Very kind, patient, and helpful people. I forget the young man who helped with the purchase of some fuel injectors, but I really appreciate his patience.I highly recommend getting your auto parts here. Reasonable prices too!

It should not take this long for an employee to go back and bring a part. I ve literally been here over 30 minutes waiting for a socket it s not busy, im the only customer here, three other employees just stand around

I just broke my neck to get there before they closed to get my part I already paid for to pop it on to go to work tonight and I walked, ran, rented a scooter the last little bit of mile and THESE LAZY BASTERDS CLOSED EARLY!!!!!! AND THEY HAVE THE WRONG HOURS LISTED!!! WHY is it in the middle of nowhere smh I'm so pissed

I called in to ask if they had any UV coolant dye and how much. I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. They never check back in with me or anything like that. There's a lot of competitors, I suggest you guys figure out your problems with your customer service and retrain your Clerks to start doing their job and check in with their customer. I hope a manager owner sees this and thanks for nothing

After going to the 958 S Havana location and having them literally tell me they couldn't help me because they had not manager on site and no manager was even available by phone, I went here and they immediately addressed all my issues. The guys knew what they were doing and even spotted that I'd been sold a 2yr old battery at another location. Got me all fixed up. Thank you guys

This location seems to be more of a Warehouse than a retail front. Although they were the only ones in the Denver metro area that had the specific belt I needed for my Whipple supercharger in stock. They were slow moving and the customer service seemed to be lacking. Not sure if I was because it was Friday afternoon but at least they had the Gates 10 rib belt that no one else did.

I was not expecting a store in this location and almost didn t trust my map. The sign posted says the store closes at 7:00 pm. Granted customers showing up right before closing is a pain. I was in need of a part that a sister store sent me over for before a road trip. The doors were locked before closing time. I could see the employees in the store. They gave me a signal the store was closed disappeared and turned off the lights.

Came in for a burnt out head light. While purchasing it, I commented that now I watch YouTube to figure out how to change it. Without prompt the younger employee, who wasn't actually assisting me, offered to help me change it at the store. Greatly appreciated especially because it was cold outside! Thank you, sorry I didn't get your name!

The water pump on my truck decided to dump out coolant faster than I can filled, called around other places for price and availability and luckily this location has my water pump and given me a nice discount that much lower than the other stores, went there paid for the parts which was already laid on the counter waited for me to get. On a Sunday afternoon nearly closing time I can't complaint, they deserve my five stars. Satisfied with their service. Thanks

Took dead batteries to the store anticipating I may have to purchase new ones. Instead, helpful and friendly staff tested and recharged batteries , and all working fine again. Not only saved money, but also saved the environment a bit.

Poor customer service, I work with Advance Auto and wasn't impressed with the operation. I wasn't handed my receipt and had to return so they could apply my discount which didn't add up to what employee's get. Will be contacting District about this incident.

One would never think a parts store would be in this location warehouses all around and a king Soopers warehouse nearby. I got the part I needed their website hours are WRONG I had to make 2 trips from Greeley to Denver because of this. The clerk helping me was her first day so there was the usual delay with that.

Im going to give them a 2.5 because they aren't too bad nor good. It should be very simple to do a job you signed up for & been at for over 90 days. Heres the scoop. When I order something, please have it ready the next day & if I ask questions, you should be able to figure it out, instead of getting an attitude or wasting my time. Other than that, some of the employees were cool & actually get me out in a timely manner.

These guys are Rockstars! After searching all over the city for a special type of oil I needed and wasn t able to find I called this store & they had it in stock. Excellent customer service, friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you need parts or supplies.

Horrible customer service. Bought a $200 battery online. They advertise free install but the clerk did not want to be bothered. He stated to me the boss lady doesn t like me changing batteries, I don t want to get fired. I did the work myself except for the last bracket and still the clerk ignored me and was no help. I promptly asked for a refund and left. Useless. Don t bother with this joke of a store.

