Fantastic customer service!I had some problems with my battery, and I was able to come in and had the team set everything right for me in a matter of minutes. Very much appreciate the team at this location - good people, and will honestly try to help out. Recommend!

The staff has always been incredibly helpful. I recently needed a new battery in my vehicle, and the lady who helped me find the correct battery also installed it, even though it was stupid cold outside. She was very kind and had a great sense of humor, and I appreciate all her help. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her a call out.

Came close to closing to grab a couple relays. Was approached aggressively by a homeless woman and somebody who claimed to work there. Manager came out and did not try to deescalate the situation.

Awesome service. Went in for a light bulb and left with the manager crawling under my car to retrieve a seal I dropped and then changing my headlight , turn signal and shining up my headlights. Paul made a customer for life. Thanks for making my day!

Bought a new ignition coil and spark plug to fix a problem with my truck and the ignition coil snapped while test driving. Came back to try and exchange but was denied because the coil had wear and tear and looked liked it was used. Well obviously it was used, for like 5 minutes before it snapped. If they ever ask if you want the lifetime warranty, just say no or just dont come here at all.

Went in for a couple things, but then decided to get a battery. Joey was awesome! He removed an 8yr old nightmare of a battery, not easily, and after quite some difficulty (because of the state of my battery/connectors) got my new battery installed. HIGHLY RECCOMEND this Autozone!!P.S. Joey should get a raise!

I went into AutoZone today to get my wiper blades replaced not only did they explain all the different types of wiper blades, but they also install them Junior helped me. He also checked all my fluids for me one of the best AutoZone s I ve ever been to five stars all day

Truly want to get ahold of Hector this stores district manager. Your manager Mariah is miserable working at this store and it's very clear to customers considering looking at reviews this isn't the only negative encounter with this lady. I hope you guys consider retraining the staff here all the way from the manager of this store and down. If a store manager is allowed to cuss a customer out all because I pointed out that her negative attitude while trying to assist us wasn't necessary. I respect that she felt the need to turn down the service however, it's clear to me she was not happy while at this job maybe some retraining and maybe hire people with some sort of care that they are representing a company many people rely on. People are probably going to need help with their car from the staff at car stores. Maybe tell your staff what their job title means.

theres a tomboy skinny chick with long black hair looks young skinny face she was very rude and unprofessional she was supposed to help me and my brother we were purchasing items and she went outside in the car took 6 min and came back in and smelt like smoke and she was slamming things around behind her acting crazy as she didn t say anything to us o.0 i will not be coming back to this autozone if thats the type of people they hire

I was given the wrong parts to my vehicle. When I went back they wouldn't even accept my parts back even though I never used the parts because they were wrong I had to go to a nearby parts store because my vehicle was on a lift at the mechanics. Di not trust these guys.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I needed oil filter oil and windshield wipers, the clerk told me all of my options, what was the most cost efficient and what is the top rated. He then went and grabbed all of the supplies I needed and even went to my car to check what hook my wipers had so that I got the right ones. I always love coming to this AutoZone because I know I will always get amazing customer service.

Both employees that evening were super Friendly & Patient... Took the time to help find the correct serpentine belt so I could by-pass my bad AC compressor. Took ten tries to get exactly the right size since it was all guess work, and a huge THANK YOU!! Got me back on the road and back home..6 months later: Second & third visit just as smooth as always, barely a wait, have what I need, great customer service as always! The reason I come back here vs a closer Az store.

This morning I had a rare experience. My engine needed checked after having the check engine light go on. A friend told me about Auto Zone doing that free of charge, new information for me. Stopping at Auto Zone at 95th and Federal, that is when my rare experience began. I met Paul, manager of the store. As I was telling him what I needed, I found a person who was so compassionate, listened so deeply, took time to help me with my situation and shared very helpful information with me. Thank you again Paul, not only did you help with the situation, you also helped me remember, "there are angels among us".

Paul went above and beyond and swapped out a very difficult to reach low beam bulb I just purchased. Throwback to better days. Great manager. I will continue to always come to this location as long as people like Paul are there.
