The technicians at Avalon were courteous, efficient and professional in diagnosing and repairing a complex electrical issue with my 10 year old BMW diesel sedan. There was essentially no waiting time to get the vehicle in for service and the explanation of the issue was thorough. Repairs were performed as quickly as possible and the costs for repair (beyond the parts needed to replace a cracked diesel exhaust fluid line that was also an issue and that I had suspected) were very reasonable. Follow up has also been excellent - I will use this shop again.

Easy to schedule an appointment and didn t have to wait long to bring in my vehicle. Kind and friendly service. Honest as my vehicle was saying one thing and they shared that I simply needed to replace a sensor for fraction of the cost. Quick, same day service. Very happy to have a reliable shop for all my future repairs. Thank you, Avalon.

I can t say enough good things about Avalon. I ve only worked with them for a year, but countless times they have done tremendous and honest work on my Audi. They re even innovating new ways to solve problems with cars that would otherwise not have a solution and give great off hand advice for what do I do in this situation, which I appreciate being newer to the car world. Highly recommend!

Hello, my name is Patrick. I took my Audi S6 to C- Brothers Automotive. They recommended I get a new thermostat quoted me over $4500.I thought I would get a second opinion. I went to Avalon very nice place very high tech.. Super Knowledgeable People. They did a pressure test on my engine and my cooling system and found no leaks. I recommend Avalon for all German cars. There s nothing like, finding honest people in this day and age. Hey Avalon, thanks for saving me $4500. I will be back next time I have an issue. Thanks again Patrick Carrillo.

I took my Porsche to Avalon Motorsport for an oil change and to have them do a comprehensive vehicle inspection. They were very detailed about everything they reviewed. All of the issues were categorized in terms of criticality of the repair. They also took pictures of everything that they found and were recommending. It was great because I have a list of any issues I need to take care of now, plus upcoming service that I should get prepared to do. I really liked that they put all the pictures up online so I could see exactly any issue. I felt comfortable with their assessment and evaluation of my car. I felt they were very honest and very fair with their inspection, assessment and pricing. I will definitely be back.

Avalon Motorsports service was incredible!! The staff there were excellent. They gave me a great feeling, and renewed my faith in knowing I would be well taken care of. No padding the job..Very fair prices for parts and labor. Overall great service!! BBB rating. I would invariably recommend Avalon Motorsports to anyone that needs service.Good bye dealership, hello Avalon.

This is a fantastic shop for servicing European vehicles. They clearly have a ton of knowledge and service orders/records through email adds convenience for the vehicle owner. A work colleague recommended them to me when she drove European brands and I m glad I came. Can t wait to get my future service done here.

I gave them three stars because one when I initially went in they were super polite. Don t get me wrong. The professionalism is amazing. However, I brought my car to them. I paid for the Dino. There was a couple other things that I was an able to get fixed at the time (was bringing it back later) but then I had two new lights pop up on my car telling me that I had a malfunctioning headlights mind you these lights were never on until after they did the work on my car, I also did pay for the warranty I was told to bring the car back to them if I had any problems I m trying to bring the car back to them just for them to tell me they have to do another Dino for the headlights I d have to pay $129 for a problem they created. (Mind you not to fix them just to do a Dino.) I don t appreciate that. It feels like I m being screwed over at that point specially when I was about to bring my car in for another pricey service. It s a slap in the face.IF YALL CAN GO TO Importsports it s off of Iliff amazing. The price difference is insane go there get your vehicle fixed was no extra stress added get good customer service plus a completely FIX and WORKING CAR!

This was my first time taking my Audi SUV to an auto shop other than the dealership and I can confidently say Avalon will be my first (and only) stop moving forward. They were incredibly thorough, timely with follow-up, and gave me options with recommended maintenance costs, which were significantly less than what Audi quoted me. I will not hesitate and have already recommended them to friends and family.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto battery maintenance

With our 2012 Mini Cooper S, we had been skeptical about these shops due to unpleasant experiences at other shops in Denver. We had been ripped off by Dart Auto multiple times. We found that Avalon is transparent, professional and fairly priced. Almost too good to be true ;-)Highly Recommend.

These guys did a great Job on my recent repairs and were very thorough and helpful through the entire process. Especially Wade Coates who handled my account. He was honest and informative and it allowed me to make rational calculations about decisions and repairs for my vehicle.

Very friendly, helpful people. They were honest about what I could get done at another place (e.g. an oil change that wasn't executed properly) and priced my other maintenance needs at what felt like a fair cost. Definitely would recommend coming here for any Mini Cooper servicing needs.

