3 stars only because on March 13th the two gentlemen that we're working nightshift had the most attitude and smart remarks definitely weren't no help when I was asking what specific extension do I get for a ratchet wrench for spark plugs and when asking for assistance on a aisle neither of them helped. So grateful for the app tho!! I got more assistance on there than I did in person sadly, and usually the day crew is very helpful and always have the best customer service.

I have been coming to this establishment for the good of 5 years. It is a very busy store, at times staff can take long to attend you. The store is organized and clean. only improvement i can suggest is that some staff members can benefit from a higher sense of customer service, especially the ones with seniority(managers).( the right attitude goes a long way).

This store has saved me twice now I broke down again for the second time in a month,and they have came through for me all 3 times I needed parts.Resantly I just purchased a intake gasket set and a wheel bearing.indont remember the gentlemans name that helped me out but he was on point and grabbed everything I needed. definitely with be visiting this store again.

The focal point of concern is the conduct of one of the managers, Juani Vela, whose behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual but also raises questions about the overall work culture at the establishment.One distressing aspect of Juani Vela's management style is the inappropriate use of Spanish to disparage customers, undermining their trust and comfort. It has come to my attention, through personal experience and observations, that Juani indulges in mocking customers without cause, apparently to showcase their lack of comprehension of the language. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful to the patrons who form the backbone of any business.Despite being bilingual in both Spanish and English, I found myself subjected to the same disrespectful treatment during my visit. Juani's lack of professionalism not only reflects poorly on the individual but also casts a shadow on the entire establishment, tarnishing its reputation. Respect for customers, regardless of their language proficiency, should be a cornerstone of any service-oriented business, and it is disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for this fundamental principle.Moreover, it has become evident that the issue extends beyond Juani Vela's behavior alone. Instances of racist conversations in Spanish, perpetuated by both managers and employees, have created a toxic work environment. Such discriminatory conduct is not only morally reprehensible but also legally unacceptable. They checked my battery and I needed a new one but the battery that was checked had a three years warranty and lasted six years and I bought it there so it really lasted and the new one is the same kind.

Amazing customer service from Ivan, he should be the next store manager. All the other managers were clueless but Ivan helped me out to get the job done right. He is experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend him

The costumer service in this location is the best! They are fast and always willing to help out even if youdidn t ask for it. Donna was so sweet and helped me with my car s battery and was so kind to teach me as well.

I was told a different story had the part I needed and I drove to it only to find out it was at another store so I drove there and they didn't have it either. Apparently these people don't know what they're doing when it comes to parts and computers.

Usually when i come here they're so helpful but today. MANUEL G made me go get the items i needed my self remaking me get back in line and wait again. He also tried to correct me on specific bolt but he ended up being incorrect because his definition didn't show up anything the pc.

I went into this store a few days ago for a battery and felt like Arthur was very helpful and even helped me install it! As he was finishing helping me he helped my buddy Ambrose with his car needs as well and my buddy was very impressed with Arthur's great customer service!! Definitely a great experience!

I'm a senior, and their always so very helpful and friendly at this business!! I do miss the music tho, it was such a needed comfort. It's kinda like having your own son or daughter help you!!! Its close by as well. I'm greatful for them!!!

I had a very great experience with a worker whose name is Arthur. I had a broken headlight and when I went in to buy it Arthur was kind enough to help me replace it even in cold weather! Then come to find out I had a tail light out as well and Arthur was kind enough to replace that one for me as well! He is a kind gentleman who provided great customer service I will definitely be going to this store from now on!

I visited the store late in the evening on March 11 to get my battery tested and then replaced. The employee, Jordan R. Was very friendly, efficient and very knowledgable. Even though it was late, dark and a kind of chilly he offered to install my battery and did it with a smile. Thank you Jordan for your World Class Customer Service!

Really bad customer service literally everytime i come they never have what i need in stock then they tell me they have the items at another store i get there and they dont have them there either i wouldnt even give it one star

The tech took extra time to help look up the right tire spline. The part had no specs and we needed a 14mm but weren't sure if it was so it took a bit to finfmd the info but he stuck with it. The store was definitely busy though

Arthur Lopez the assistant store manager was awesome and extremely helpful and polite I have been trying to find out whats wrong with my car for over a month. Ive been everywhere from Thornton to CastleRock and everywhere in between Ive made appts at repair shops even left the car all day just to be told they didnt get to it. Other auto stores wouldnt come to the car and i had to do the diagnostic test myself and when i did it read back in spanish so i had no idea what to do still. No one anywhere has been willing to help or take the time to look at it until now Arthur was awesome he did more for me in 20 min than 15 other places did in a month. He made sure i knew what to di and what oarts and what was priority. He is a genuine person and knows his stuff about cars. We need more Arthurs but hes the best around so if your like me and dont know anything about cars or even if you do just go to the Autozone on Mississippi and Federal its the best in town.

These guys seem really smart and on top of things. They're friendly now that's a good place to get both your parts man if you need on to get tools on loan they have those there as well and I recommend this place

The employees aren't very knowledgeable about cars. They couldn't answer any questions I had. They were all just standing around waiting for the blinker fluid shipment to arrive.

So autozone has the edge here in Denver not because of prices or products but because consistence , not that there products areBetter or worse I must add but because 1 they ether train employees more then competitors or train better but they tend to hold employees longer but bottom line is this they are part of life if you drive just like Walmart s or barber shops / or even liquor store society needs them has them and big corporations have the monopoly so 3 stars for a better retaining ratio because at the end of the day the majority of merchandise is the same made by the some company s the wrapper is the only thing different so shop away service won t change prices won t go down except and move on ,

Very helpful kind and friendly but do lack more associates. They are always hiring. Not to mention sometimes it takes for ever to check out or ask for a part. If your in a rush it pisses you off because they are always short staff.

Wonderful customer service. I had a couple of questions regarding my vehicle and the manager helped me through the process & provided swift service! I would recommend this location to anyone because the service is exceptional.

Wow. Dont think I have ever been so completely ignored in my life. Was there obviously searching for something for a good 15 minutes. Was never asked if I needed help. Found my stuff anyways and approached the counter items in hand and waited patiently for any one of the 4 people behind the counter to acknowledge my prescense. Waited several minutes and was unable to even make eye contact with any of them. Then a couple dudes walk up and are acknowledged within about 45 seconds and beckoned up to the counter. There is no possible way that they didnt know they cut me in line. Dropped my stuff, said a few choice words regarding machismo and flat out rudeness and left never to return. May not even spend money at any auto zone in the future because of this. Appalled.
