I dropped off my vehicle for oil change recently and i wasn t too happy with my experience. Everyone was super kind and nice that wasn t the problem. it was more of lack of communication, and quality of service. I dropped off my vehicle around 9:30AM and 4 1/2 hours later, I haven t heard anything back. I had to reach out to them to see if the vehicle was done and they said I apologize it is done it seemed that the vehicle was done for quite some time and no one ever reached out to me sooner. when I got the car back, they let me know that everything went good with the oil change and inspection. However, I asked them about a nail in the tire that I had that was in the rear Driver. I checked and it was still there. They said that they had done a tire rotation. Which obviously wasn t done because the nail was still the same tire. Also didn t mention I needed wipers. Which I knew I needed. Had they said something I would ve gladly purchased then with them. I just felt like when they said everything was good on the inspection. It was hard to trust that because the tires weren t rotated, they didn t fix the nail in the tire (which I had mentioned prior) and they didn t say anything about the wiper blades they said everything looked good on the vehicle I just felt like I didn t get a thorough honest inspection. This was even a prepaid service.

Took my car in for a check engine light after husband tried all the easier solutions. They said they had to do all the same things again. Husband ok'd the replacement of the spark plugs again as there were 2 cracked. They said the remaining 4 would fail as well given time. There was inconsistent charges for labor. They charged $217 an hour for 3.5 hours of labor to replace the spark plugs. They also replaced the purge valve. Paid the amount and left.Less than 24 hours later the check engine light came back on. I took it back to Autonation North. I also asked to speak to the service manager to discuss the concerns about the inconsistent labor charges. The service person said he was the only one there. I had seen other people going into an office and talk to someone. The agent said nope charges are right. I felt extremely frustrated and dismissed. He said he was going to have the tech check the light. When he returned he said that the light needed the o2 sensor replaced. I explained that my husband had already replaced them. He got an attitude and was snotty. Well the o2 sensors need replaced. That was the final straw for me. I asked for my car back and left.I would not recommend this location nor will I ever return.

Had a hell of a time with the vehicle we purchased here. Had it for a month or so until it started having major problems (found out later, the engine issues were a part of a lawsuit years prior with GMC). But thankfully with the warranty we were able to get the car back up and running. Especially with the awesome help we got from Ryan McCray on the car service side. He communicated with us from the start, making sure we knew all the details and what was being serviced. Huge thanks to him and the mechanics who got us our new engine and back on the road.

They took good care of my car the day of, however I don't think they properly topped of my fluid when I initially bought the car. I shouldn't have needed a full service in only a few months. Granted it was free, but you'd imagine these things would have been done prior to my purchase. Still overall a good experience

Auto Nation Chevrolet North is a shady dealership. I was trading in my car to purchase a used raptor. They assured me that any safety issues are always addressed before the sale, however I always bring higher mileage vehicles to my mechanic. In this case it was fortunate I had. They were knowingly selling a vehicle with a bad rack and pinion ($3500), cracked bushings along the suspension components ($300), worn tie rods ($900), leaking transfer case ($500) and a host of other little problems (spark plugs etc). All told my mechanic said they should never have sold the vehicle in this condition, as it wasn t safe for the road.I called them to see if they were willing to do anything to cover. First they offered me $500 I pressed the issue. In the end the most they offered was $1200, and they wouldn t even attempt to fix the issues. Ultimately I brought the vehicle back and it ended up costing me $500 because my mechanic had already fixed the transfer case leak, and they wouldn t reimburse me. The reason? They said they did $1300 to my car including a detail in and out and oil change and filter change. However they hadn t done any of those things (the air filter was the one I had put in a few months back). My car hadn t even been vacuumed or gone through a car wash.TL;DR: Watch out, their sales team will lie to get a sale, and their service department won t actually do the work they claim to have done.

