Terrible customer service! Went into this business to try and figure out who placed an order without my permission or knowabouts with their sales reps! Then this thief, came in to THEIR store and purchased these items FRAUDULENTLY using my credit card, all while I'm traveling out of town and credit card in my wallet. One of the gentlemen behind the counter and a lady, who both acted of disinterest, and were also acting kind of shady, wouldn't bother to help me answer questions about an invoice that was paid in THEIR store and signed by someone other than myself for a large transaction. All while their invoice SPECIFICALLY STATES, "ALL INVOICES MUST HAVE COMPLETE NAME, ADDRESS, AND PHONE NUMBER", none of which was on my invoice, that "I" supposedly placed.I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, nor do I plan on ever buying anything from them again in the future. Burned my bridge and transaction has been disputed!

hope you have a lot of time on your hands....I worked for 3 days via Email to quote a huge list of parts to repair a truck. ordered them, paid with credit card, waited another week, got two parts, one on back order, no explanation of where the rest are. tried to call, was put on hold for parts counter... waited 15 or so min. call was answered by transwest parts guy who was very rude and told me he could not help, transferred me back in big circle. waited 15 more min on phone. gave up. I will try someone else

Looks like a Great place , to bad they don't have any customer service. I and 6 other people waited in line for 30 minutes and not one person was helped at the parts counter. Lots of employees walking around on there phones, but no one helping customers. I gave up after 30 minutes and just left .

Always great service! Sometimes they have a meat head Awnser the phone and tell you parts need ordered then you get their for other parts and ask for an update and they tell you they always have that part in lol, 3 times now that's happened! Their building a new building so they can redue the one they are in. Been getting parts for years from them and always great service!

I go to Attp all the time for parts. The other day I was running late to pick up a starter. Adam and Joshua were willing to stay a little late till I arrived so the part doesn't get stolen and I could get the truck fixed that night. Thanks Guys

I was ordered electronic part before ordering I asked sales person that I take this part incase If I don t need it can I return it he said yes as long not used , when I returned part manager was rude said we don t accept electronic part returns, ok then train well your employees to tell the truth for customers.

Adem is absolutely on top of his game! We buy parts almost daily from ATTP and exclusively use Adem. Unlike other parts guys, he is able to find and source the exact parts that we are looking for. We have never received a wrong part when dealing with him. I highly recommend using him when at ATTP.

I love walking up to the counter and the parts guy types away on his computer for a couple minutes then walks away and comes back to type for a few more minutes and then finally asks what I need. Terrible service as per usual. I've been to the transwest in Brighton also and love getting no greeting and ignored when I want to give you my companies money.

New building but the slowest service I have seen both times I was there I waited hour or two just to get up to counter. No staff and the ones that are there disappear for 15 mins after each costumer. I started ordering online I get it faster then standing in line old building had a much faster service

Great for parts just can take some time on the weekends.An great staff that work together an are there for the customer.All need more patients when waiting though!!!More rude customers than staff when waiting!.!

This is my go to parts store. Sometimes you do have to wait a while.I had previously given this place 5 Stars but today was just a waste of time going in there. The guy who helped me was completely clueless.

The bathrooms are the best I've seen anywhere in Denver. However there is one parts person working with a line of 10 people and we've been waiting for 45 min and there are still 5 people in front of us, while there are 4 other people working at there kiosks....

The managers here are the worst. They never help their employees they never give praise they only complain when something isn't done right. Tell them to get off their butts and HELP!

Bad service, you call, they tell you one thing and when you arrive they tell you another and now I had to keep what I paid for because they said that if you could return if it wasn't and it turns out that later you couldn't, company rubbish

Everything good except for these 2 part guys in the morning they didnt let me return a u joint even tho they gave me the wrong one, was working on a clutch job on the side of the street so yeah the box got dirty didnt even touched the new part inside of it. Tried to put a complain to corperate and never got a solution out of it. What can you do I guess

Transwest will no longer honour parts warranty on the spot , you must fill out paper work and they will send to manufacture and IF THEY SAY SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH PART, then they will replace or return money. Also i have been a customer through TRANSWEST for about 6 yrs now and i have had 3 different customers that were walk in , from another state with no acct. , get better , lower pricing , than my company , on same parts i have purchased . They are also not open 24 , 7 at brighton store anymore . I guess they didnt feel it necessary to inform there customers of said change in northern colorado.

Great option to getting commercial vehicle parts instead of the dealer. They have stocked most of the parts I ve needed for reasonable prices. Easy access even with a full tractor trailer combo.
