Alex helped me out with my order and was awesome at customer service. The install of my 4 new tires didn't even take 45 minutes and they seemed pretty busy. This place is a no brainier over other tire shops, especially with the 3 year warranty for 50 bucks. Seriously? How is that even possible. Highly recommended shop! Thanks guys!

Felix took care of me when getting new tires. He did an awesome job. I had a coverage plan for a damaged tire and he took the time to call them and get a tire covered. He gave me all the discounts and information for rebates to save additional money. Would go back here again!

I stopped in on a work break at the Big O Tires on Federal in Denver to get a tire checked out that was constantly leaking. Felix and Victor got me taken care of quickly (free of charge too!) and were very polite and professional. I ll be back with my business for any needs with tires and I will highly recommend to those I know. Thank you!

We go to our neighborhood Big-O Tires, off of 1940 S.Federal in Denver. One of the managers, Alex has an amazing team rockin with him! I can't even count how many times they prepped my car for winter, helped me with tires, and fixed a lot of sensors on my vehicles! I don't go no where else with help with our vehicles.They provide great customer service & they always get it done right the first time. it's great coming to a business, where they strive to provide great service & work ethic! Salute to the whole squad, all the new tires, pros, I've also met, that made me feel welcome, Joseph, Victor & Josh! Alex's crew is the best of the best! thank you! Happy Holidays!!

I had taken my vehicle in for a drive shaft repair. Next they brought to my attention I had suspension issues as well as my waterpump was leaking. So I trusted in getting it all repaired. Lastly they offered a deal on new set tires with alignment. I was happy to get it all taken care even though it was costly. I was happy with the work and feeling in trusted the work done will have warranty. I decided take my second vehicle following the next week to get checked out and get another set of new tires for that one. I thought wow they are great. I was certain that my vehicles will be running great after all of this. No problems or issues throughout the year. Then one vehicles tire had got a screw in the tire. My tire went completely flat and came off the rim driving in a residential area. I had my husband take the tire in for me to get repaired. I thought since we purchased the tire from here and there should have been a warranty or repairs available. While they put the tire back on the rim and repaired the hole they said the tire was no good there was a bubble the size of a tennis ball on the outside wall of tire. Which was not there before taken in. He tells my husband the tire not under warranty and wants to charge for a new tire. But not the same as the set I previously purchased. Frustrating we were under the impression the tires were all warranty. We purchased two sets from them! So my husband brought the tire home. I can not afford a new tire now I'm unemployed. Struggling like everyone else in the economy. I put the tire back on the vehicle for now, but can not drive my vehicle cause it is not safe. Also it went flat again after a few days. Seriously frustrated I called to double check on all my work done on my vehicles what is actually under warranty?! What is covered and what is not?! The one time I actually needed something repaired they supplied to me they can't help! I will not return to this company ever again for any repairs or tires! Thousands of dollars paid why would I declined a warranty? The main reason why I stop going to smaller shops. Unfortunately I was wrong about BIG O being a great place to go to. The only way to get help is to pay more money. Not get a replacement or any coverage for their products they offer you!

Service is great there!! I take my vehicles there for pretty much everything. They don't lie to make another couple hundred off you to try n fix what isn't broken. Alex is very professional, knowledgeable and polite from start to finish. Thanks team!!

DO NOT GO HERE. work is shotty. Don t tell you when your vehicle is done. Will keep it extra days. Had the same issue fixed four times and had to threaten corporate getting involved before I was offered a percentage of a refund. And it s still not fixed.

This is my go-to shop for all things tires. Alex has always been professional and takes his time to explain everything that will happen with my car. I recently needed a repair due to a nail in my rear tire, brought it in and Alex was great, in and out of there in no time!

Felix was very informative and helpful on my journey to finding the right tires for all-weather conditions! I was in a snow related accident two years ago due to cheap tires that had no traction, and Felix helped me pick the right set of tires on the phone and ordered them to the location. He proceeded to wheel the tire out to me when I arrived to the shop to show me the tread and explain a few things before mounting them on my car. This made me feel very appreciated and respected as a customer! Felix and his team were efficient and the job was completed under an hour. I drove 30 minutes to this particular Big O location for the reviews alone! Thanks Felix!

Felix made my experience here very easy. I needed to get my struts done but money was tight. He found anyway to get my struts done with out being pushy. Overall my visit with big o was outstanding. I highly recommend anyone to do business with them in the future.

