Randy & Todd are knowledgeable, competent & most of all honest. Their prices & cost of service is a tremendous value for any VW auto group car owner in the Denver Metro. They are consistent in their work & reasonable with their time frames. I'm certainly just speaking on my own experiences as well as friends of mine who service their vehicles at Autobahn as well. Absolutely no question every car & every owner has a different situation. With that being said, Autobahn has provided me with 5 star service every time I have brought my car in & they have saved me considerable money.

Anyone who gives Autobahn Premier a rating of less than 5 stars must be a very difficult and unreasonable customer! I took my 2003 Audi into Autobahn Premier for 12 years, and Randy and Todd always provided honest, fairly priced, dependable, and more than competent service. They never recommended a service that wasn't justified. When I tried to continue to invest in my 14-year-old vehicle, they initially warned me it was a bad idea. I resisted their advice because I was attached to the manual transmission. Randy firmly told me to look for a replacement vehicle because my 2003 Audi had known defects that would cost me dearly in the long run. So I heeded his advice and bought a used Audi, which Randy inspected prior to the purchase. It's not a manual but it's safe. I can't say enough good things about Autobahn Premier other than not only do I trust them with my car, I trust them with my children's cars!

Randy went out of his way to fit me into his schedule so that I could get the necessary service I needed to get my car registered. The dealership wanted a fortune but he was incredibly fair. I'd never go back to the dealer now. Very professional, trustworthy and got the job done quicklyService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I have been taking my 1998 Audi A6 to Randy & Todd at Autobahn since 2014. Randy & Todd are exceptionally honest & trustworthy, very skilled in Audi service, and their prices are very reasonable. They've earned my loyalty time and time again.

Best mechanics in town. I've been taking my Audi here for the past 3 years and have always had an exceptional experience, from large projects (timing belt) to small ones (oil changes). They are the only mechanics who were able to fix a few chronic problems I had been having, in spite of repeated attempts at the dealership - and they do it for a fraction of the cost. Trustworthy expertise at its best for a fair price. You are making a mistake if you take your Audi anywhere else.

I can't say enough good things about Randy and his team. I took a used Porsche Cayenne turbo I was looking at buying to them and they found things that the dealer tried to cover up (oil leaks, brakes, rack and pinion, bent wheels, battery, cleared CEL) and recommended that I not buy it. This saved me $5k+ of repairs that it needed. I had them look at a used Audi A6 and they found some pretty minor things that did not throw a code but thought I should be made aware of and said that it was in great shape and saw no reason not to buy it depending on the price.I spent around an hour between both visits talking with them and enjoyed every minute of it. It's refreshing in this day and age to have an honest no holds barred talk about something and if my "new" Audi has any problems I will only take it to Autobahn for repairs.

I've been taking my Passat wagon to Randy at Autobahn for six years and the quality and value of the work has been unbeatable. Randy has diagnosed any issues with my car and provided quick, reliable and reasonably-priced repairs and maintenance every time. I would have sold my car years ago if I didn't have Autobahn to keep it going. I highly recommend Autobahn to any Audi or VW owner.

I have used Randy before, and was very happy so there is no bias here. I am trying to get my VW Jetta fixed, after going to McDonald VW for a diagnosis that was $3000 I tried to call Randy for a more affordable fix as he has been helpful in the past. I do not think Randy wants any business as he hung up on me, twice! Find another VW/AUDI mechanic, this guy is a DB!Service: Engine repair

Best Audi/VW shop in Denver. I have had 5 cars serviced by Randy and his crew over the past decade and have never had a bad experience. These guys are honest and know their German cars.

Highly Recommend. This is the only place I will take my Audi. I used to price check against the dealer and were always 1/3-1/2 less, now they are just my automatic go to. Very honest and reliable. I wish they worked on Fords so I could take my truck here. I've sent friends here and they all are hooked.

Was looking to purchase a used Audi. I had no experience with this import. Called other import services and no one would give me a quick rundown of possible issues with this make, model or year without bringing it in for pricy inspection. When I spoke to Randy he was a real straight shooter and gave me some advice. If I had an import , just from call experience, I'd definetly bring it here for service needs.

I had problems with my Passat a few weeks ago and the service was great. I don't know anything about cars and they were honest and didn't take advantage of me. I called a few other places prior to taking my car in and the other quotes were outrageous. Autobahn charged me fairly and had my car done when they said they would. Hopefully I don't have future problems with my car, but if i do i will bring it back in. I would reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for honest, competent, and friendly mechanics. I would give more stars if possible!

This review is long overdue. I have been taking my Audi's to Randy and Todd for almost ten years. They are friendly, fair and honest. They actually understand the history of issues with Audi's. They do not simply follow a check list. Recently, i had an slow coolant leak for an Audi still under warranty. The stealership could not find the leak and claimed it was just evaporation. A pint a month? I took it to Randy and he found it in quickly. Took it back to the dealership, and they still could not find it. I had to virtually get Randy to draw me a picture. Guess what, THEN the dealership found the leak. We have had nothing but best of luck with our REAL 2003 allroad, Passat and 2011 A6 avant.

