Horrible service they made us do all the work for a turbo replacement needed. We had to look for the part buy the part then go back because some items were missing so had to make additional purchases car has been in the shop for 3 weeks and nothing done! Worst fing place to go. It's their job to fix and order parts not mine im not a mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Alex Shop is a very fine place- nowhere will you find a more fairly priced shop. They do good work; they are very busy. It is a family business. Every time I have needed work done I try and go in first thing in the morning and there s always a line because people trust them and are doing the same. Word of mouth, word on the street, is that they re the best around in all of Denver at handling their immense workload and that s why I go there when I need work done.

Alex Shop has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped off my vehicle when they first opened on a Saturday, and was told someone would call me with the diagnosis later that day. Well, no one ever called me, I called them, and was told that they were too busy and my vehicle would have to wait until Monday. Fine, I get that. Fast forward to Monday, no one calls me all day long, I call them consistently throughout the day but get no answer, and finally I get fed up and head there to pick up my vehicle. Turns out they serviced my vehicle, never called me to let me know, and never told me the service cost until I showed up to pick up my vehicle. I m glad my vehicle got fixed, but it came at the expensive of some of the worst customer service.

I went to get my tahoe diagnosed because i was hearing a noise and also the gears on the car werent working. They wanted to tell me the whole transmission was burnt and i needed a new one quoted at 2500$. Got a second opinion and saved thousands just for it. Have these guy's redo my front end they charge me $1500 its been 2 and a 1/2 years and the whole thing is falling apart I'll never go back to this place again kaka... And their customer service is trash Very rude

This place was terrible. First time I took my jeep in i was sent home with the engine light on still. Called and was told to drive it for a week and see if it turns off. When I called back to let them know it did not turn on they said to bring it in again but not till next week because they are full booked. Once the other week came I called again and the lady said I can t take it in because they are stealing cars. I told them I took the car in another place and the valve they replaced was the issue again and they told me to bring it to Prove it. I tried calling again to bring it in and they always give me attitude and seem to not want to help me anymore. I think they should be more professional and fix the piece they replaced . Other shop said the piece was used and I am very upset because I had to pay TWICE to get it replaced and the first time was a fail and did not get my money back. I highly recommend to go else where .

Alex, the owner is an ethical Mechanic that started his business at least 30 years ago providing locals with excellent customer service and fenomenal skills to find and resolve problems! I love how he always asks several price options on the same fix (budget or high end fix). Thanks Alex I will be your forever customer

I called to see if they could do my timing and other things to my new motor on my 1995 S-10 that I basically rebuilt and G�erro said that he could do it.To just bring it down.I had it towed there. They help me push it in their shop. G�erro started to work on it right away.It took him 2 days to install the rod that the goes from the distributor cap that goes all the way down to the oil pump, do the timing, weld and install the manifold exhaust to my headers, a rubber ring that goes around the oil pump, get my gear shift unstuck (It's still a bit hard to get it unstuck, but it comes out, at least.)get it started, and a few small things.I still have to double check everything, but I think it's going to be in good stance.If I encounter anything wrong with the work, I will come back and update my comments or add to it.I am content and happy with the work, so far, after calling so many mechanics and mobile mechanics that never showed or wouldn't return my calls or texts.The only thing I I didn't like was that G�erro was bad mouthing my truck. I wanted to complain to him, but, I just wanted my truck finished. I didn't know if he would tell me to go somewhere else.All in all, he charged me $500 for all that work. I don't know if that was a good price or not, but, I was pretty much desperate.

I had taken a diagnostic elsewhere, and had a list .I gave them the list, and asked for a quote on the most important issues. The total cost was $1450 for labor, which also included a list of parts to purchase in addition . The parts and labor list ncluded a cabin filter which I had installed my self a week prior. I confronted Alex the owner, whom was repeatedly certain the filter needed replacement. I walked to the vehicle pulled the filter out, and showed him it. He then replied, oh it's new. I took my vehicle elsewhere.

Great place to take your vehicle for electrical issues. We had issues with our 2009Chevy suburban and took it to Alex he knew what the problem was ASAP and he gave us a great price and fixed it in the same day. I would recommend his service to anyone.

One star for now... we had our car towed due to no parking zone, the tow company that towed us messed up our car, AWD system towed on two wheels could result in damage to the coupling, as well as the transmission and various other drive components...The tow company did not give us the option of having our mechanic fix these possible issue. Owner of tow company told my husband he would take it to the dealership and have all damages repaired. Alex shop is where our car was taken and has been for last two day (today's date 5/17/2018). Per the tow company owner we should have our car back this evening, but it is now going to be 12am (5/18/2018) without any updates from tow company or mechanics. To be continued...

I took my jeep wrangler to have them check my transmission due to my jeep not starting when clutch engaged thinking it may be a faulty switch. I went to pick it up and it would not start Cadillac cut my alarm wires and by passed the problem by hot wiring my jeep to get it started. now i have to jump it to start it and all i wanted was for them to diagnose and lmk the out come. worthless people i should of waited for a real mechanic at a real shop. Lawsuit

The people are nice but unfortunately that didn't fix my car and after $678 and taking it back to them and less then 3 weeks later from original work I'm sitting at kia dealershipcar dropping off my car so they can find out why my car has the exact same problem that should have been fixed. Edit turns out the 678 was a waste of money and not the reason at ALL

He over charges. Needed a simple thing done. He wanted to charge as much as if I had let them replace the whole wheele bearing. I even work across from his shop and he wanted to overcharge me. If this shop would stop catering to the drug addicted homeless in the hood he might get more business. I do suggest you not come here at least with kids. No one needs to watch a homeless man and his wheelchair girlfriend fight since they use this shops bathroom and lobby as home.

I went there they changed my O2 sensor but turns out they didn't tell me that a car has 2 to 4 and they go out one after another! When I tried to take my car back for something else I left it with them came in 2 weeks later and still my car was not worked on they hadn't even bothered to check it. The secretary in front was very rude to me, she asked me what I was doing in the office when one of her guys had told me to wait there. Overall their service is just horrible!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this car repair shop to anyone. Alex shop would be the last place to bring your vehicle for repair. The owner Alex lacks ownership/responsibility when it comes to his mechanics not performing the worked asked ,and making the issues worse. Everytime they call you to let you know what your car has they raise prices excessively. I would totally not recommend Alex shop to anyone!!

These guys saved the day!!! We broke down on our way home in the late afternoon. They got us back on the road quickly!!! Thank you guys again!!!! BONUS- They have several adorable Chihuahua's to keep you occupied while you wait!!!!!

RUN!! STAY FAR AWAY!! HUGE SCAM ARTISTS.I own a bar across the way from Alex' Shop and dropped my Audi S5 off to determine why the clutch was sticking. I was called and told IT WAS GOING TO COST $2000 FOR PARTS AND $1000 FOR LABOR!!! They said they had already looked into it, so I needed to bring the money asap. I told them to stop what they were doing as I was fairly aware that it was a small fix, and had a tow truck pick it up, take it to another shop (Wesminster Audi and vw) and was quoted $300 for the part AND FIX!!!STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP
