Went here the other night for what I thought would be an easy light bulb change. It was dark and cold and I like an idiot bought the wrong bulb. I struggled getting the bulb in obviously because it was he wrong one. I lost one of my rings in the light assembly. I asked one of the employees who came outside for help. She kindly agreed to help then I noticed it was the wrong bulb. I went back in and both ladies behind the counter were amazing and went above and beyond by being kind and understanding. I was able to get the right bulb and change it out. The best part was my $90 ring was fished out by one of the women who worked here, THANK YOU SO MUCH! You do not know how much all of your kindness meant the other night. I will make it a point to go to this store for my auto part needs.

I want to start by saying that Faine the manager in this store is amazing, he has excellent customer service, skills, excellent knowledge of store and products, excellent work ethic and is always willing to help no matter how busy he is, he is willing to explain and help you find what you need. His level of professionalism exceeded my expectations about this store and will continue to be my go to auto parts as long as they continue to keep this excellent human being and train more people to offer the same level of service that Mr. Faine offers to each person that walks thru that door!

the Lady at the store was really cool....try to find my aluma seal -but never saw any... parts are WAY.Too much money now./i spend 108.00.on two wiper blades and a couple cans of carb. cleaner.... !!great visit thus time tho.!

You guys need to get some men working up in this location or someone who actually knows what they're doing.. it's a whole group of females working at this store, already given me the wrong parts three times and every time I called they put me on hold for more than 5 minutes and when I go into the store they're not busy at all.... Went in to test out this theory pretended like I was buying something, someone called and even though the girl at the counter wasn't helping anybody she still put the customer on hold for at least 3 to 4 minutes... Only advance Auto parts I've had inconveniences with and only advance Auto parts with all female group....

The general manager Faine is by far one of the kindest and most helpful individuals I ve met in an auto parts store! Faine recommended the best kind of headlight cleaner and not only that he took the time to help do it for me to show me how the product worked. Great customer service, he certainly makes this location much better!

Faine L. was amazing to work with I messed up something terribly and he went above and beyond to make sure I had the equipment needed to fix my issue. My whole family has shopped this location for years but I will make it a point to go out of my way to only come to this location from now on!!

Great store to go to staff is very professional and helpful. Faine the manager is really awesome and knowledgeable. He will do everything possible to help anyway he can and make sure you re taken care of the right way. He works his magic to find what you need. You leave feeling very happy and confident with the service provided.

Management can only do sp much.. i went in on the 1st of sept 23, i needed a water pump, but eanted a oem or as close as possible. They did have it in store and i was going to try a different supplier when the manager stated they could get it in a hr AND deliver it right after.. its been 4 hrs now, ive called 2 x and was told 1st time it was in route. 2nd time 2 ppl on the same call said it was going to be delivered in 30 min or so... i understand keepong the sale and trying to maintain customers, but if you cant deliver when you said, it makes it hard to try this again. As a superintendent of a construction company i understand the struggle with the labor market.. we get what we get..

I made the mistake of ordering the wrong part off of the internet, Faine L the manager on duty made it right even his crew working tonight Blandian, Alex,Alejandra,Liz,Litzy and robby.They are amazing people very knowledgeable i will be going back to see them again!!!! the best advance in my area too

Faine was a very big help to me and my mom the whipper blade was broken and it s snowing very badly and as we were leaving he came out out of his way to help us fix our blade so we could be able to drive safely in this weather 1000/10 would recommend coming to this auto zone very friendly workers

Purchased an online order from this location. Needless to say it was incorrect and I needed to do an exchange on my wiper blades. One of the blades was the wrong size. Instead of doing an even exchange since it was priced the same the employee working said she didn t know how to do and exchange on an online order that I would have to return it and re order it online because it messes up there inventory. Correct me if I m wrong but it came from your inventory when I purchased it from your location. All that works here is incompetent females who bring there kids to work to sell candy to customers to make them feel even more uncomfortable then they already are. Not professional. They have zero knowledge about vehicles. Not sure why Advance hires bodies but this is the second Advance location that hasn t provided me with proper customer service. Don t shop here I ll say it again go to O Riley s.

I ordered a park online cuz I need it tonight and it says they don't close till 9:00 but I get here at 8:40 and they have the doors locked so the part that I pay for cuz I need it to night tht is pay for I can't get cuz they beside tht they are not closing when they are supposed to close at 9pm cuz they want to start locking up now so they can go home by 9pm not lock up at 9pm like store hours are cleared post on door really bullshit

I recently purchased a car battery from this shop. Extremely quick to have my order ready for pick up and the man at the counter was so friendly and enthusiastic to help me install it. Plus he helped clean off the corrosion!

I bout a flow master exhaust that cost over 100$.. only to get home and find out. Someone must of bout this before and exchange it with a cheaper 1.. well they exchanged it for me just kinda weired and the person exchangeing it for me was not surprised. And put in the computer that that part was wrong size. Witch I did not care as long as I got what I payed for.. makes me think this guy is the 1 who did this in the frist place.. well lesson learned pay attention to what u buy and double check.. can't trust no one these days..

Faine L was SO helpful!! Thank you for helping me fix and install my windshield wiper. He took the time to replace the rubber piece in the store so I could do my long drive the next day. This was my 3rd attempt at finding the right windshield wiper for my subaru. Best customer service around!

I drive out of my way knowing that I will get help in this store. It is always a special treat when Feine is in. Not only does he make my stressful car troubles seem lighter, I feel taken care of. Antonio was helps as well. A great place to get parts. Thank you

I ve been to this Advance Auto Parts a couple of times and have always felt welcomed. They ve had the parts and tools I needed, and their loan-a-tool program is great. Their employees are helpful, and Dave/David was fun to talk with and easily located a serpentine belt I d inquired about.

I went to exchange a defective MOOG inner tie rod for my Tacoma without a receipt. They were able to find me no problem and get me the part, no charge.

This place is like all others, seems to be going down hill. I liked it better when it was Car Quest auto parts. Super short staffed, constantly closing early and parts that should be on the shelf are only at the warehouse.

Beware of the heavy set white boy. He will make you think he knows what he's talking about. But clearly he doesn't. Sold me the wrong parts. I was excited because the price was really great only to get home and find out that the parts wouldn't even fit on my car.I had to go back to exchange them for the correct parts and there was a reason I was excited about the price, because I just had to drain my account in order to buy the right parts. He was trying to upsell me at the counter and I told him I had a budget. Not to mention the manager of the store is extremely rude, barely even gave me the time of day and almost didn't even want to give me the 10% discount in order to afford the parts that I needed. If you absolutely have to deal with this guy, make sure you specify the year of your vehicle 50 times.