BigO tired got me in quickly in their first-come first-serve fashion. They were communicative and helped me get all new tires on within an hour after I came in with a flat and it was found that my tires were bald. They set me up with a coupon and were very transparent with me about prices and quality. They did not try to upsell and they gave me lots of options. They are kind, clear and competent. I consistently have good interactions with BigO.

Love this spot! Free rotations and balancing for lifetime of the tires when you buy tires from them! Felix and co are always pleasant to speak with on the phone. Other Big O locations are not this great but these guys give big o a good name!

BIG THANKS to Felix, Victor and Alex for their work on my car. I went in Wednesday and talked to Felix and Victor, who are very very VERY nice, and gave me the run down on what could be needed to be done other than the tires. They answered all of my questions in a way that I can understand as I am not a knowledgeable car person. After discussing the tires which was my original plan to get, he was able to get me in to replace my tires and my brakes as well as new rotors the very next day with a really solid deal. After driving off the lot I couldn't have been happier feeling like my car was new, no squeaking no hard turning, my car feels like she's driving like butter again! Highly recommend this Big O in particular if you are in Denver.Felix has an amazing vibe and is very funny and kind and helped me BIG time.Victor has a wonderful demeaner and calm atmosphere and was a pleasure speaking with them both.Alex I only spoke to in passing but they too are very kind. Thank you all for everything! Great Service! Great Pricing/deals! Amazing work

Came in today to get my right tail light fixed. Asked if they could change both due to if one goes out and gets changed the other one tends to go out some weeks later. Pricing was very decent. Felix is the guy to see not saying any of the others aren't good to see. Felix was very nice and hospitable. He had such a good positive vibe and was not rude nor rushed how some mechanics are at other locations. Told me he would get things done as soon as they could. Waited for maybe an hour with other people ahead of me and without a reservation for service. It is first come first serve so be early if u need something done. Great service and car is still pushing good. Thanks Felix and the staff at this Big O on Federal. Will be back

Best all purpose tire, repair, and general mechanic I've been to in Denver. Alex, Victor, and Felix are top notch, along with the guys who work with them. There's a reason these guys hold contracts with so many different fleet vehicles for companies in the metro area.

Alex and the crew over at big O tires were willing to take care of my punctured tire when two other shops that I went to would not. Definitely going back to Big O instead of Go Green or Discount Tire next door. Thanks fellas

Guys!!! Really?!?! What an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB DONE on my vehicle!! I don't even recognize my own car! Didn't run this good when I purchased it and drove it off the lot!!!! These awesome mechanics (hands blessed by God Himself!)... The Big O team ROCKS, and I am a customer for LIFE. The minute you walk in and are welcomed as a VIP... Usually by Victor or Felix you already know by the professional and friendly atmosphere that you're in the right place! Shout out to Brandon and the Big O Team in that garage where the MAGIC happens. I switched over to Big O after getting terrible treatment from two Discount Tire locations and I could not be happier! Victor, the manager is super professional and helpful, always ensuring the work that is done is quality. I ve had mechanical things worked on as well as new tires. I can t tell you how much better my car is driving since the professionals at Big O took care of me. I was disappointed in all the tire choices I ve been forced to endure over the years and now my car is back to its sporty peppy self! Thanks to Victor and everyone at Big O.

I recently went in to get an oil change and my tires rotated before my road trip across the country. Alex also recommended that I should get my tires aligned because they were a little off. This has happened to me before so I am very aware of my tires. I have scratches on 2 of my rims on the right side. After supposedly getting my tires rotated they were both in the same position. This leads me to believe they were never rotated. I also paid for an alignment. This is something I doubt happened as well. As a women I find it hard to find people I trust with my car and I feel like they took advantage of me. I also don t trust the quality of oil change I received. Cars a big investments. I make sure I maintain my car so I get its longest life. Then people take advantage so you have to spend more money later.

Alex is an absolute saint. We needed a tire repair for a nail last minute for a trip to Telluride and he helped us right away and fasts Thank you so much Alex you are a lifesaver . Highly recommend this place for anyone needing work done on their tires

These guys are awesome. They are always so helpful and will try to find the best deal for you, AND they do so much more than just tires. I bring both of my vehicles here because their customer service is spectacular. Thank you Felix and the rest of the team, you guys are great!
