This location s manager, Chris, was absolutely delightful and extremely helpful. I had complications with an Advance Auto Part location near this location, and Chris listened to my situation and helped guide me through a complicated return and offered to assist me with installing my car battery, even though he did not have to help. He went above and beyond and I am extremely grateful for his assistance and support. I would 100% recommend this Advance Auto Part location for anyone who values customer support.

Was told my part would be here at 4, never got a call went in and part wasnt there. Told me theyll call me in 30 mins when it shows up. I hear nothing from them and show up at 8:45 and the door is locked with no one inside. Door and google says closes at 9 on Mondays

Chris seriously impressed me with his knowledge and problem solving skills. He is extremely knowledgeable about different types of vehicles. He went out of his way bigtime to help me find exactly what I needed. He took his time helping me look up information on my specific truck and made recommendations that were really helpful! I highly recommend stopping at Advance Auto on Evans and asking for Chris. He will really help you out! If I could give 6 stars I would! Managers should do their best to keep this man on the team!

Update: I saw this location had gotten some great reviews in customer service since I was last here, so I thought I would come back and try it again. It was better than last time, the woman behind the desk greeted me. She did help me locate what I was looking for, but she was also extremely apathetic.She did her job, but would I chose this place if I'm looking for great customer service? No. Not based on my experience.Sounds like they do have some good employees based on other reviews, maybe you will get lucky enough to have one of them help you?Original review:This location was almost entirely empty of customers and I still got no help or service even after asking for help. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This place is ghetto. I was in there earlier today and (Shayla) - Works there. Was arguing with another co worker in front of everyone who was in there. POOR GIRL WALKED OUT. Do not go here - they don t have respect for co workers - you think they ll have respect for COSTUMERS - GHETTO.

My goodness, these people and their bad reviews. Gonna go ahead and guess, they likely have bad experiences everywhere they go, and that's no coincidence. As for the store, I've had nothing but good experiences here and will continue to come back. There's an auto zone literally right next door but it's not even an option for me. Advance is much better in price, product selection, and customer service, and this location is among the best that I've found. Thanks, team.

Chris you are definitely the most helpful employee (manager) I have ever met at advanced auto. Me and my wife broke down in the freezing cold with very little money but you some how stretched each dollar that we had to help us find the part we needed. Thank you so much. Every one truly caring people work at this auto parts store

Decided to give these guys another shot after a bad experience some time ago. Apparently none of their employees are trained. Went in to get a starter tested and replaced. Man at the counter said they didn't do that. I told him I knew for a fact that they did because I had gotten my old one tested there and bought the current one there as well. I showed him where the machine was at. He said he didn't know how to use the machine and didn't even know that they offered that service. He said I would have to find out who sold me the starter and wait until they were there.. Also said he didn't even know how to do an exchange. Then proceeded with "I don't know what else to tell you". 1 other employee just walked past and ignored the situation, and a 3rd told me I would have to go somewhere else. Customer service was awful. Every one had a bad attitude. Will NEVER shop here again. Don't waste your time here when there is an Auto Zone right up the street.Told its a service that is temporarily not offered. They had no problem testing my old starter just last week in order to sell me a new one........Then turns out the new one is faulty. And now all of a sudden they can't test it, but can't exchange without testing? Hmmmmm.......

The staff at this store is incredibly friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. When the alternator on my car went out at a very incovient time, Tamara and her supervisor (didn't catch his name) went above and beyond to help me locate the right part and figure out which tools I'd need to complete the job and then let me sign out those tools. I saved over $400 from the price I was quoted by doing the work myself and I'm not sure I would've had the confidence to do so without the amazing staff at this location.

Did you know UPS uses some of these locations for package pickups??!!!I wasn't home to accept package (after 2 attempts by UPS). So they sent me a tracking number and location (convenient and 5 mins away).The gal at the store was so kind.5 stars for UPS and Advance Auto Parts!!!

