Still waiting on refund for core return on battery. Been almost a month a nothing but run arounds from staff in person and over the phone with multiple excuses and different dates given by multiple staff members, one of witch gave me 3 different expected time frames for refund.

Best Advance Auto Parts in Denver. I've never seen a customer left waiting for long. Last time I was in, Chris tightened a bolt for me so I wouldn't have to buy a special sized and shaped socket. Honest and friendly.

This used to be my go-to parts store. They used to always be super cool, now it s very 50/50 friendly/blatantly rude. They ve also had to put up a chain link fence, presumably due to constant Colfax tweakers around the perimeter, which sucks for them and isn t part of this rating. But now that this location has been the way it is, I ve unfortunately switched to a lot more online shopping instead.

Super nice people but a bolt slipped off my battery and I needed it tightened. They tried to sell me a new bolt, a new wire and a battery cap. A cap for my battery?! I just needed a bolt tightened!! They said it was impossible to tighten until I bought a wrench and tightened it myself. They didn t even sell me the tool I actually needed, I had to figure that out myself.

The staff here is always helpful. Despite being located on one of the worst parts of Colfax, lol. I like that they fenced in their lot. If you had to do an on-site repair in the past. You could always count on randos coming by trying to get money or cigarettes. I haven't had that problem in the last three visits. Since they put the fencing up. I had to take a star off though because this store is chronically understaffed. There is never enough employees to get help quickly. Every time I've gone in, it's just some guy by himself at a register. They will holler for somebody in back but nobody has ever come up in my experience. It seems like you're always waiting behind a lonely person who's wasting the clerks time with long stories that are irrelevant and unnecessary. Does this just happen to me? I always want to tap the oblivious customer on the shoulder and tell him to save his sob stories for a bartender. There's five people in line,and some of us are trying to get to work.

I recently had my windshield wiper arm stolen. Having to deal with anything related to my car stresses me out- but Mike and Jay were so kind, patient, and went above and beyond to be helpful. I m so thankful for their help!

I have always had the belief that AutoZone or O'Reilly's would always be cheaper than advance but I was surprised when, They had the part we needed and at a cheaper price than everybody else and it was very close and the person that we dealt with really helped us with any unanswered questions that we had about what we were trying to fix. They were very informative and helped us out quite a bit. I would highly recommend them in the future I will be using them again.

Just visited here tonight because my check engine light came on. A very helpful and kind gentleman, Alex, ran the codes and we discovered it meant a small leak in the EVAP system of my Jeep. He was nice and explained to me what this means and also suggested a garage local to me to get it in/fixed. Thanks Alex!

These auto shops are out of control, I wish I could give negative 5 stars... Was seen at another location, and had my car serviced. Months later I'm running into problems. Upon recent inspection at this location it was discovered that I was given a used battery, that's a dud & they won't replace. Which begs the question, why was I given a used battery if they can't exchange it, when clear problems are persistent? Alex G was rude & snide, unhelpful.

They refused me service, because I happend to patronize their business @ exactly the same time the police were clearing out a homeless incompetent near the store. They assumed for some reason I was part of that group, became very rude denied me service and 86 me from the store... the employees more are concerned with what's going on outside the store than they are with customer service.

Got everything car in here. Well stocked when i was there. Counter people know their inventory. The homeless are kept out of the parking lot. I got a gel battery here and the counter person seemed happy to put it in my car. This Advance Auto store is well stocked.

Came in with a dying battery around 2pm on a Tuesday. Service was polite, swift, helpful. My car is all good and fixed up now.

Stopped here for a serpentine belt after it snapped. Being out of state, we had lots of questions to see if we could fix it ourselves. Stan was very helpful and greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was friendly, knowledgeable about our issue and offered several options for us.

Will be back here for sure was on the put of of town my fuses blown and needed a fix thst I could not do being disabled and the guy at the counter was very helpful we figured out where the fuses were and he got me going! Excellent customer service this was on a Sunday! This deserves a raise! I will be back here!

I recently received excellent customer service from Stan at Advance Auto Parts when I needed help with my car battery. He patiently answered all my questions, inspected my battery and provided useful information on maintenance. Although I didn't end up purchasing a new battery, I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend Stan for anyone seeking assistance with their automotive needs. He really is a Stand-up guy!

I normally don't write reviews because it's mildly time consuming, however, this place and staff were fantastic with the issues I was having with my truck. Kendall was knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. Give this dude a raise. Thanks again. I'll 100% be coming back to this location.

Absolutely disappointed in this place. Especially the general manager Tod he s distressful . I walk into this store and the only person I believe his name is Raymon is able to help me out while 2 other employees are outside in the back smoking a cigarette for quite a while.

The staff has always been extraordinarily friendly and knowledgable! My review is because of a specific interaction with the GM. I was accidentally double charged for an item and went back to get refunded. I had my receipt and my credit card statement showing the charges. The very kind man at the counter was about to process the refund when the GM walks up and tells me they can't do it. She told me I had to do a chargeback on my credit card or call their corporate #. I asked why, and she kept insisting it was because there was no phone number entered for one of the charges. Which is a bizarre policy, and also not my fault as I gave it when I checked out. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with CS before they called her and told her to refund my money. All around very strange, dismal customer service for an error on their part.

This location is very helpful and will help you find the right part or product for your vehicle. I was having some trouble with my oil pan and one of the staff was helpful in suggesting a alternative service to fixing my oil pan and I used that advice and it saved me over $600.00. Not saying that they know everything about vehicles and that you should take a staff's advice, that is on you and you should always consult with a professional for safety and the longevity of you car. But, it was a great and economical suggestion; i researched it and well I fixed the problem myself and have had no issues since. It's just a good group of employees at this location and I appreciate them.