I took my Audi A4 to Autobahn Premier Service around July 25th of this year for leaking fluid and overheating. I spoke with Randy, who I assume is the owner, and he said that he "knew exactly what was going on, that they fix that problem with Audis 2-3 times per week." I picked up the car on July 30th and paid $640.98. Two days later, I noticed that the car was doing the same exact thing. I took the car back to Randy, and he said that we needed to replace the timing belt, water pump and thermostat at at cost of $1,190.98 and he assured me that would take care of the problems. I picked up the car on August 8th, and sure enough, a few days later the car was doing the same exact thing. I called Randy again and he said they were too busy and to bring the car back in two weeks. I took the car back in two weeks and left it there for another 10 days since we didn't hear from them. I left numerous messsages, and finally talked to Randy. Now he says that the heads are warped and it would cost an additional $2,0000. I thought the repairs were under warranty, as I had already paid him nearly $2,000 to fix this problem. He refuses to fix the car without the additional money. 1. He either doesn't know how to troubleshoot or he does business by being dishonest. 2. His warranty of his work (stated on his invoice), doesn't mean anything, because he keeps finding another problem. I spoke with an Audi dealership mechanic, and he told me that by doing a simple compression test, Randy could have known exactly what the problem was, instead of guessing. DON'T TAKE YOUR CARS TO THIS SHOP -- THEY'RE CROOKS WHO ONLY CLAIM TO BE AUDI SPECIALISTS. DO NOT TRUST THEM! TAKE YOUR CAR TO A REAL MECHANIC. I'm out nearly $2,000 and my car still has the same problems!!

Do you have a year to wait??? I took my '99 Audi A4 to these guys for diagnosis... My wife was driving when the car when it quit. I was riding in the car when it happened, they claimed it was "over revved" I think the timing belt they installed slipped and caused valves to impact cylinders. I have worked on cars for at least 20 years and figured I'd take it back to these guys as the previous owner had the car built there. Long story short, they say it needs a rebuilt head which I told them to put on. They sent me pictures a month ago (10 mos after I dropped it off) of my car torn down. I have emailed them twice in the last two weeks about the status and no response. (Which is par for the course) Anyway, they told me that the bill will be around $4000 for rebuilding and porting and polishing a head. In their defense , they did say that my car would take a few months to get into the shop. That said, I could have the head sent off, upgraded and I would have re installed it easily within a month!!! Long story short, Use someone else.... Anyone else!!! Your Grandma with a multi- tool will probably be quicker!!!! Hopefully they don't sabotage my car for writing this review while it's still on it's (at least) year long hiatus in their shop. They may reply to this post, which I encourage! It'll be more than I've heard from them in a while. If they do dispute this, I'll be happy to provide anyone with the e-mails detailing my dealings with them. Hopefully you find someone better to service your vehicle! Edit: Got my car back. (finally)Randy told me that he'd give me the info on the parts that were used to build my car. After i left his shop, he became indignant via text message and told me not to contact him.... Can't express how truely disappointed I am with him. Please don't subject yourself to the agony I did. Go elsewhere!

Not Impressed. Took my 2003 Jetta I recently purchased in for an inspection. It had issues for sure. Bent rear beam, Door latch etc. They never VAG scanned it had hidden codes. I found a replacement beam all set to go. Never heard back after calling them two times, to set the swap. Obviously they were too busy for the job. So they don't my business. I found a former VW tech independent person who did it cheap and fast.

Been going here for years first with an Audi then with a VW. Great, trustworthy service. Theses guys never sell me parts or service unless it was absolutely necessary. I've never felt as comfortable or confident with an auto repair shop.

I'm not a customer yet but I called and spoke to Randy about some oil in my intercooler and he took a great deal of time diagnosing possibilities over the phone. I'm going with these guys! No one has ever been that kind enough to sacrifice time in helping even a potential customer in trouble shooting.

Never bringing my car here for service again. This is LITERALLY the worst experience I've had dealing with auto repair in my life. I brought car in to fix rattling of the engine, they said it was a timing belt issue. They fixed the timing belt, I paid them 800$ to complete the service. I thought I was in the clear after that service was fixed, and next day my engine starts shaking again. They charge me another 130$ because the original issue was written down as "rattling" and not "shaking", when the only labor needed was to glue a hose back in and fasten it. Now they say that "rattling" in the engine is a possibility again because the tensioner needs replacing which will cost another 800$ to fix.THESE PEOPLE NEVER FIX THE ISSUES THEY SAY THEY WILL AND COME UP WITH A BULLSH*T EXCUSE AS TO WHY I NEED NEW A NEW REPAIR. EVERY TIME I BRING THE CAR IN SOME "NEW ISSUE" JUST CONVENIENTLY POPS UP FOR THEM. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AT THEIR JOBS. I'VE NEVER MET A MORE CROOKED MECHANIC IN MY LIFE.I highly recommend you avoid dealing with these crooks so they don't screw you like they did me.

This is the place to get the answer you need not the one that works for the shop! Randy has always given me great advice on what is going to be the best way to do the most cost effective thing for me and the car. Thanks for all the great work and advise.
