Went here again to get my side window fixed. Karma and Stephanie were excellent, cheery and professional however the guy who took of the door panel definitely didn't . The door was Not perfect but the panel was now hanging by 3 clips. He broke all the clips on the under part of the door panel. Poor finish though the glass itself was good. Had to go and buy clips and spend time fixing this. They offered to order clips but I had to wait another day. Was not worth the wait.

I smashed my side mirror and was quoted 500 for the parts + install by another company as well as my dealership, but karma at auto glass now not only recommended I look for a used part and offered the install at 50 (100 cheaper than the other places), but she then sent me an entire list of where to look for the part. The install was quick and works great. Karma saved me 400 dollars.

This place is awesome! Prices are good and the service is quick!! I have used them twice already once for my daughters car and recently for my SUV, if you call them, they can quote you a price immediately and they re very specific for your make and model. If you don t know the specs for your car give them your vin and they are even more accurate.

Had my car broken into, I can only assume the night before this giant snow storm. Found it during. They offered a reasonable quote and said they d be able to replace it same day. I didn t feel safe driving it during a snow storm so I made an appointment the morning after. Took them about an hour; they did a great job and were able to vacuum all the glass out of the car and door. Makes absolutely no glass noise when shaking these door. All the ladies in front office were super nice. There s no water leaks with new glass and they used tempered glass. If you need glass replaced quick, come here.

I have been a customer of Auto Glass Now for many years. Every interaction with the company/staff has been great, and the quality of their work is absolutely phenomenal.Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, along with extremely fast service at a great price from start to finish. Everyone here was so nice! I have had three windshield repairs since living in Colorado and this was by far the best and fastest one. With my newer car them having calibration equipment in house made my repair only 2 hours. I ve waited entire days at other places before. They also managed to get my express toll and oil change stickers back on and put my dash camera back on the window. I was very impressed all around and will definitely return to this business if needed! Highly recommend.

The front desk staff is SO FRIENDLY and as a woman, I felt so much more comfortable working with the ladies that were there. Not what you expect from an auto place! I have had some bad experiences in the past at auto shops so I am not quick to trust them, but the staff truly made sure I understood everything and were so respectful.They found multiple discounts for my windshield, bringing the price from $900+ to less than $600. This was by far the best price in town and they didn t have to do that.I would recommend Auto Glass Now in Denver to everyone!

First off, Carma was awesome. She got me 2 prices, with or without rain sensor. They are the most affordable of all the places I called. The glass was there within 2 hours of me calling and they are very flexible. I decided to have them come to my work and Isaish was so polite and super positive. He had my windshield on in less than 2 hours. The whole experience was really good and I for sure recommend them.

Although windshield and back glass replacements look good so far today, service problems were:-confusion about the agreed upon time for install,-inappropriate booking of service at our home (as it turns out back glass can only be done in-shop), and-sloppy practices of many pieces of glass left in the vehicle and scattered on our driveway. Finally-a technician (not the receptionist) at the shop today made a rude comment to me about my concerns.All-in-all sloppy, unprofessional service on several counts.They did give an extra $60 discount for the scheduling problems, which I appreciate.

Pretty good service. First car there yesterday 5th car out. Had to order regulator and and parts place didn t have a driver to deliver so had an employee went and snagged the part. To auto roll up feature doesn t work now but will call and see if it s fixable Office ran effectively Loved the classic rock music playing shop. Biz could have sold wrapped up Costco muffins for breakfast along with coffee for a nice touch. Thanks for being open on a Saturday too

Brought my truck is for a small chip repair in the windshield. While working on that they found another one that was not obvious but was right in front of the windshield camera. They got them both fixed in about 30 minutes and did a great job working with my insurance to insure I had no out of pocket costs!

Everyone was super nice over the phone and in person at the front desk! Really easy having them work with my insurance. Was quoted 2-3 hours when I arrived, they got it done in under 2.My only complaint is that the techs weren't super careful with the install or cleanup. My dashboard had some scuffs, glue on the interior of the windshield frame, and a small glass chip left on the dash. They'd benefit from putting down a tarp over the interior and vacuuming/sweeping to make sure they get everything up when they're done.

Beware!While the price tag is cheap, you get what you pay for. They replaced my auto glass with an aftermarket type of glass that was not compatible with my car's eyesight (safety feature) system - meaning that I was unable to use things like cruise control or lane drift warning system. They had me come back a second time (meaning a total of two instances of taking cabs back and forth to pick up/drop off my car) and were still unable to calibrate the glass to work with my car. Ultimately I had to take my car to the dealership to have it all replaced and recalibrated and the worst part is that Auto Glass Now did not refund me even though the part they installed was not functional with my car. What a colossal waste of time and money - all while I had a newborn baby at home (had to get child care to take my car back and forth as I am the sole caretaker) they had no sympathy for this and were very rude to me about the whole situation.

I had my vehicle broken into on New Year's Day and had already booked an appointment for window replacement though another company. This OTHER glass company rescheduled 3 times leaving me a week without a window. This other company kept throwing me in a loop and had already charged me for a service not completed. Luckily Auto Glass Now reached back out this morning to follow up if I had been able to get this window replaced and upon finding out I had not, they were able to replace my window within the hour! I received a phone call a little after 10 am and drove off before Noon with a new window. Very polite and professional team! I wish I would have just contacted Auto Glass Now first.