Terrible customer service.No one acknowledges you when you walk in or are in line even though they stare right at you.It s like they re doing you a favor by talking to you.I ve been in there a few times and it hasn t changed.

waited 30 minutes in line (no problem i get it its busy) only for the guy at the counter to tell me they dont sell it and go to Nappa, I told him I called ahead to confirm they have to product in stock and that they have 7. He still claimed he had no idea what i was talking about. I went to my vehicle to grab my phone to show them the product online, had to wait in line ANOTHER 20 mins. Luckily i talked to a different gentleman and he easily found it for me. terrible experience overall that was barely saved by someone else

I went in to get my alternator tested and maybe replaced if it was bad. I explained the issue and why I was in to test the alternator and he told me that the alternator wasn't the problem. After further explanation of my issue and my steps to resolve, he gave me incorrect advice and information. Not only that, he CONFIRMED the WRONG information and advice he was giving with another associate there who also said the same wrong advise. Horrible service and bad advise, this location needs people who are actually knowledgeable.

I usually order online and have parts delivered to my house same day, they are very quick on delivery your order, the minimum purchased 30 or 35 dollars don't remember exact for same day and free delivery. Not all locations participate in the program so you may want to know ahead before ordering.

I only got to speak with Desmond but his customer service was outstanding. He was patient, courteous and really went out of his way to help me out. He is a great asset for the company.

My car was overheating and I needed a simple cap to my radiator. The gentleman behind the desk was in his own world and very short cumming. I received the part I needed after being watched and feeling uncomfortable. A quick trip to an unknown parts store but probably will not be back

No greeting. Ordered my stuff online for store pickup, got the text saying my stuff was ready for pick up there were 4 employees working that I saw, 2 of them together helping one customer because one was training the other. But all I needed was a "Hey welcome" or "be with you in one second". Not only that but the guy at the counter barely said a word and the words he did say I could barely hear him. Was obviously having a bad day, hates his job, just geniunely doesn't care, or a combination of all that. Also when I order online and it says ready for pick up I'd assume it would have been pulled from the shelves READY TO PICK UP but no, the guy who doesn't like his job had to slowly (very heavyset guy) and go pull everything after already waiting almost 10 min just to be acknowledged. This is the 3rd AAP location I've been to in the last 2 months and ALL 3 had at LEAST one person who was just like the guy I'm complaining about....like they just don't care and I'm some kind of inconvenience to them. I worked customer service and retail for over 8 years and have been in Management now for over 4 and you either fake it till you make it till the end of your shift, or you find a new job. Period. AAP, you guys need to have a better more thorough hiring process to try and eliminate these people who's only job is to help me and other customers yet they act like I'm annoying them. Not ok and this is a long review ONLY because this has been my experience across the board at all locations I've been to in the greater Denver Colorado area. Hope some changes are made because you're losing business over this that's a guarantee.

More of a commercial store, but they are more than welcoming to the public. Great staff and way closer to my house than other places. Nice thing is the warehouse is attached to the store so they have access to a larger selection of parts.

TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. So my daughter ordered a part online on Friday and we went into the store to pick it up and confirm the part was correct. The guy at the counter said yes it should work but if it didn't we could just come back and do an even exchange, no extra charge even tho the other one that might work was $10 more. So the part was not right, went in on Saturday to exchange it and they closed the store because they had some computer problems so we were not able to exchange this part even though this is 15 miles from our house. So can't go there Sunday as they are closed. Go back on Monday and Todd says no we can't give you the part for the same price and tries to go on and on to charge more money. Finally let him know that is not going to work that's not what we were told and the guy showed up who was there Friday and he even asked if the part worked then my daughter said no. In the end Todd wanted to do refund then have her rebuy the part and it was not an even exchange and in the end I said forget it, my daughter didn't have the money on her card plus I don't really trust this place, it wasn't it even exchange, they tried to charge us more money even though they said if the starter didn't work they wouldn't charge us more in the end. This was a very bad experience and will never go back to this or any Advance Auto store again.

Went there to get a light bulb replacement, and had to wait about 5 mins to be served, which should have been a sign, but I waited. I then asked if they price matched, which they said they did, as long as it was the same product brand and model as the one they were sell, but refused to price match once I found the same product brand and model. I have shopped at Advanced Auto for years, but I will NEVER shop at any of their locations again. I will spend my money elsewhere. I asked that they take my name from their rewards program.
