Ive had an exceptional expirence with the purchase and Service of my truck. I watched the local and national market for the best deal through car guru's, auto trader, and multiple dealers in the Denver area. When I presented my information to Curtis and the Barbee sales team they met and exceeded my expectations by easy negotiations, and following through with ensuring my Blue Oval certification and a needed service. I will always consider all options when looking at major purchases, and found an awesome resource in the auto industry. This Family owned Ford dealership is second to none!

Took my car into Freeway Ford after spending a lot of money on services at brakes plus without resolving the issue. Ford fixed my car perfectly and found some troubling issues from previous service. I am grateful for their expertise and great service.

Jordan was great and easy to work with he even accommodated driving halfway to drop car off. He genuinely wanted to help us get into decent used car for a great price for my 19 year old. I appreciated the easy and seamless car purchase experience. This was probably one of the easiest car purchases I've ever done. Found them om True car and worked out all numbers prior to being required to put in an app which I appreciated. He and Trinidad worked late to accommodate the car meet and swap. I definitely was pleased with my experience.

As a former employee at freeway Ford, it was a bumpy ride. As I have been dealing with horrible teeth issues all my life, they knew from the start. And every few months I went to get 1 or 2 pulled. Long story short, I had been hospitalized sick a couple of times while employed there, the last time I was diagnosed with RSV . So after almost 9 days of getting better, I go in to find they had another detailer in my spot and was informed I was done because they felt like I couldn't do the job to their expectations. New GM and he's going to run that business into the ground. Brent part co/owner had always treated me with respect from day 1. Definitely he's a stand up man in all aspects. Other than Brent, that place is going downhill fast. Mostly because of their new GM. He says one thing in front of you then another thing behind your back. Such coward ness and lack of any compassion. I know of 5 employees that are going to quit because of you, the new GM. Enjoy ruining what once was a reputable and great dealership.

We recently bought a truck with the help of Ben. He was personable and took his time with us while we navigated which truck to purchase. Afterwards, we needed a few things tended to on the vehicle, both Joe and Ben made it simple and convenient for us to get these items fixed quickly.

I ve had great experiences with Barbee s in the past. Unfortunately the level of service has gone down hill in the last couple of years. I ve experienced terrible communication with my last two repairs. Literally a week + would go by with zero communication until I reached out. Once I did reach out, it could take several hours to get a response. And both times I got my car back, it needed to be detailed from the dust and grime.

Wanted to leave a review as a shoutout for Marcus in service - had to have my Bronco diagnosed for a clunking sound, they were able to diagnose it by morning of day 3 and got it fixed that day, also took care of a recall and did my 10,000 mile maintenance. We were confused about the cause of the sound and Marcus went above and beyond to explain it which we really appreciated. He also texted everyday to give me an update which was great. Thanks again!

I have been taking my F250 there for the past two years. You all have always done a great job with my truck. Today, Jose your service writer took such good care of me. He told me I would have to wait till Saturday for completion. He got it done today. Also a shout out to the technician Chris. Great job! My truck has a lift, so he had to deal with that. He also showed me my waisted rotors. Glad I got my truck in before it got dangerous. Thanks again for another fantastic service experience. Jake S.

Christopher showed up on time for my mobile mechanic appointment. He was extremely professional and friendly. He went above and beyond the factory recall part replacement by telling me a few other things he noticed about my car s health. I had them change my transmission fluid and antifreeze. And they got it done in a short amount of time less than they had predicted. The problem is for four or five days after the service was performed. I kept smelling oil and I suspected they may be spilled some Transmission fluid on the engine, frustrated I finally lifted the hood to check it out and the transmission fluid dipstick was sticking up two or 3 inches out of the tube and there was fluid sprayed around the area. Totally disappointed in that type of lack of attention to detail.

I recently had an experience with Barbee Freeway Ford that left me disappointed and concerned. I took my truck in for a check-up, and I was assured that everything was in fine condition. However, shortly after, I discovered that the truck actually had significant transmission issues.The lack of accurate diagnosis from the dealership was disheartening, especially considering the potential safety risks and repair costs associated with transmission problems. While I understand that diagnosing vehicle issues can sometimes be complex, transparency and thoroughness are critical in automotive services.

I got a text for the Works oil change happy hour special and they scheduled me that Saturday afternoon. There were a few ppl ahead of me but they got me in and out in almost 45 min. The entire process was smooth, fast and saved me money!

Freeway Ford Service is dysfunctional and incapable of providing a good customer experience. Despite having my car for 4 days unable to even diagnosis problem let alone begin any repairs. This is regular and consistent experience at their service department. I believe service advisors are trying to help but so poorly managed that any good experience is pure luck.

Staff was professional..however I have a nail stuck in the front tire of the driver side..they said it could be patched because of where it was. And immediately said they could sell me a new tire..I explained that I had purchased the tire as a set less than a year ago..they confirmed it was December 12,2022..I said it was covered under warranty..they said you didn't purchase..I informed them that I was told the tires were automatic covered..I wasn't going to buy another tire when less than a year ago I spent $1000-$1200 on these tires..I had them put on my spare tire...disappointed in this experience with Freeway Ford since I Ford is my first choice for vehicle

Stay away from this place!!!Horrible customer service.Extremely rude owners.Not professional.Bought a brand new 2023 transit from them for 80kA few weeks after my back up camera stopped working.When went back to try and resolve the issue, the owner went off on me and told me he didn t build the car for me and just sold it!Can you believe that??Will never go back there and will tell everyone I know to stay away.Do yourself a favor and find a different dealership.Would give -5 starts if I could.Shame on you.

I have brought three of my Fords there for several years and always have been taken care of very well. The staff at quick lane and in the service department are top-notch and their rates are no different than any other garage in town. They were awesome from the start, I explained my situation and they told me two options but wouldn t know for certain until further investigation but in the end they were able to fix the problem the same day and it only took a couple of hours and I back driving! Im definitely bringing my car back to these guys they know what there doing!

Pretty good job but need some better communication between your techs and service advisors. Confusion about what had or had not been completed throughout the process. Also need to hire more service advisors because my boy Matty is STRESSED.

My husband originally purchased 2016 Ford 250 Crago Van at Freeway Ford. He changed the oil himself that one time, it wasn't until then could he appreciate your Service Department. He told me the gentleman helping him was friendly and knowledgeable. Freeway Ford even offered him a Veteran discount, how great is that?
