I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received from this location. Christian is a fantastic employee and I wish I had more people like him working for my company's.After being treated totally disrespectfully by the people at O'Riley it was great to meet the team at Auto Zone.Christian helped me select the batterie that was right for my truck and he installed it unlike the folks at O'Riley that wouldn't even help me jump start my truck.Christian took his time and was respectful the entire time. I will be back

Get there at 3:00 pm and only one guy attending customers, you can hear the people laughing on the back of the store, 15 minutes later a bearded guy came saw me and move the head towards him.

The store manager has mentally problems doing bad customer service almost trying to fight, I went there to replace my break pad because it was under lifetime warranty he said that s not in the system and if you wanna buy it again or just go, I went to other store she pulled up my account and replaced thatSo I recommend to go to another store because he is like dog not trying to be human

They sold my partner a faulty starter that failed almost immediately, but they did give him a full refund at least. We called ahead and they still took forever to help when we got there as well and their prices were definitely the best around for what we needed.

Bought hubcaps I lost one of the original ones. I needed to replace them all. Paid $50 for 4, there cool and nice looking. The guy employee helped me. He is a nice person.

I always spend money here. Not only for the stuff I need for my Mercedes, but I always gotta grab something extra from all the cool stuff they have at a great price. Speakers, interior lights, organizers, wax and maintenance items. You name it they have it and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Make sure to set up an account for discounts and cash back rewards!

I lived 20years on the opposite corner of this AutoZone and have probably gone into this location more than any other auto parts store. And have had plenty of good and bad experiences with this location but tonight has been the worst experience I ve ever had with this location and any other auto part store.So here s what happened, I don t live on the opposite corner anymore and am now located in Greeley co but was working a job up the street from this location and my cars alternator went out. So I pull my alternator in snowing 11 degree weather (12/21/22) at night an hr before closing(10pm) well I end up rolling up to this location 15mins before closing just for them to be closed 15mins early. Well I seen a guy standing counting his drawer so I knocked, he looked up at me then went back to counting his drawer so I knocked again then he finally said we re closed. I then started stating that it s 945 not 10 yet, well he just kept counting his drawer. Well this was the only auto part store I could find with an alternator in stock near me so couldn t go to another auto part store up the street to get one before they closed. So know I m stuck in Denver for the night having to purchase a hotel room along with having to cancel a job in Fort Collins co in the morning till I can find a replacement alternator in the morning. I m my opinion this goes to show that the employees working tonight aren t there to actually work and take care of there employees like they should. I m a business owner myself and wouldn t have employees like this working for my company what so ever.

Worst service ever! If you re looking for help trying to figure out what kind of headlights you need or any type of customer service DO NOT go here! Needed help with my headlights and the supervisor was so rude not willing to help. Ended up going up the street to O reilly Auto Parts where the gentleman there took the extra step to come look and see exactly what I needed.

We came here and the entire time I was in the store there were 3 girls working the front counter and no one else in the store and I was there about 20 min looking around before I found everything i needed and all the 3 girls did was gossip amongst themselves. Never a, " hello, may I help you"

I had the opportunity to work with Jessica Calderon in 2017 at this store. She has always been so energetic and hard working. She made work fun because she always looks on the bright side. I am glad to see that Jessica is still working there today for she has influenced my work ethic by what she taught me while I worked there. For example she encouraged me to learn and find ways to self improve not only in work but at home. Her outstanding customer service skills are something she lives by it's not force of habit but a lifestyle I would like to call it. Thank you for all your hard work.

The staff was rude and dismissing. And apparently even though their website states that they have a Loan-A-Tool program, I was told they didn't by the staff on Aug. 8, 2022 @ 8am. I've been broke down here all night and now I got my sparkplug ... I'm still stranded because I can't change my one sparkplug in my GoPed scooter! Can't even take the bus because of the gas tank... might as well not even have bought the part.....

Awesome staff. When needed help with wiper arms they showed us how to put them on. This was right before a big snow storm

Went to O'Riley and Advance auto parts toscan a check engine light.Both had their scan tool stolen, and couldn't help me.I thought that they could use a scan tool off the shelf , but couldn't for one reason or other.I went to Auto Zone and they had the scan tools to successfully do what I needed.Thank you. I'll probably frequent this store more often.

Well I guess first off I try to stay out of the "Zone " cheap parts as well as cheap service,you can truly say you get what you pay for. Take tonight for instance but all nights at the zone are seemingly the same. Look forever to find what I need while 5 employees as I give glance to be acknowledged they didn't worry about the customer. I had been in the store about 15min at this point just browsing through picking up some tools needed for work. And thought good thing I didn't need help. Just pay a few more cents or dollars and shop at advance auto parts. Or spend even more and go Napa. I only go to the zone to safe a few pennies....never again.... What was that part? What make? All stores in my opinion are the same atmosphere!!!! Lame.... Thanks for reading my reviews. Seems they actually help sometimes haha peace out

This place belittles women when picking up online orders likes to call them b*tches after denying a return (dude was having little man syndrome and couldn't figure out the scary computer) so he decided to take it out in the customer. Don't Shop here....unless degrading women is your thing...if so then this is the place for you.

Closed at before 6:30pm on 4th of July (website says open until 8pm, and other stores were open) 3 guys still inside. No sign on door or anything, had just been to another store 10 minutes before, and they called to confirm a part was in stock and told them they were sending me over, and they said nothing about closing early.

My mother went to get help getting simple wiper blades. She didn t want the most expensive but they tried to sneak in getting her the most expensive ones. They either need better experienced people or more honest ones to help.

I like autozone for the fact that the employees are willi g to do what it takes to ensure you leave with the part you came for.Theres been a couole of times i went in and had forgotten my debit card and was a few dollars short . the employee asked me what i had cash on me amd i told him , he said hold on let me see what i can do.I left with the part and was able to get it on my vehicle . some prices may be more than other part stores buy ive never seen or heard of another store doing this for anyone so i dont mind when i pay a little more.

I dont really do reviews but this time I just have too. Last night I was in this store around 1700 hrs. I was ISO 2005 Jeep Rubicon Headlights. I don t know how to change or even how the light looks like. I first asked a lady she was okay but there was a young man named Kevin heard what I wad asking and he asked me if my jeep was with me and asked me if he can look at the jeep. That moment I knew he has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He took his time explaining to me what rools I need and how many screws I have to tale out. He then helped me picked and buy the tools that I Need (T15) then took his time to explain the difference of the headlights on why the price are more cheaper than the other one.He also helped me used my military discount and double checked on me outside if I was okay after he helped another customer. No dis respect with the other 2 ladies that was working. But the male kid (Kevin) if I am not mistaken with the name make up for all the lack of customer service of the 2 ladies.Thank you and I will defenitely come back and recommend this place and look for this dude.

Best Autozone I ve ever been to hands down! Amazing customer service from each individual. Every time I go in, I m always welcomed. Whenever I m looking for something and don t know exactly what I need Yvonne always goes above and beyond to help me get the most quality product as well as suggesting other products that I may need for the near future. Store is always looking nice and clean, shelves are never a mess and look polished every time I go in. All in all everyone is so attentive and I highly recommend this autozone if you plan on getting the best quality customer service there is. Great job you guys!

I went to AutoZone for new windshield wipers and the CSR that worked with me was really good. He knew what I needed and after purchase, he put the new blades on my car..(with a little help from a co-worker!) That's what I call teamwork to get the job done! Thank you guys for helping me with my purchase!
