If it was possible I d give this store a 0. Not only do people drive slow near this location but the workers here are terrible at their customer service job. My husband came in, soaking wet from the snow storm, for some car parts he needed for work and the man who helped him was absolutely rude! The man scheduled February 27th, at approximately 9:30am needs to be retaught.

Dom is the guy! My car failed its battery test & Dom was so helpful with explaining the options and having that process be as smooth as possible. On top of that he was so patient when it came to swapping the old and new batteries - it lived most of its life in MI so the rust was unreal!! But throughout the entire process he was kind & checked in apologizing for it taking so long which was no problem at all! I am just grateful for him being on top of his stuff. Give the guy a raise &/or an extra paid vacation day!

Here at 9:45 to buy a car battery in an emergency. Got here by Uber. It's 16 degrees and windy in Denver tonight. They've apparently decided to close early because "reasons". Refused to open the door and sell me a car battery. What use is this place if worthless in emergencies.

Horrible staff, a bunch of your kids!! Drove all the way from Brighton for a part that they said was in stocks & in store ! When I arrived the young kid said he couldn't find it! Was very rude and unprofessional. Will never shop at auto zone again!

We stopped by to get our battery tested and we re informed it needed to be replaced. The tech said he would be able to do that but was about to be done for the day. He informed us to come back the next day. We came back and we re informed that Auto Zone doesn t install batteries! I don t get it.

Called with a simple yes or no question on part stock, when the guy answered he notified me he was finishing up with a customer and asked me to hold for a second. No problem. 45 minutes later (yes I actually waited because I didn t want to drive clear across town if they didn t have my part) guy never came back. So I drove clear across town and you bet they don t have my part. Thanks a lot to the guy who didn t have time for a yes or no question. Do your job.

Had a dead battery and after jumping off car went to the store to buy a new battery. I selected the battery I wanted but when I asked them about installing it they said they couldn t because of the weather. There was an inch of snow that morning but nothing in the parking lot. 4 young employees were just standing around. So, I drove to another AutoZone 3 miles away and an older employee readily installed a new battery.

I ordered online and picked up in store, I was surprised by how quickly they handle the ordered, received a ready for pick up email about 30 minutes later after completed the transaction. When I got there it was pretty busy but waited in line less than 5 minutes and I got my ordered.I bought a ratchet and it gotten broken and it was a lifetime warranty but it is no longer available and I was told to get another kind of my choice, . A few minutes later I now can leave after the clerk do his things for product exchangeServices was good. I am very satisfied. Thanks

The manager of this store deserves Praise for his above and beyond service. I had bought an alternator that was faulty. These things happen. Not the 1st bad part I have bought defective products my life. But This one cost me a lot both in Is time, Money, And headache trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. The battery light would not go off and no matter how many times I tested it I could not figure out what was going wrong. The car was seemingly working but I did not want to drive it with the battery light on.when I went to go return the part, It had already been returned in Tennessee of all places.I've never even been there. The it was returned day before Christmas. This was $370 that I was about to lose On a part that has a lifetime warranty. You can understand the anxiety. I was on the verge of a breakdown. The amount of money that this part had cost me in ubers, frying my brand new battery, And 3 different mechanic diagnostics ( Totaling hundreds of dollars with no is no solutions As to why the battery light will not go out) before I finally decided to drive it After I bought a battery monitor and 2 days later The alternator's volt regulator finally went bad and the volts went in to the 20s and fried my battery and some of my electronics, Totaling in about $500 worth of Is additional damages. Not including having to get my car towed in to get another alternator, and Is ubering back-and-forth from the dealership. So losing out on another $370 was something that I wasn't even going to tolerate. Obviously what had happened here was fraud.This manager saw that and recognized what I was going through and got on the phone with his district manager and Handled it immediately and got me a refund no questions asked. He Was faced with a difficult decision and did the right thing and I can't thank him enough. He did not make this alternator. He had nothing to do with Whoever Is committed the fraud and returned in Tennessee. But he did Solve the issue and I am grateful for that. If I remember correctly his name is Oscar and I am thankful For everything he did.

Called to ask about a part for my car. The person who answered was very rude. Stated he couldn't hear me then proceeded to put me on hold for a second then hung up the phone. Called back and the same person hung up the phone without saying a word. Called back a third time and could not understand a thing he had said like he was talking with food in his mouth when I informed him I couldn't hear him he hung up on me instead of repeating what he had said. When u called back to see if he would repeat what he had said he picked up the phone and hung it back up. Very rude. If I treated customers like this I would have been fired. Need training in customer service.

