I was told I could not return OR bring in a part to receive my core charge back at this store or any other unless it was the store I bought it from!!!! Before you question, yes I have a receipt. So to clarify, I asked if I bought it in Washington state I would have to go all the way back to Washington state to return or get my court charge? The answer that I was given was yes by the worker at the store!!!! God smacked to say the least!

Diego was absolutely amazing!!! He went completely out of his way to change both my headlights for me in the snow at night!!! An made sure I got a 1 year replacement on both bulbs I would recommend this place to everyone an anyone. I am definitely going to be a returning customer. Thanks again Diego for your fantastic customer service

Very helpful and professional. I got a flat tire outside of their store awhile back. The manager, Todd (?) and another really kind employee named Sergio (?) changed it for me. I would give this store business any day!

The service of this store is great. They are very busy. But, I have some commentary on the company in general. Like it's competitors, AA is like the Walgreens or CVS of automotive products. You pay for the convenience.Case in point, I bought an oil filter wrench there when I was in a pinch. It cost me $26. It's a great wrench and I needed it in a pinch.So, grateful I was able to get it.However, going to Harbor Freight yesterday, which is about 15 minutes from my house instead of down the street, I found the same (or very similar) wrench for $4. Now to be fair, it was on sale but even when not on sale it would have cost me less than $10.And... I won't even start about some of the second hand tool stores in town and what their prices are.The kicker is AAs return policy is you have to return every thing as new and still in its package; and of course, their tools are in the tamper proof packages you have to rip apart to open.So, the moral of the story is don't go here first for any sort of tool because you are going to pay through the nose for it. I know... this is probably common sense but I had to say it. At least AA, got their $20 worth of negative advertising.

First they answered my phone call like some pros, then to my surprise they were helpful and polite. When I got to the store they had the part ready. Turns out it was the right part first try. Maybe it's just my lucky day? I'll be baaack. Hopefully these parts are good otherwise I'll drive through the front of the store like Terminator, you know because my brakes ain't workin.

Probably some of the worst service ever. I watched a lady come into the store who needed a battery and could not shut her car off. She asked if they could install the battery which they claimed it was after hours at 7 PM. The store was empty and there was two employees inside the store. this lady was in distress and had no idea what to do because she knew nothing about cars. Luckily, I had my tool kit on me and was able to install her battery and help this Poor lady out.Pure laziness if you ask me. Or maybe the employees were just to incompetent to install a battery either way don t expect the store to do anything but the bare minimum.

I thought I already did a well deserved review. This is the location for your car needs. I've always been greeted even if their with a Customer they will still acknowledge your presence. No one has ever been rude. Their also very patient if you have a limited knowledge about cars. I'm probably 40 mins away now but I will still drive all the way to this one because it's worth being treated with respect and getting the help you need. Kudos to you guys! Keep it up!!

They refused to help then ignored me in the midst of the conversation when another guest walked up. I was trying to explain what I was asking and A. Scott was extraordinarily condescending, rude, dismissive, unkind, and put me back on the road in an unsafe situation because he refused to be a kind human being.

Had to stop in to replace a battery today at 8:10a this morning. It was cold and snowy out. The young man behind the counter was super helpful gave me good options and did not hesitate to throw on his coat, grab his tools and come out to remove the old battery and install the new one. He was kind, courteous and did it very quickly. What Great customer service! I wish I knew the young man's name to give him a huge shout-out and tell him thanks again. Good work and I will not forget the extra effort.

I pulled in there at about 10 minutes before closing and asked if they would check my battery. The Associate was so kind and patient, he checked the battery and then he checked the alternator and ran a report for me. His manager was closing and locking the door and he was just trying to help me out. It was great. THANK YOU!!

I went here to get my headlights replaced and they were so friendly with helping me find the right bulbs and helping me put them in and fix what other companies couldn't help me with. They were so patient and didn't have to help me for as long as they did, but their excellent customer service has really paid off and I am only coming here for now on. They know what they are doing and really care for you. If I could give them ten stars, I would!

This was probably the most informative and pleasant experience that I have ever had at an auto store. Both Ivan and the tiny girl with glasses were able to walk me through my car's problems as well show me various cost solutions for them. I'm thankful for their patience in educating me and letting me make an informed decision.

Professionalism is the number one key to excellence and these guys have more than than that. I wondered how they are super knowledgeable about their items but I believe they've built their own brand. Overwhelmingly positive experience and excellent superior customer service! Jimmy and Chris could NOT have been any more helpful, friendly, personable, caring, and overall just awesome. I am infinitely appreciative of their assistance and would recommend this Advance Auto Parts location to everyone for their auto parts needs. I will continue coming here for my auto parts needs going forward and will even drive out if my way. Thanks to you all, and great job!!!

Next time wait for the customer's approval on picking up his online order, so u don't tell the customers, oh sorry I can't return it because it is an online order and u have to come back after an hour.Why would the customer has to come back after an hour because of ur inpatient and speeding up the transaction....?

I'm always happy to swing by this location. The manager and the staff are super helpful and quick to greet you at the door. In the rare situation that they don't have what I'm looking for, they're always able to help me find it at another nearby store. Customer service is key, and this Advance Auto Parts location has a great team that understands that.

This location is my go to source for my vehicle. They are very knowledgeable about car care and have all the things I need to keep my van in good shape. To top it off they rescued me on a snowy day here in Denver when my battery would not turn over the engine. They jumped the van for me with the cables I bought for less than $30 (should have had those already, but didn t so they helped me pick the best ones for my situation) and then the technician discovered the source of my problem was loose cables. He tightened everything up for me and saved me $100 on what I thought was needed -a new battery! I didn t even have to wait in line or anything. They are super nice and all around good guys. You won t be sorry to visit this store!

It is very easy to see this store's sign from a car in traffic on Colfax Avenue. Ample size parking lot in good condition. Entrance and store has handicap accessible. Walk-in and browse or create a shopping list online and your items will be ready to pick up when you get there. Courteous, knowledgeable and efficient staff.
