If I could put a falling star, I would. I have been to this store at least 3 different times since Sept.2023. You cant throw a sparkplug without hitting a jerk. NO customer service skills, just lazy, rude and arrogant. Worst EVERYTHING of any parts store I have EVER been to and the people are snotty and worthless. I would not shed a tear if a sink hole opened up and swallowed the entire business. Just to let you know, I am an older person, kind, considerate and a decent human being. So this has to be pretty bad for me to leave a review like this.

Gigi is the best manager that any AutoZone location could ask for -- and that's no exaggeration. She was kind, attentive, incredibly helpful, and beyond resourceful. Her warm and friendly demeanor toward both customers as well as colleagues made me feel at ease when navigating a scary situation, and she went above and beyond in performing extra tests to make sure my vehicle was working exactly as it should.I manage a customer support staff myself, and could tell that Gigi is whip-smart, able to efficiently and empathetically navigate any situation, and is just the person you need when you're dealing with a sudden, unexpected crisis.Another shout-out goes to Shyanne (Shay?), who was also incredibly compassionate when I was freaking out about my car's situation that day. Her personality and demeanor lowered my blood pressure immediately, and she came to the rescue with her toolkit and a lovely smile. I could tell that she also has a wide breadth of knowledge when it comes to automotive maintenance and repair, and I knew I was in good hands the minute I saw her pop open the hood. Give this girl a raise!No one's paying me to write this, and I have no reason to flatter this crew. Like I said, I manage a customer support team, and I know good service when I see it. That's why this review was worth writing -- I need everyone else in Denver to know what a great experience I had during such an otherwise awful week.Thank you so much Gigi and Shay for all your hard work, your knowledge, and your empathy! You two turned my auto emergency nightmare into a wonderful experience with wonderful people. :)

I had a great experience here this morning. Yessica saw me in the parking lot trying to figure out which turn signal bulb was burt out on my jeep and she immediately offered help. She also installed the new bulb within minutes. I will be back to this location for sure!

They don't do their jobs, it takes them 30 minutes to find a part that's sitting in front of them. I've worked at an AutoZone and advanced and know how it works when parts are ordered, it has been a week and a half to get a gasket and it's taking time out of my day to sit on the phone for 30 minutes for someone to find a part. Absolutely ridiculous, I will be getting my money back and taking my business elsewhere, AutoZone is not worth anyone's time when people can't do simple task.

I was trying to get a battery recharge at this one, but a young man didn't want to help me much and took it. After 4-6 hours, he didn't want to show me it was charged, I took his word and it wasn't charged at all later on. I had to go to another Autozone and got it done wonderfully!

The manager at this location was the absolute best and replaced my car battery even though it was later than they usually do it till. He was also just very kind and understanding!

James is an angel! I stopped here because I needed both of my headlights replaced - he helped me right away and even replaced them both in the parking lot!! Mind you, it s a cloudless 90 degree scorcher in Denver today and James was kind and polite during all of it. Thanks again, James!

Jeremy W. Is the man!! He was so helpful. He helped us test our battery, locate a new one, and was so kind to us the whole time. Grateful there is a safe and comfortable auto place for gay people to come to.

I love this place! The people are so friendly. Especially Tevon and Vannessa! They are always so friendly when I come in and so helpful. Any person that needs assistance finding a part can come here. However, and this is solely for the customers, they are not mechanics! They can't fix your car in the parking lot. GET A REPAIR MANUAL if you want to fix your car cheap. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

Well, I have to tell you that I had the most amazing experience at AutoZone today. It is so nice to find somewhere that has such good customer service and I highly recommend speaking with the manager Jeremy there he was so helpful and so kind and like I said, it is just amazing to find someone, that is so helpful. I will definitely make that my auto parts place

Stan helped me with a new battery for my car. Not only did he help put me in an affordable battery but then he actually replaced it for me. Keep in mind it was a Saturday and it was busy. Just before he closed the hood, I remembered I had wiper fluid in my trunk and needed to fill my fluid. He insisted on doing that for me too. I was late to work and stressed and he did everything to make sure I was set to go and reassured. I felt very taken care of. Thank you, Stan! I'll be back.

I went to auto zone for a lug nut the young girl that was working went to go get one and came back with a screw I asked her do u know what a lug nut is and she looked it up and still brought me a screw and then said they don't sell single ones when they did

An associate named Amarie was extremely helpful and clearly focuses on providing a great experience for guests. I brought my truck in to have the battery tested. Unfortunately, once tested it was determined that my battery was dead and needed replacement. Even more so, Auto Zone s policy won t allow for the associates to change a customer s battery like mine, stored under a seat in my vehicle s interior. After I was advised by another associate that I would need to change it myself or take it to a shop, I was set to leave when Amarie approached and offered to stand with me and walk me through the process step by step, if I wanted to change the battery myself. She was very friendly and informative, and showed no judgment towards me for not having any knowledge about completing this type of task. She didn t even bat an eye when I kept asking her to repeat the order I had to follow for reattaching everything. I really appreciated her kind and knowledgeable assistance. If you visit the location on Cherry and Colfax, be sure to ask for her help. You won t be disappointed.

Jeremey is a life saver. My buddy left me his car when he died and I randomly couldn t get it to start. Not only did he find me what I was asking for, he asked a lot of questions to help me get to the bottom of other possible solutions. He related to my emotional turmoil with the situation and figured out another part that may be on the fritz and wrote down trouble shooting steps to get it solved. My car is running now, as the solution ended up being simple, but I also know how to prevent failure of the part that s going out that didn t even cause the problem. Thank you Jeremy. I don t think I ve ever talked to another person at an auto zone with so much knowledge and attention to detail. 10/10 this is my new auto parts store.

TERRIBLE customer service! They will tell you one thing and then a few hours later they change their mind and stop offering services because they feel like it.I called around looking for a battery replacement and assistance installing it - I called and spoke to someone helpful in the morning but he told me they won t be able to install my battery until after 1 and they can install until sun down. I call while I m driving there at 3:30 just to double check they re available and the lady who answered was the worst and should be fired. She told me they stopped offering that service for the day - I explained to her I called in the morning and was told they did she then gave me attitude and told me I should have gone in the morning but I was told not to come until the afternoon.I m soooo disappointed with the customer service and will likely stop going to all auto zones since clearly their training needs improvement.I highly suggest the O Rileys just a few blocks down the street.

I had to replace some park lights and had never replaced it before, a simple job but still..an employee who happened to be outside asked if she could assist and helped me figure out where the bulb was located. She didn t have to do that, and I appreciated it a lot. Wish I remembered her name, began with an A..but regardless will be going back here for future auto needs knowing the staff is friendly and more than willing to help

When asking for help finding my wiper blade size they were unable to help. They looked it up in the system and told me I needed to buy a more expensive product and that my windshield only have one wiper size (it doesn t). I found it online and was able to purchase it in their store.

Not well cleaned or maintained. Trash everywhere. I don t recommend visiting here. I d recommend trying the O Reilly down the street.