Great experience at this location! They checked my car battery after having to jump start the car and it needed replacing. The guy even put the new battery in for me and also offered to replace the wipers that we also purchased. Great customer service!

The men that worked there were nice and helpful..the female i had asked her to get a battery jumper from the back so that i could see it and they don't keep them on the shelves....it took her forever to get it and then she opened the box and would not let me touch it. Like i could only see it from her hands....she was extremely rude and short with me

Colfax n cherry. Male employee was very rude and unhelpful. Had a line of at least 6 people waiting to checkout he never called for another cashier and didnt seem the slightest concerned that people were putting stuff down and leaving. I personally put my stuff down, left, drive a couple miles East to the next Auto Zone and got greeted at the door, was given personal attention to advise me about different manufacturers just night and day different in my shopping experience

Some staff can help you Battery's are expensive overall okay but keep in mind you may know more also I drop a battery to charge came back told me it didn't charge but it was because they charge it on the metal plate of course it won't there needs to be something in between the battery and whatever surface it's on so it can just goes to show they know some stuff most

My daughter and I were traveling through Denver and the check oil level light came on. We stopped here and they helped us find the correct oil for the car. The gentleman at the register even came outside in the rain and cold, checked the oil and added the oil for us! There was also another gentleman helping another lady outside. We were so grateful for the help! The customer service at this place was amazing. If you ever need car help in Denver, this is the place to go!

This store never has any parts in stock. The lady behind the counter with the lip ring has told me to go shop at her competitor stores if I want good service. The lady with the liver and also made racial comments. I would never send anyone I know to the store

Above and beyond!!!So tonight was..... entertaining!!! My roommate was going to take me my husband, our 4yr old son, and my roommate's son, out to dinner for my roommate's son, and my birthday! But on our way to the restaurant and our car broke down while following our Rommie/our mechanic. So we sat at Yosemite and Colfax stop light. Luckily 3 good Samaritans pushed us into the Auto Zone parking lot. We stayed there for 2 plus hours while my husband and our roommate tried to fix the car! After replacing parts, and having my husband's cell phone, held for collateral while he used Auto Zones diagnostic tool, we still don't know what's wrong with it. So I called a tow truck after 3 hours of trying. The Auto Zone store manager then comes out and tells us that she bought us a pizza and a brownie cookie cake from Pizza Hut. Since Hunter and I missed our birthday dinner they said we needed a cake to celebrate! theu even sang us Happy birthday! Coolest store, best people with great attitudes, especially for the rough neighborhood on Colfax.I am so incredibly grateful for all the kindness they showed us!Auto Zone on Colfax and Yosemite Thank You so much for giving Hunter (my roommate's son) and me a birthday to remember! Not a lot of people can say they had the experience we did because it's so very rare, but those employees went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my family. That is the best birthday present anyone could have ever given to me! I'll remember this for the rest of my life! I promise because of that store I'm paying it forward 100% THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! You earned every star and then some!

As I walked into the store, I was greeted by a friendly young woman who asked if I needed assistance. As I told her what I needed, she quickly looked it up on the computer and retrieved it for me. Very quick and painless. However, the best part was that I accidentally left my bluetooth headset on the counter when I left. It took me a while to figure out that I may have left it there. When I called back, they immediately knew that they had it for me to pickup. When I returned, a young man immediately asked me if I needed assistance (great personal service 2 times in a row). I mentioned my headset, which he quickly provided. While this might not seem like a lot to most people, it definitely meant a lot to me- being greeted immediately and given prompt service, and setting aside a lost item on the chance that I'd call or return. I am very pleased!

If I could, I would rate this place 0/5 stars. Today I went to return an item and the guy was completely rude. He kept walking back and forth between computers and just expected me to follow him around. When he finally processed the return, he didn't refund the full amount and when I brought it to his attention, he rolled his eyes and said "I don't have change. You can wait." Worst customer service ever.

I asked this lady that had an Auto Zone vest on and I had to ask her at least 3x's a question and she wasn't having it. She fired back at me with a disgusted look. As she did I noticed her name and title. A Manager. Trina she was very rude. That's the last time I go there. I don't need any kind of rude looks coming from A MANAGER.