Prompt and thorough 65,000 mile inspection of my Audi Allroad. Clear explanation of every diagnostic observation. No alarmist language intended to oversell repairs that either are unnecessary nor urgent. This builds trust which is a hard-earned but coveted quality for any business to have but especially when the customer is far less knowledgeable than the mechanics and is vulnerable to their guidance. Trust builds repeat business that a customer like me will not forfeit for convenience or someone offering a better deal .nice work!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Wade & Tom are the perfect picture of good service. This shop has taken care of 3 of my VW Group cars for the last 5 years. All the recommendations have been spot on, the technical effectiveness of their services has been unmatched. They are trustworthy, generous, technically savvy, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this shop.

The technicians and advisors are extremely knowledgeable. They strive to give the best advise and assist in prioritizing repairs according to need and budget. They will even recommend declining costly repairs depending on the technician's overall assessment of the vehicle's health. It's all about doing the right thing with these guys! They are awesome!

They did great work from what I can tell! The sounds I was worried about went away and I got my car back after getting a laundry list of things done within three business days. They even went over with me in detail what needed to be done on the car and helped me point out the priority to-dos. Jennifer was especially helpful over the phone and very detailed in explaining everything. I do think this place is a bit more pricy from my experience, however it s probably worth it! All mechanics are also very friendly.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes

We had positive experiences with Avalon with our Audis initially. I brought in my Audi S7 for an issue with a rough idle. I was quoted $9500 to replace the injectors because they needed to lift the engine.I was not prepared to make that investment, so I had the vehicle towed to my house. After getting the vehicle back I added injector fluid to the fuel ($20) and its been over a year and it has not had a rough idle or any other issues.The experience was enough for me to stop doing business with Avalon as this was an obvious attempt at customer deception.

We love Avalon. We have taken 3 cars to Avalon over the years and have never had bad advice or recommendations for unnecessary work. When considering a new vehicle I honestly consider whether or not they will work on the make because I don t want to find a new mechanic. The service is friendly and flexible. I can call them with questions from the road - like if a warning light comes on, or it won t start. I really trust them to make recommendations for service and repair, and they haven t steered me wrong yet. I whole heartedly recommend them.

Tom was great to work with! While I didn t ultimately have Avalon repair my vehicle, it wasn t a result of my service experience. Tom was very helpful, courteous and informative. He really went above and beyond to try to help me.

First time customer and will definitely come back for all my car needs! Took my 2009 Jetta in for a suspected broken clock spring. They diagnosed the problem quickly and called to walk me through all the details and the process of repair. They were very thorough and answered all my questions. They even let me know to look out for Volkswagen recalls on the clock spring so I could get reimbursed! Never once felt taken advantage of. Incredible service and incredible team!

I can not even begin to explain how grateful I am to have found Avalon Motorsports! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Prior to discovering this amazing place, I had only taken my vehicle to a local Audi dealer for service. About a year ago, I brought my car into the dealership service department and informed them about an issue I was having upon starting my vehicle and my check engine light was on. I told the service department that I thought I had a bad solenoid. Not only did the dealership dismiss my claims about the solenoid, they replaced a bunch of parts, charged me for them and didn t even test drive the vehicle to see if the problem persisted. After I picked it up the check engine light remained! I took it back several times for the same issue and spent thousands of dollars and was eventually told that they couldn t get my car to repeat the problem and it was fine to drive as long as the check engine light was not flashing. Eventually the issue persisted to the point that I could barely start my vehicle or keep it running! I had an error code about a cam shaft position sensor. I started googling good Audi service mechanics and stumbled across Avalon Motorsports. Wade and Ryan and all of the people at Avalon are amazing. They listened to me, they spent time on my car, they drove it. THEY FIXED MY VEHICLE! It wasn t an easy fix and I m sure that caused a bit of a headache to diagnose the problem but they took the time. They got to the root problem. They also did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and gave me a list of things that I should consider servicing but didn t pressure me to spend money on things that didn t need to happen immediately! They fixed my windshield washer fluid nozzles that were spraying over my vehicle, something the dealership was going to charge me $200 to fix. I am forever grateful to have stumbled across Avalon Motorsports! I will never take my vehicle to another shop. Avalon Motorsports is not only one of the most reputable shops in the area, but for good reason. I am continually impressed by the professionalism, treatment, and expertise of the folks at Avalon motors, particularly Wade. I have found a forever shop, and it feels great!
