and its the only place I'll ever go to, or be able to give such a high recomendation to, in the future. They are that good.

Prices are outrageous, double the amount of what I've been quoted from other certified Tesla repair shops. Customer service poor too since the man I spoke with who's name I believe was Michael was rude, unfriendly and lacked respect. He didn't care to answer any of my questions and would just shut me down by telling me he would take care of it... I'm sure if I was male, it would have been a different storyService: Body & Trim

Took my vehicle in to get a simple cosmetic repair on my front bumper and have been left wondering if I will ever see my vehicle again. When I dropped off my car I was told that it would take three weeks max to get my car taken care of. After three weeks was eclipsed I called because I hadn't been updated as to the status of my vehicle, I left three voicemails before I was able to get a hold of my estimator. My estimator told me that she never said that the repair would take three weeks and that I should expect the car to take another two. I'm usually very understanding about things moving slow in the automotive world as I actively participate in the industry, but the lack of communication and honesty is a failure on this business and its people. 5 stars! We had to take two BMWs here this year for repair and worked with Mike both times. Mike was a true pleasure to work with. He was responsive, courteous and I highly recommend Mike. In fact, when we had to bring in our second car for body work, I requested that Mike would be over our repair. BodyWorks is truly a professional operation and I would not take my BMW or Mercedes anywhere else! They are the only authorized BMW repair center in Colorado so that means only factory OEM parts are used for the repair. Their paint work and blending turned out perfect. They were also extremely clean and kept the interior in perfect condition. We are very pleased with their work!

Ask for Mike Horr, extremely knowledgeable and one of the best in the country. Mike kept me up to date and went the extra mile on every nuance and fine detail. The car got done and it looks good. But the length of the repair took 2 months. They originally said it would take 3 weeks but because of logistical errors and the unwillingness to look at my cars damage before the service apt this expended said time by a significant amount. After being fed up with this undetermined time frame I called the manager directly and told him he needed to give me a definitive date to get my car back. He gave me a timeframe of two weeks (which was delivered) but everything the shop had told me prior to that time frame felt like lip service. If you drive a Tesla, I highly suggest taking it to the actual Tesla collision center as they are much more transparent with their work and have a direct line to Tesla parts manufacturing

I am overly satisfied with the quality of the body work done on my 2007 ML500 by Mike Horr at BodyWorks. Mike was upfront about the extended length of time my car would be in the shop, which was out of Mike s control (took a long time for the shop to receive the parts). Mike called multiple times over the course of the repairs, and was extremely willing to listen to my concerns and answer any questions. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with my experience here. Mike even went out of his way to track down a new grill guard (a grill guard that Mercedes told me would be next to impossible to find). I hope I never need his services again, but Mike is definitely who I would trust in the future and recommend to friends and family in need of repairs. 10/10Service: Body & Trim

After having our BMW X5 for only two weeks, it was involved in a very minor fender bender. Basically just some trim replacement, minor painting and clear coating, and a wheel replacement and alignment. The customer service I received was great. John at the shop was my consultant. He told me what would need to be done, roughly how long it would take, and answered any questions I had. He was great to work with. It took almost two weeks turn around time, but this also factors in that there was a two day lag with the insurance company and they are only open Monday through Friday. They are the only official BMW body repair shop in Colorado. They are a smaller shop with no shortage of business. With that being said I thought the repair and time taken to do it were reasonable. The quality of the repair was great. I would recommend this shop if you need a higher end vehicle repaired.

Came to this shop after a friend hit the passenger side of my Tesla M3. The body work was perfect, couldn't even tell the door was damaged. The paint job took a little longer than expected, but the results were well worth the extra day. I know Tesla's are difficult to work on, but this team went the extra mile to ensure the repair was up to my standards.Service: Painting

Mike is very professional, very courteous, pays great attention to detail. Josh was my service rep and was absolutely fabulous. My Audi had some fairly serious damage and was in their shop for over a month on an insurance claim. He went to bat on a daily basis to make sure that the parts were appropriate, and kept me closely posted on the progress of the repairs. Mike Horr kept me informed as my car was repaired, and the shop did a great job. Took them a bit to wrangle the insurance company to the ground but that is on the insurance company. My 2017 BMW 340i was involved in an accident so I took it in to BodyWorks by Murray. I ve always trusted them for my vehicle needs and this time did not disappoint!! I worked with Josh Kassen who did a fantastic job. He was professional and always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I am very satisfied throughout the entire process, as he got me all the OEM parts I wanted at a decent price. The nice lady, I think her name was Dee, at the front desk was great as well. She always answered the phone in a very polite way and she greeted me very nicely as I entered the shop. I had a clear bra installed on my new bumper as well and the work was fantastic! It looks way better than the one I had on there originally. Finally, my car was finished and cleaned 3 days before the promised date! I would definitely recommend Josh and BodyWorks by Murray. Thank you guys so much!!

Bodyworks repaired broken window and stolen hood on 2009 BMW 3 series. This insurance claim should have been straight forward but for insurance Co. Pushing back over nothing. Parts and labor shortages everywhere, casualty of COVID. Bodyworks met the challenge and even with young team did a quality repair, perfectly matched paint and team motivated to turn out quality service. Jessi was painter, Paul and Jacob, techs and Laly was client advisor. They all did fine job, resourceful, and dealt with the complexities that come with the industry after Covid.

John my service advisor is one of best that I have ever dealt with. He is very professional keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle and looks out for my best interest when going up against the insurance company.Body works is detail driven and they made my vehicle look like brand new when they were done with it. They are truly number one in my book. They are the best body shop in Colorado and that's why I will continue to bring my vehicles to them. Great job guys!

Poor communication, poorly organized, poor care for vehicles. Car was there for weeks with no updates. Then told they hadn't started a file on it or done any intake paperwork, even though I submitted their required info and forms within 24 hours of the vehicle being dropped off. Damage was done to a door and fender, but they ripped both bumpers off and threw parts in the vehicle, damaging the leather.