We had an incredible experience at this location. I came in with battery issues and Lanel (probably misspelled, so sorry) gave us the best service imaginable despite being the only person working the shop and having a steady flow of customers and phone calls coming in. He handled the situation professionally and calmly and went above and beyond helping us to test the battery, purchase a new one and even installing it for us. He smiled and laughed throughout the whole experience we had although it seemed, to me at least, to be a pretty stressful situation trying to juggle so many customers, phone calls and an install all by himself and he did an amazing job couldn't be happier with this experience! Thank you!!

Very bad customer service, They don't know what they doing and they don't know how to talk with the customer. You have to repeat the car any the part that you need around 10 times and in the end they will tell you (what are you looking for) they will talk to you and talk to other customer at the same time with no respect. You will wast your time talking to them, and in the end they will tell you that they don't have that part. If you are lucky and they don't hang up on youtry another location. Thanks

10/13/2021 - There were two guys behind the counter chatting between themselves and I was the only customer in the joint. Neither of them could be bothered to ask what I might be looking for - windshield washer fluid. That would have saved me a lot of time and frustration because they were out of it - what auto parts store doesn't have windshield washer fluid?! They were also out of two of the three sizes of windshield wipers that fit my car. Nonexistent service and poor selection? Just keep driving past.

I went in a couple of weeks ago to get a brake light, and the man there changed them both for me in no time flat. Well, the light went out again so I thought for sure it was a fuse. I went there just now and every staff member greeted me and the woman went out to my car changed it again and I was out of there as fast as I came in. They listened to my problem and fixed it and were super nice about it too. This store and its employees are the best. Amazing customer service. THANK YOU GUYS

Meant to write this sooner. I was over a year ago when my battery died down the road from here. Amazing customer service. The sales guy even brought his own cables to my car down the street to give it a jump. Then they found a perfect battery and installed it. Honest and kind people. Battery still going strong! I think the sales guy was Russ. Deserves an award

Very professional and excellent customer service! If we need anything for our vehicles, THIS is where we are going! I don't know the woman's name but give her a raise Please! Date of service was 08/23/2020, approximately 2:30 pm, Saturday. She installed a new battery for us. Thank you!

Well organized, helpful and friendly staff. Who are will to not only help ensure you are purchasing the right part/item needed for your vehicle. They also are willing to help with installing it if available, as well as help you find the information to do it yourself. Or a reputable mechanic can be provided, very pleased with this shop.

Went to Advance Auto the night before heading out of town. My car had died on me and I needed to get a battery. Everyone was so helpful during my time in meed. It was a relief to get the customer service I needed as I was in a panic before my trip. Tom, Igor, Lanelle, and Kyle offered fantastic customer service! Thanks for being so helpful.

We were in Saturday for a rear windshield wiper. The associate mistakenly told us to purchase the wrong product. We came back the next day and another associate, Lanell, assisted us with the wiper and even put it on our Jeep for us. Excellent customer service- he more than made up for the mistake of his coworker and the need for our subsequent visit back. Thanks!

This is my go-to place for buying little things for my car (light bulbs, filters, etc.) The service is usually fantastic, but there are times when the staff isn't at its finest. I will say that several of the staff will help me with changing out things on my car if they are not too busy. 4.5 Ginger Snaps for helping a lady out. :)

Tuesday January 28th at 6:25pm. The guy working the register literally could not ring up the product I was trying to buy. Over 10 mins and he never bothered to ask the other joker that was working with him but ran to the back as we pulled up. Same guy hiding in the back came back up front as soon as we got tired of waiting for the inept cashier and walked out without being able to purchase what we wanted. I d give this place 0 stars if I could. Next time, going to Auto Zone. Good luck to the genius on the register. Hopefully he gets better training and support in the future.

I had visited Auto Zone on Evans and Monaco and had the worst experience with the manager himself. The worst customer service. Luckily, Advanced Auto Zone is nearby. What a different experience! Crystal was so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you, Crystal for your professionalism and wonderful customer service!

I went in extremely frustrated because I couldn t swap my wipers out. Lanell immediately came out to help me and was so kind, encouraging, and helpful. He helped me finish changing the wipers while teaching me about the process. I was embarrassed that I didn t know how to do it and he made me feel so much better about it. I can t express how grateful I am for his service!