I went in to get a new key fob. I was quoted $260 total and when I checked out I was given a bill for $402. I informed the gentlemen that I was quoted a lower price, he didn't even speak or look at me and gave me a new bill for $280. Also, I was there before a guy and he helped the guy without even asking who was here first. I feel like if I was with a man or I was a man, I would have had better service.

Service advisor was friendly. I made an appointment with hopes of getting in and out quicker but still had to wait 2 hours for a basic oil change. However, that was exactly what the service advisor quoted me when we got there. Wish it was quicker. Seemed a bit expensive for a basic oil change but overall, not a bad experience.

Lied to get me there. Wasted my time. Brought back an offer on my car for nearly 5 k less than what I told them my bare minimum for selling was (and I know the market). I was told over the phone they wouldn't waste my time. Didn't even do an inspection brought me info they could have told me over the phone. The sleaze vibes are off the charts. I sold it for the price I asked for to someone else later that afternoon.

Really nice people but the service department is in disarray. They never get me at my appointment time. They don't provide great details on the work to be done. You can never get in touch with someone when you call. I'' be taking my service somewhere else.

I bought a used 2016 Chevy Colorado on January 24th. The truck was dirty and had a few issues but nothing I would consider major and, after all, it's a used vehicle. The windshield was cracked and some of the body trim was missing and the salesman assured me the windshield would be replaced and the trim parts ordered. While driving home I noticed the truck pulled hard to the left so I contacted the salesman and he said he would add that to the "we owe you list". Once home my wife who had followed me home said all the taillights didn't work. I had to replace 3 of the 4 taillight bulbs. After scheduling the window replacement I asked the salesman if we could schedule the alignment at the same time since we live 70 miles away and he said he would talk to the service manager. While at the dealership for the windshield I went to the service department and found out they didn't know about an alignment but graciously arranged to do it after the windshield. I then went to the parts department where they told me they stock the trim parts so no ordering was needed. I was able to take care of these things myself. The thing that concerns me is the paperwork given to me on day one states that the truck was inspected and detailed prior to putting it up for sale. If the truck was inspected how could they not notice the taillights and it was not detailed as stated until after the sale. If those items where missed or not done I'm concerned about the rest of items they said were done. I suggest that anyone considering buying a used vehicle here or most any dealership to take along a mechanic or someone knowledgeable to help you avoid any issues like this.

Part 1I like to tell you a story about my experience with automation Chevy North in Denver Colorado. I brought a beautiful car from them, 2015 Audi A6 with a beautiful paint job, nice leather interior. And it ran great for a good price but it had a little noise in the front end. After having the car for a little over a month I decided to take it in for an oil change. They gave me 6 free oil changes with the purchase of the vehicle so I was going to take advantage of it. This is an Audi A6 2015 and for some reason they didn't put a dipstick on the engine. So the only way to check your engine was by a dashboard computerized sensor. Well somehow when they tried reset it they ended up not setting it properly so it didn't work at all. I never knew how much oil was my car. I thought it was always good. Until one day it starts acting up the oil light comes on telling me to add a quart of oil so I do, the next day it does the same thing. So by this time I'm curious I just added two quarts of oil in my car. The next day oil light came on again my car started stuttering. I parked it and I called AutoNation Chevrolet North. They told me to bring my car back in. So I had it towed in and I rented a car from Enterprise not knowing how long I might need it. They said it should be no problem they can get it fixed do I have any other concerns. And I told them that I had a noise coming from the front end sounded like grinding brakes and bumping noise. In a few days later I get a call saying what's wrong with my car. They did a multiple inspection on my car. They found a misfire in cylinder 3. In excessive carbon build up found combustion Chambers. They also said that my brakes were causing my front end and that I should replace all four pads and rotors. Why should I not believe them so I said go ahead. After a few more days which ends up being 2 weeks. I get a call saying that they had fixed my car and it's ready for pickup. So I drive down and pick up my car and as I'm pulling out of the parking lot I noticed my brakes are still squeaking. Maybe they just have brake dust and I drive home. After a few days I message back the young lady I talked to at AutoNation. She told me it should go away and I can always bring it back in. But how long would that take and I can't afford another rental. After a few days she just started to ignore me. The noise in the front end of my car isn't any better and it's shaking much worse. The car isn't running much better it seems like it's lagging. So since nobody at AutoNation North will contact me back I decide to contact corporate customer service and I sent them a message from unsatisfied customer. After that is when AutoNation North finally called me back. They said they'd would pay for a rental car and that everything would be taken care of and they would fix any problems I have. They had my car for another week they explain to me they fixed the brakes. They said a sensor was loose. They said they wanted to keep the car for one more day because they had a reading cylinder 3 was misfiring. But it was misfiring the last time I brought it in. The very next day they said it was a false reading and I can come pick up my car. So I do and before I get home all four breaks are squealing so loud that is embarrassing to be in this beautiful car. I could not believe that the breaks were squeaking this loud. They charged me almost $1,400 to have my brakes squeak this loud. The front end noise is still there but even worse so it must not have been the brakes. And my engines running exactly the same. Has hesitation and it stutters when I take off. Sometimes it doesn't even want to start. And at this moment the engine light came back on. I have a friend with an OBD2 sensor and it says cylinder 3 is fine. I went to Pep Boys to see what was wrong with my front end. They did a courtesy vehicle inspection and found that they require front struts for front struts is leaking also required all four front lower control arm for bushings are ripped and is sagging.

Had a great experience here, was able to test drive and buy a car within hours. The reason for not having 5 stars - I was only given one key and would have hoped that Autonation would comp. the cost of an additional key.

We have always used AutoNation Chevrolet to service our vehicles. But this last time was such a disappointment. We had a appointment to drop off out 2019 suburban. It took them over a week to get get into the bay. And almost two week to read a code. Not to mentioned our numerous call and no follow up calls back. We had to get a ride to come down to the shop to find out what was going on. They have one more chance if we go through that nightmare again we will never use them again. But you all make up your own mind on what kind of service you feel you should pay top dallor for.

I came in for an oil change and Ryan M Was very helpful, friendly, urgent, knowledgeable, communicated with me! let me know if I wanted the extra service that was included with my warranty to be done it was going to take a bit longer. So giving me that option was awesome !! I would highly recommend coming to AutoNation Chevrolet North for any kind of service. I also baught a suv with them and both great experiences

Great car, terrible experience. I bought a 2005 Lexus ES330 that was pristine, 97k miles. When they attempted to fix a simple wheel speed sensor issue, they ruined the OEM Lexus wheels locks, did not tell me and failed to tighten them properly. This is turn ruined 2 of the 4 original chrome Lexus wheels that came as an option. Not only did they not tighten the lugs they replaced without telling me, they did not tighten the wheel speed sensor and it caused faulting on the BCM etc. They also replaced the battery and did not reinstall the battery holder so the battery was arching off the positive terminal.I go out of my way to tell people to not shop at AutoNation now.

I would give no stars but that's not an option!!Had absolute horrible customer service from the service department. I was promised things that were not delivered. Once I arrived for my appointment. Both times!!! I was assured work would be taken care of on your warranty but then told it could be days before they find out if the warranty will approve the work! When I made the appointment I asked if there would be a courtesy car I was assured there would be! When I arrived there was none available. Tried to send me to a rental car for $45 a day. I can't afford that. That's why I asked if there would be a courtesy car available! I was assured there would be when I arrived. They said we don't have a car for that guy then was refused Services and was told to go somewhere else!! Absolutely unacceptable! I purchased the vehicle from here. I should have it serviced here without back talk from the service manager!!! He was extremely rude!!! I don't know was the only answer he had for me other than rude remarks!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there my tire light was on and the position of the tires was wrong from the last oil change they did. When I picked it up the tires where still low and no tire rotation was done and the tpms position was still off.
