For years I'd heard great things about Elder Auto so when I needed some repairs, I price checked a few places and I went to them over another shop for ~5 repairs. After the repairs, I got my oil changed and they noted an issue with the recent repair. I brought it back and they said it was fine. The next oil change I got the same report and brought it back to Elder's and asked them to show me, sure enough there was an issue. It was thankfully still under warranty, so they scheduled me to get it fixed. Near the end of the day on the re-repair, I hadn't heard from them and called to check in. They hadn't gotten to my car early enough in the day so said they would have to keep it. OVER THE WEEKEND. It would have been fine if we had planned for this but I needed it that weekend so I had them put it back together and brought it in AGAIN. I then had to bring it back 3 ADDITIONAL times for multiple issues- a dust cover not seated properly and the worst- a brake caliper not reattached. Thank goodness I noticed right away and wasn't driving through the mountains without a brake. Multiple times when I showed up for a second appointment, they didn't know I was coming, despite me talking to the manager and scheduling an appointment. Each time I was responsible to get to and fro, had to skip work and had to insist they do the repair properly. Yes a misplaced dust cover isn't a huge deal but over time, it does cause issues and I believe a service should be done properly and that I shouldn't have to convince someone to do things properly. They did apologize each time and in the end the repair was made, but I have never had such a bad experience and I highly recommend you save yourself time and energy and go somewhere that will do the repair right the first, second, third or fourth time. I don't like to leave bad reviews but think everyone should be warned of the unacceptable experience I had.

Probably one of the nicest tire shops that I ve been too. The work was performed correctly and quickly. The discount were unbelievable. I will definitely recommend them to friends & be back.

Changing my original review. Came in for an alignment and after the job was done the car still pulled to the right heavily, came back to get that fixed. The staff said they don t know how that happened, now after the second attempt my car still pulls to one direction. Safe to say I m not going to go get another alignment here.

Love them! Their flat tire repair and rotation services truly are free and they do not try to sell you anything. I made a late night appointment for the next day online and they got me in and out in about an hour. Their friendly staff quickly identified the issue with my tire, fixed it and had me on my way. I will be back and recommending them.(I recommend calling to book/doublecheck your appointment to be sure it went into their system correctly. Mine didn't but they still got me in and out quickly!)

Phenomenal service every single time! As a woman, it can be intimidating going into auto shops as they usually try to pull one over on me and overcharge. These guys always make me feel so welcome and understood, and never charge me for more than I need. In and out of a tire change in less than an hour, kind service, and great prices. Never going anywhere else for tires again, thank you guys so much!!

This was my first experience with Big Brand, and they were great! Everyone was helpful and they provided a ride to and from my home while they were replacing my tires. I told them that my good spare was on the car, but it was not communicated to the shop and my tire was mistakenly discarded. I was dealing with some medical issues in our family and it was several weeks before I realized what happened, so I felt partially responsible. Ken was nice enough to replace it with a new tire at no charge, which was really helpful and kind. Will go here from now on.

Reserved a same-day flat tire consult for 5pm at the Aurora shop. I meant to reserve a time at the Glendale shop since I live very close by. I showed up to the Glendale shop at 5pm and they happily transferred my reservation and got me in. They patched up my flat, installed the tire, and neatly put away my spare and tools in my trunk all in 30 minutes. Quick and easy experience. Friendly team and very accommodating.

Staff were courteous and clearly had many long-term repeat customers. I needed a flat replaced and was able to get two new tires in less than 45 minutes, for cheaper than I had expected (after being told the tires would take a day to order and another day to be installed at a nearby competitor). Very happy with the service I received.

One of friends recommended this place as -no over pricing, working on where it needs-maintenance shop. And that is Ture! They have been helping me so much ever since I moved to Denver. FYI, I have gotten service for Brake pads and engine oil changing.

Shout out to Jerod and his crew at the Evans Avenue location in Denver. Scheduled an oil change which was timely completed at a very fair price. They also installed a windshield washer pump that I had purchased but did not have the tools to DYI. Very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and very informative as to what all I needed done on my vehicle I have to bring it back for repair but so far I m pleased with the results that I ve received after my vehicle has been repaired I can write an updated report

Ownership has changed. The good reviews are regarding the previous owners. New guys are crooks. Charged me for an oil change, then after my oil change told me the oil pan is leaking and that ill need a new oil change after I fix that. Had they told me my oil pan was leaking prior to changing the oil, I wouldn't have needed two oil changes and saved 50 bucks. Avoid this place and the incompetent owners.

I booked an appointment online to replace tires. It was winter deal online for $25 dollars thats why booked an appointment with them. When I went for an appointment they said they don t have the tires. I drove all the way and they don t bother to call ? The guy at the front said they sent me an email but they didn t. I stopped into Big Brand Because I had low pressure on my tire. While checking it they found that my tire had a nail in it and fixed it for me right away! It was the end of the day and they were about to close ten minutes later my tire was fixed and I was on the road. This is about my third time getting service here and I keep going back.

Excellent service. I was really low on air for one tire on Labor Day. Nothing was open. Drive twenty minutes to this location and they took excellent care. Very professional, quick and very much appreciated.

I went through a couple iterations to get the right set of Falcon Wild-peak AT3W tires (265/60R20), but it was worth it! I am really happy this shop was willing to work with me and install oversized tires on my 4runner!

this place was soooo amazing. they were super accommodating and everyone I spoke with had fabulous customer service skills. my car drives so smooth after the alignment they did for me. They really saved my life with squeezing me in on such short notice right before the snow. 10/10 will go there for any future car needs.

I had upper ball joints installed in April but the alignment wasn t done right but I thought it was a tire out of balance. After notching irregular wear on the right front I took it back to get it realigned, eight months after the first alignment, and there was no charge for the realignment. Eight months is a long time to expect a realignment at no charge.

Had a tire get shredded on me. Big Brand was the nearest shop. Brought it in, they put a new tire on my rim in 20 mins. Very satisfied with their service.

Very nice people, as a woman it s usually intimidating to go into auto service establishments where you re not sure if you re being taken for a ride or should be worried. They answered questions and were straight forward. I will only be bringing my car here for the foreseeable future.

Big Brand Tire has done an outstanding job with repairs to my SUV!They recently bought out Elder Auto who had been servicing my vehicle for many years.To be honest, at first I was a bit hesitant..new shops are always a little worrisome.But because some of the staff from Elder transitioned over to Big Brand, I decided to give them a try..and I'm soooo glad I did! Elder Auto was definitely a tough act to follow indeed! However, Big Brand Tire has risen to the task at hand and has done an outstanding job!Anyone looking for a quality auto shop with integrity..fare prices..and a GREAT staff..you need look no further..you've found them..Big Brand Tire!

Leaving the radiator cap off on customer delivery; then on the corrective visit, spraying additional antifreeze all over the engine and not even wiping it off with a rag and not filling the coolant reservoir to the minimum level- does not meet even minimum level of service. Oh, and making me wait for over an hour to do this, and stating 'the antifreeze mess will eventually go away.' Are you kidding me? I will never go here again.While waiting in the lobby for over an hour, I also overheard staff apologizing to three different customers on the phone. Here's your sign...

I had been having a lot of issues with tires recently, and after taking my car into Big Brand, they promptly put on a new tire. I had been to a couple other tire places in the area and this was by far my best experience.