They scheduled me for a technician to come in on the day of canceled. They told me they would call me back the next day to schedule a window of time for them to call. That didn t happen. I got a call from a technician saying there were seven minutes away without any call ahead. The reception it was was beyond rude when trying to reschedule. They showed up late and went to the wrong address, making them even later when they got to the correct address. I also informed the receptionist my car was in the parking garage when it was being scheduled and wasn t told my car needed to be in sunlight, until the technician was already there. The repair itself was quick and easy, but a significant lack of professionalism. Would not recommend!

This business was such a great find! Seriously! The staff up front couldn t have been more genuinely kind to each and every customer even when they re really busy! The guys in the back work really hard & very efficiently as well. Lastly, their pricing was HALF of what the bigger companies charge! I was traveling across the country and unfortunately something flew off a truck going the opposite direction and took out my driver side window. An hour out of Denver I looked online and found this location. They said they could have the window there and install it when I arrived in an hour. Everyone on the phone and in person were nice and helpful.My two stars come from the condition of my car when complete. I asked the service person if he vacuumed the broken glass out of the door. He replied most, the rest will fall out the hole on the bottom of the door I trusted him and left it at that since it was late and I had been driving all day. (See photos)A couple days later I rolled down my window and realized the weather strip is all bent and not installed properly. I got home a week later and removed the door panel to fix the weather strip. When I did I saw a hole on the bottom of the door where a screw used to go but apparently the service person didn t know it was there and pried until it ripped a hole through my door panel. I also noticed several of the clips for the door panel were not aligned for their perspective hole and just smashed. Further when I got the panel off and looked inside the door I found lots of glass. It was very accessible and I vacuumed it out.In conclusion, people were nice and the price was good. The work itself should have had more care to to it. Not aligning the weather strip, the door panel clips and prying a bolt and creating a hole in my door panel is just careless. Lastly telling me the glass was vacuumed from the door is just a lie and that is what caused a 2 star.

While my windshield was installed very quickly, I cannot give a good review as the office lady failed to inform me that my windshield sensors could not be reprogramed due to weather, until after the windshield was already replaced. I had driven 2 hours through a snowstorm to keep my appointment, upon arrival we spoke to my insurance, during our conferance call the office lady informed my insurance agent they would be able to perform the replacement and recalibrations. Even though they did not perform the recalibration they still charged me for the service, stating "well at least I learned something today." Great, glad she could learn at my expense, nothing was offered to apologize for the inconvenience, just come back within 2 weeks when the weather is perfect. Needless to say, I'll be taking my truck elsewhere and demanding a refund of services not performed.

Such an incredible experience at this location! Don't be deceived by it's outward appearance, the folks in here are kind and honest, and the work is quick and affordable. Look, it's never a nice thing when you have to replace a windshield, but when someone sweet like Karma is helping you through the process, you really feel taken care of. My windshield was replaced in an hour! I checked out with Elena and she was also a total sweetheart. Also, the windshield has a lifetime warranty for as long as I have the car (keep your receipt!) so I know if I have any problems I can go back. So glad this is the place I ended up for this unfortunate situation.Service: Auto windshield repair

After having a large rock thrown through my back window and discovering insurance wouldn t cover it, I was having a bad day. I got a few different quotes and Auto Glass Now was cheaper by half. In addition to that, Karma was so kind and helpful and was able to get me in same day and they were done in just over an hour. What could have been an incredibly frustrating process was made convenient and simple and I am so grateful.Service: Window installation

BEWARE!!!THEY CAUSED A FIRE INSIDE THE DOOR OF MY VEHICLE WHICH MELTED THE DOOR PANEL AND BURNED THE INSULATION. THEY LEFT THE DOOR OPEN INDICATOR LIGHT BETWEEN THE INSULATION AND THE PLASTIC INSTEAD OF REINSTALLING IT WHICH CAUSED THE DOOR TO MELT.THE DAMAGES WILL COST SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS TO REPAIR!THEY ALSO LEFT A LOT OF BROKEN GLASS INSIDE MY DOOR AND CRACKED THE DOOR IN TWO LOCATIONS WHILE REMOVING IT.UPDATE: I was told that they would reimburse me for a replacement door panel and for the repairs to the door. I just got notified that they will not be reimbursing me for the 1000s of dollars of parts and labor needed to repair the damage they caused.Services: Auto side window replacement, Window repair

They installed a replacement windshield into my 2018 STI - the install went poorly - please see the attached photos taken 2 days after install. I think they hit the dome light on accident during the install because my car battery was dead the next day. This resulted in me missing a scheduled appointment and meant I had to wait 1.5 hours for them to finish an install and drive back to jump my car. They would not send a local service man that could jump the vehicle. Not too mention I am not happy with the quality. The installation does not look OEM - there are multiple smudge marks permanently in the Urethane caulking and the weather stripping does not look OEM. In addition, the windshield is not mounted straight exposing one of the corners outside the trim - not sure if it will leak. Not happy with the service or install and they refused to refund the labor costs as requested given the inconvenience they caused me. They hung up on me when I called to complain about this issue when I said I was going to challenge the charges and swore (I think I said this is bulls**t) - without confirming if they were sending anyone to resolve the issue. I had to call back and talk to someone else to get them to commit to sending someone within 1-2 hours rather than the 4-5 hours they originally stated. Had a window that wouldn t roll back up and they were able to get the part that same afternoon instead of having to wait another day. Real life saver. Staff even waited a few minutes past closing to let me get my car.
