Most helpful staff ever! I purchased a tail light for my Subaru Forester, expecting to bring it home, break out the toolkit and do it myself from a YouTube tutorial. The checkout person offered to do it herself and replaced both bulbs in under 5 minutes! Thank you for the help, best AutoZone ever!

I was struggling to figure out how to install my windshield wiper and one of the workers, Carlos, without prompting noticed I was having trouble and offered to help. This man was so genuinely helpful and kind that despite being pretty far out from where I usually live, this location will from now on be my usual auto-parts store.Shout out to Carlos! Made my day!

Tony Simmons was AMAZING! He went over and above helping me he went out to my car several times he carried in my battery etc he explained the parts the pricing and took a lot of time helping me. He was polite and he literally RAN around the store helping everyone. The best service I have received in recent memory. THANK YOU TONY! Please recognize his exemplary service. I will be back here and tell all my friends and clients to do the same!

Only one person at the register even though there were like 3 other workers there. Long wait. Didn't even know it had a self checkout.... doesn't work anyway. I get the music in the store but sheesh! Does it have to be that loud? Like, now we gotta talk loud to hear each other.

Alex Roman knows cars. He checked everything. Told me what I needed to purchase so I wouldn t have to return to the store multiple times.I appreciate Auto Zone for hiring qualified people . Plus, he is a good salesman.

Edgar helped sort out an order that was placed online. Computer error said it would be delivered but there is no retail deliver, only for commercial accounts. He explained the situation and was very helpful in getting it rectified.

Can't speak for all locations but I've had nothing but great service at the Autozone on Evans Ave, Denver. The staff is knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help if they can. That goes double for the women who work there!

Special thanks to Miguel Ochoa at your service desk. He happily provided a quick diagnostic scan to check for error codes on a vehicle my son's girlfriend was purchasing. He then offered a printout of the FixFinder Report to take with us. This is what customer service looks like. Kudos Miguel - keep up the good work!

A whole morning of issues - first called them to see if they have the correct battery and they said yes. Arrived and they didn't actually have it. Once it was located from another store, it was installed into my car which then would not start. The worker tried to tell me it was my alternator, which has recently been replaced. 5 minutes later, he tells me that he put the wrong battery into my car so we had to start the entire process over. The entire time, the workers and even the manager were cursing and using inappropriate language while goofing off with customers around and in the middle of projects. Super unimpressed and will not be returning.

Jessica helped me out today. She's such a cool employee! She went above and beyond to help me and even taught me a few things on my car! I can't thank her enough. Without her, I probably would still be driving without my brake lights! Thank you, once again, Jessica!

Everyone in there was helpful that day my truck stopped in the parking lot. The cashier gave me a boost off with the Duralast battery charger. I was so impressed that I bought one myself and I always keep it with me. It has a bright light and a USB port to charge. That's awesome. Thanks to all of you for being there for me.

I needed a battery replaced ASAP and the staff worked together to get my old battery out, removed the corrosion, new battery in and got me on my way in less than 30 minutes.

I had the pleasure meeting Jessica, not sure, if she was a manager, but she handled my services as she was. I first pulled in and was harassed and threatened by a homeless woman, just trying to pull in to a parking space!However once I got inside, Jessica helped me with my purchase and informed me by becoming a member of Auto Zone with my $90.00 purchase I will get $5.00 off my next visit! I needed help attaching the part to my car, which she was more than willing to assist, not knowing how to she educated me how to.Then I was approached by a homeless African man, soon as he started to harass me as well, Jessica quickly was stern but polite and informed the man "Are you harassing my customer?" the gentleman ignored her, and he kept pressuring me!Jessica, then helped me get into my car, and stayed by, allowing me to drive away, not having to defend or interact. I like going to that location its far from where I live, (17 miles) however the customer service is worth it, I just wish the outside environment was the same!Great Job Jessica!Sincerely and devoted customer, Nicholas Howard

I walked up to the counter, laid my key fob down, and said I needed a battery because it was dead. I told the young man that I asked my phone where to get a battery and it told me to go to AutoZone. I laughed that it was so specific. So that's where I came. Would he please change my battery? He said he was glad to. He was extremely nice to me the entire time. He went and got the battery, changed it out, and only charged me for the battery! It seems that everyone wanted to help out, but the young man helping me out didn't need help. He did just fine.

Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful. He tried cleaning my battery corrosion before selling me a battery to save me money. I did need a new battery though but he was very helpful the entire time!

Woke up Monday morning with a dead battery. Came here to get a new battery, wipers and lights. Two boys were passing the task of putting the battery on for me, back and fourth, so a young lady came out from the back and said she'd do it. She ended up changing all 3 things for me when it was below 30� outside, while training another lady. She even seemed happy to do it, while the boy said it was too early for him to do it and he needed coffee. Smh. Rating 5 stars solely because of these impressive ladies!

I came in with a ton of issues around buying a pair of windshield wipers, mostly due to my lack of knowledge. Elijah was incredibly helpful and patient with me and in the end I was able to get exactly what I was looking for.

I went there yesterday just for a thing or two and the guy with the hat and tattoos on both arms was very helpful and welcoming (sorry couldn't see his name tag). Since I felt very comfortable I decided to look around and buy a bunch of other items to freshen up my car. Thanks again.

I want to give a shout out to the 2 Hispanic ladies(I did not get their names) working there on Monday morning. They changed out my headlights and tail lights quickly and were very professional. It's refreshing seeing women working at AutoZone who know what they are doing. I visit their frequently and they do a much better job than most of the men who have assisted me in the past. Thank you ladies for breaking barriers and making a statement!

EDIT: I avoid this place at all costs at this point. I just stopped in 9/14 to return an online order. 4 employees up front with only 1 helping a customer and the other 3 standing around chatting while I waited. Then when Edwin decided to help he basically looked at me like I had just walked in the door and had not been standing there and acted as if I was inconveniencing him. Transaction was going fine, besides his continued rude demeanor, until I checked out and they have NO PAPER to give to me a receipt. How are you unable to provide a receipt for a customers transaction?!?!? At this point I ll drive across town if I have to use another AutoZone.Generally speaking they have the parts I need at a decent price but the key is knowing what you need. Staff is generally not knowledgeable about automotive mechanics, I have spoken with several employees that did not know what a crush washer was when doing an oil change ha! Tool rental is always great though!

Extremely helpful and a great experience. Me and my friend went to get fluids for his car and we had no idea what to get. The helped us out and even told us what goes where and when to change it. Again great experience. Thanks guys.

Great experience! We were helped by Angel originally and he was very helpful and kind. I then asked if we could make sure a tool was the right one and Lasher, the manager, went above and beyond and helped us get the tool, as well as even helped us with replacing the headlights. Great service and even better people.

Lasher went out of his way to help me find the correct bulbs and even put them in for me to make sure they were the correct ones! I am so appreciative he did so! The service was perfect! 10/10 would recommend! Very knowledgeable about how to fix all the problems I had.

These guys are great! They save me tons of time by installing small little things like batteries headlamps windshield wipers. I can probably do them on my own but I fumble about but these guys get it done lickety split and they're usually pretty dang cool. Thank you all very much
