Great service, very timely and excellent communication. Very trustworthy folks, who speak multiple languages for all residents of LoHi and Denver. Had all brakes and rotors done as well as one caliper for a very good price, will most likely be going back to them in the future.

I stumbled upon this shop after my car died suddenly in a parking lot. AAA couldn t start my car so I had to urgently get it towed somewhere. Working with Arturos has been a massive relief especially as a young woman, demographic who infamously gets ripped off by shops. I have been back since and will make them my go to shop. They are efficient, transparent and fairly priced. They are easy to schedule with, help me understand what things are wrong and I overall cannot recommend them enough. The only interesting part is their parking so be aware that it is right after a bend and hugging the street. There is also street parking though which is nice :)

I brought my Nissan rogue in that had AWD, ABS, and general warning light errors. Arturo s was able to fix it in timely fashion and recommended some other fixes as well: oil leak from cv axel seal transmission fluid flush as well! They have Great customer service, they communicated with me via text and sent me pictures and videos to have me approve of them to fix it. Got it all done and the car is working great! Highly recommend them!

I wouldn't recommend using Arturo's Shop. I took my car in for new brakes last June. A few weeks later, the brakes started to squeak. I called them several times and while the were willing to try and service the vehicle again, I felt like the car should have been repaired correctly the first time. Last week, I took the vehicle in again with the same brake issue and they couldn't find anything wrong. I'm so confused why they can't stop my brakes from squeaking. The problem still persists today and I'm at a loss. I don't think they are skilled in auto repair.

Thought I was giving my business to a local and honest shop. Came in for brake pad replacement, was quoted a cost, and went and grabbed lunch.Upon returning from lunch to pick up my car, I found out they had replaced various other things in my car without my knowledge or permission. Claimed they tried to call me. I was literally down the street and had full cell service. They didn t call. And you certainly don t perform additional work without the customers permission. I won t be back!

Arturo's is the best car shop in the Denver area! I've come to them for everything.. oil changes, starter repairs, brakes, etc. They are reasonably priced, quick and efficient! My license plate screw had rusted into my car and when I went to change out the plate, the screw broke off. What I thought would be easy, required the back hatch to be fully taken apart to replace this. Arturo was very flexible on timing, incredibly nice, and I paid a fair price. They have wifi and I was able to come in when I needed and work during the service. The service and the interactions he has with all his customers is what will make me go back for bigger repairs!

Arturo s is a very conveniently located auto shop where they can take care of all your needs with very fair pricing. Had a tire replacement and they included a full inspection of the vehicle and even fixed a squeaky belt issue free of charge! Would recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Very prompt service and communicative with their customers. Will be back for all my needs.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

My Jeep was shaking when I would brake and I ll called around to many places to simply have it looked it. Everyone said they were weeks out from just looking at my Jeep, not doing repairs. Arturo s Shop got me in with in 2 hours and fixed my brakes and routers within the same day!! Unbelievably great! They were affordable which is hard to find with inflation and did a great job!! I feel safe driving my Jeep again! The owner even walked out and directed traffic so I could safely back out. Everyone was respectful and kind. Went to get an alignment, found out I needed extra parts to do a thorough job. I still went ahead with the alignment just to get me by till I get the extra money to complete the job.they did a great job, car drives nice and I will be taking my car back to complete the repairs asap. Small shop and very polite and professional, I highly recommend.

Arturo did a fantastic job on my 2015 VW Tiguan. I brought my car in due to a battery issue (would not hold a charge) and oil leak and he was able to fix all my problems as well as complete other minor work for a FRACTION of what other people were quoting me at. There was even a small issue after receiving my car back and he was very accommodating and looked it over to make sure I was good to go. I cannot recommend this place enough for good work that is reasonably priced. I will not take my car anywhere else in Denver!

Come here!! I dropped in on Arturo because they were one of the only people open on a Saturday because my car my leaking oil. He checked out my car and in 5 seconds knew the issue and fixed it on the spot in 5 minutes. I was in and out in a flash and he was so nice!! I will be coming here for all my future car issues and maintenance! Thank you, Arturo!

Fantastic experience. I'm super close, and they were able to help me replace a radiator same day, couldn't believe the attention to service and detail. I didn't notice but they also patched a tire I had a nail in, they even washed my car for me before I came back to pick up. Can't recommend enough!

The more I took my car there The more stuff went wrong.Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation, change my turn signals (I brought in the bulbs) and check my drivers window switch as one windows was not working. Ibrought my wife s car in for oil change and tire rotation.When I left instead of one window not working, 3 were not working. They denied any responsibility. They changed one of my turn signals, kept the spare bulb, and the light they changed is now not working 3 weeks later.When leaving with my wife s care it was making awful sounds. Insanely loud sounds. I brought it back in same day and they denied any responsibility and said she needed new brake pads. Which maybe she did. You shouldn t have to leave a mechanic to bring the car back same day (which we both did) to have them recheck their work.Good communication and low prices. I won t go back

My alternator died while at O Reilly s down the street and both O Reilly s and Arturo s helped me fix my alternator in just 3 hours! Couldn t believe it. Recommend this place 100%.
