I have been coming to Big O Tires on pecos for years now, i get all the help i need and assistance on the care of my vehicle. I have been helped by Josh many times and I am grateful for his patience and his knowledge. I recommend coming here for a flat tire, oil change and anything else your car needs! 5 star place with 5 star friendliness. Highly recommend! Ask for josh!

I recently visited Big O Tires on Pecos St., for a new set of tires for my Audi and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I called to inquire until the moment I drove away, everything was handled flawlessly. The team promised a 2hr turnaround and drivers right on schedule, which i really appreciated. A special shout out to Adrian, who was exceptionally helpful.he kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I was comfortable and informed. The teams respect for my property and their swift service once my car was in the bay was impressive. I highly recommend Big O Tires for anyone in need of reliable and efficient car servicing. Thanks for such a professional and hassle-free experience!

I can t say enough good about this merchant. Starting with friendly and honest service, then the expediency of performing the work.Patty at the front desk really went out of her way to get an exact estimate before we made any decisions. Then, to exceed expectations even further, the work was done within a couple of hours.This staff takes care of their customers the old fashioned way. Honest service at a very fair price.Hats off to a quality shop! You can trust them with your business.

Huge shout-out to this Big O Tire! Joshua and his team really helped us out when we had an emergency situation happen while trying to leave Denver to get back home (550 miles) in time for work the next day. Despite being very busy they were able to able to squeeze us in, check it, find the problem, fix it and hand the keys back to us in less than 3 hours. They had a pleasant waiting room with many outlets. Everyone on the staff was very friendly, and helpful.Thank you so much for helping us get back on the road and home safe.

If you re looking for reliable, professional, and timely this a wonderful place. I was able to get a (rare) tire repair with no appointment in about an hour on a Saturday while it was sunny! I will say that the earlier the better, and this is about around when they opened As a business owner it just goes to show that this company really cares about its customers. Not to mention, the friendly staff. Thank you, Josh, Adrian and Patty, y all are amazing with the customer service and also Big O tires. I will definitely use in the near future.

Great customer service at this location very professional, very courteous. He was on the phone at the time when I walked in and he still greeted me. I was fortunate enough that they were able to service my tires pretty quickly. Shout out to Rico the representative that helped me!

What a wonderful experience!! I'm so grateful and glad I came here for my tire repair. Patty Palmas helped me out and was an absolute GEM. I came in on short notice ~ as I was just about to leave town for a cross-country road trip when I discovered I needed a tire patched! They were ready for me right when I walked in, and they got my tire fixed up quick as can be. The service here is so kind & professional, and I felt completely confident my car was in capable hands. I was able to get back on the road quickly, and with the peace of mind that my car was road-worthy for the long drive ahead. Thank you Patty, and everyone at Big O!

Always an awesome experience at Big O! Today I needed a simple patch job for a nail stuck in my tire. Completely covered under warranty. Patty had me in and out in less than 30 minutes.If you need any vehicle maintenance done quickly and with outstanding customer service, take your car into Big O.

The two guys who help me on Friday are the best! They were friendly and honest. I had a flat tire and had to leave but they helped my mother in-law with financing and getting my red jeep on the road again. I think one of them was Rico and I can't remember the other guy. Thank you

TL:DR great for oil changes, be cautious of price gouging depending on the manager working.I visited the store on 11/28 for an oil change and to get a diagnostic test due to my car only blowing out cold air when the heat was on. The manager in duty was super great and very upfront and honest. I saw the invoice was charging a diagnostics test fee of $75 which makes sense to me.After the oil change they mentioned they flush fluids and all of a sudden the heater was working now. So they didn't need to do much else and discounted the diagnostic test fee.I left to get gas next door and noticed there was no longer cool air, ONLY HEAT. I went back within 5 minutes of leaving and brought this up to the manager and he verified the issue. He said to bring it back the next morning and would rollover the diagnostics fee to any additional services required.I came back 11/29 at 8am to have the vehicle looked over again. Something clearly happened when they were changing the oil due to my issue going from one extreme to the other between the start and end of service the day before. I was told by the female manager with a buzz cut that she needed to charge me $150 to run the test.How would this charge double overnight? The manager made it seem like I was just complaining and seemed very cold to me like I was making this up. She clearly was trying to take advantage of me and manipulate the situation to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. I'd be cautious based on my experience with this location.

I am very happy with my experience here. Joshua and Patty were quick to greet me when I came in and were very helpful as I discussed my needs/concerns. It was easy to schedule an appointment online, the pricing was reasonable and they provided quick, quality service. Highly recommend!

Unless you're a white woman who's cute you'll have to wait too long for anything. Made an appointment? Too bad. Need an oil change? Hour and half minimum. Need a service member? Better hope the lobbies empty because only one person is ever up front and they do not care. This is my second time here and I'll never come back, please save yourself the time and headache.

Came in with a nail in a tire on a recently bought used car and not having these tires purchased from Big O, store manager Joshua Newberry did the repair for free. I previously had been to this Big O location and bought both services and tires and have been very satisfied. I greatly appreciated Joshua's generosity because it was right before Christmas. Stop on in and ask for the bro Josh! Dudes always there when myself, my family, and my friends need him! He makes sure we get the best quality for the best price every time without a doubt! I'll never go anywhere else because I never need to with Josh on staff. Josh is the man and Big O is the spot, check em out!

Ran over something near the store and pulled in as it was going flat. The manager Joshua was very friendly, repaired my flat and got me back on the road quick! Highly recommend! Will definitely be back when it's time for a new set.

Love this place! I ve had several experiences with this shop for tires and other services and they have always done me right. Just took a car in for a diagnostic and Josh and Patty were of great help! I m super grateful to have a shop with such good folks working that I can trust so close to home. No one wants to frequent a repair shop but whenever I got a need for it I m going here. Thanks y all!

I wouldn t recommend coming here. We had called and asked for a specific tire so that all 4 tires matched, we only needed one since one wasn t just flat but had a small slit to it. Joshua had ordered the tire and he did say it would take about a month so when he called a week later stating the tire was in we were surprised but obviously ecstatic that we d finally get our tire. Anyway, we go in, hand over our tire that was no good and waited about 3 hours for the work to be done to our car. Leaving the store we noticed our tires were completely switched around and then they never gave us back our original tire. So we go back and we re just told what we wanted to hear, that they d look at the cameras to see where our original tire went. It s been a few days and nothing has been resolved so not only did we lose a tire but coming to this Big O tires you also lose peace of mind. It s a simple task and that wasn t delivered. Almost $400 dollars for one single tire and to receive horrible service so yeah I would say stay away from here. I put my trust and faith into this store and I was let down.

Great staff who are very friendly and accommodating. They patched up one of my tires, checked and added air to the others in no time. They keep a well maintained environment, I highly recommend this location.
