I would first like to start off by saying that I have been to so many different Auto Repair Shops along the years. AC Transmission has restored my hope in this industry. From the Very first call, Chris was so delightful to deal with. He promised me that they would check out my vehicle thoroughly, and call me along the way before doing Anything! When I dropped off my vehicle just 2 days ago, what Chris told me would happen, actually happened. I can not begin to say how kind, courteous, and professional the entire staff was. I thought I might have a transmission issue, in which absolutely scared me, but in all actuality it was something much less minor. I was so thrilled with their Honesty! My Audi is running beautifully now! Much gratitude to Chris, and his entire Team!

I do my research on shops before I take my car in for service. I called and spoke to Mike he was amazing, very kind and knowledgeable. I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening. Mike called me the next day about 11:00am with what the repairs will be required. He said they may have to keep my car until Monday. I went into panic mood. My second job is driving for Amazon Flex, so I need my car. Mike was able to get my car fix by Friday afternoon. They did double and triple checks to make sure my car was running great. I highly recommend this shop with 10 stars!!!!!!! and above. I will go back to them for more car repairs, as well as tell everyone I know.

5 stars for the guys at AC Transmission! Who were referred to me by another auto shop I had called. I went in for an output speed shaft sensor code. There were multiple issues with my transmission, all of which were diagnosed and remedied properly. I was never surprised by the price I was kept apprised of the cost and kept updated on the timeline by the Service Manager Mike. I even met the Forman Chris who was another really nice guy who just wants the best for his customers. Now it was not cheap to fix, but good work is never cheap $5900 included tax and in the end 6 days later I now have a solid well built transmission that I know was done the right way. You can keep your shade tree mechanics to possibly save a buck now for headache 6 months later, that s what I can t afford to have happen. I use my truck all day 6 days a week for my job. They got me back on the road and I have a 24,000 mile warranty. My truck runs strong and smooth again all thanks to Mike, Chris and the rest of the AC Transmission team.

I brought my 2000 toyota 4runner in to this shop based off of good reviews I've seen other customers posting and I can tell you that I couldnt be happier with how well these outstanding people have taken care of me. I initially thought my issue was for a transmission rebuild, but they determined with their free diagnosis that it turned out to be my rear driveshaft U-joints that needed replacing instead which saved me so much money compared to what I would've had to pay. They make sure to take care of you and not charge you anything that isn't needed and the work these guys provide is quality work indeed. I am very happy with my repair and will definitely recommend to everyone to check these guys out and let them take care of you as they have for me.

AC Transmission nailed it! I was doing a transmission flush on my truck and broke off a bolt on the transmission pan. I begrudgingly began the search for a shop and decided to give these guys a shot. The guys were very nice and personable, they made it clear that they would do what they could to extract the bolt but made no promises that they wouldn't have to recase the transmission. I told them I understood, and I greatly appreciated their honesty and communication. After their initial assessment they sent me a link via text to proceed with the work which was very easy for me to sign and send back right on my phone. After the first day they called me to let me know they anticipated the job finishing the next day which again was great communication on their part. The next day they called and let me know they were able to extract the bolt and the price was very reasonable. I was very happy with the work done and they fixed the problem.I previously worked for an auto parts warehouse and have seen the shady operations at some shops I delivered to. That being said I am always a bit skeptical of shops and tend to do all my own car maintenance. It's nice to know that AC transmission is a well run business that knows how fix cars properly AND cares about the customer experience. Thank you guys, I'll be back in the future and will recommend you to friends and family.

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews, but in this case AC Transmission is unlike any other auto shop I ve ever been too. They got my truck in right away when I was in a bind, fixed it better than factory, at a cost that I didn t think was possible. I ve never experienced such professionals in this industry before. You can tell when you walk in their shop they pay attention to the details. I will be back time and time again to AC Transmission. Locally owned and operated transmission repair perfection! This place was amazing! They treat you like family and take care of the customer on a level never seen before. We almost feel guilty because they took such good care of us. Honestly this shop sets the standard of what the best automotive repair shop should be! The highest quality of customer service with great value and detailed work! Let s just say that having your transmission stop functioning while driving to pick up your kids from school on a Friday after a long week of work, getting stranded and having to leave the vehicle in a parking lot and find a ride home can be a humbling experience to say the least. AC Transmission took my phone call on a Saturday morning when they were closed. Not only did they coordinate the towing for me, they made sure to personally receive the vehicle at there shop late into the evening that Saturday, made sure it was safely secured behind locked gates, and because of communication challenges and delays with the towing service, they covered the expense in full. Their exceptional service did not stop there. By mid Monday morning they had a full diagnosis and estimate for repairs prepared, and came in thousands less than their competitors initial estimates. In less than 4 days my transmission was completely rebuilt and my truck was back on the road. When picking up my vehicle they were thorough in explaining all the work performed, let me visit with the mechanic and see all of the parts and pieces that were causing the problem and explained the care they took with every aspect of my repair. And again, the exceptional service did not stop there. Like any service provider, there is always a possibility for challenges. In this case it was with my existing drive shaft and it s current rusty condition rejecting the new seal that AC Transmission had installed. After calling them to inform that I had a small leak, they got me in same day and replaced the seal and had me back on the road in less than 30min at no addition cost. Unfortunately the drive shaft was still causing issue, I contacted them again and they were able to get me back in immediately, during Christmas break, provided me with another seal replacement and reconditioned my existing drive shaft to ensure the problem would be fixed at last, and again at no additional cost. Yes this was an inconvenience from beginning to end. Although AC Transmission handled everything with the highest level of professionalism, communication, fairness on cost, and stood by their warranty, and I can t thank them enough for taking my calls and performing work after hours and on a holiday. It s clear to me that they take pride in their work, have respect for the challenge and displacement that these repairs put on their clients, and are committed to making it the best experience possible for their clients. I recommend AC Transmission for anyone s needed vehicle repairs. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Steve and Mike and the rest of the team from the bottom of my heart!

I was unsure whether or not to repair my Toyota Camry...or replace it. It was a difficult decision.But the team at A C Transmission talked me through the process, and I made the choice to repair my car.I couldn't be more pleased...the car feels years younger, runs great! They also addressed a few other issues, unrelated to the transmission, and I appreciate that as well!Also, their garage looks as clean as an operating room!Thanks so much!

AC Transmission definitely is a great place to bring your vehicle, they re soo communicative, patient, very friendly, and all around great to work with I had trouble trying to get a few parts that being a control module and a clutch kit. Will definitely say their prices are fair and with my parts it s definitely expensive, that being their price was the same price as a shop I went to prior. The great thing is that AC Transmission has a payment plan which works great for people that are like me on a budget!! Highly recommend them for sure, not only that if I m ever in Colorado and having car troubles I ll definitely be going back

Great standup company. I had my transmission rebuilt, one month after the warranty was expired I had a transmission failure. AC transmission towed to their shop. Replaced the part that failed all at no charge to me. The part that failed was from another company.

RUN!! They seem friendly and honest- and I fell for that at first. The great communication, great customer service...They told me that "I had so little transmission fluid the dipstick was dry" and quoted me hundreds of dollars for work. I decided to get a second opinion- and called my trusted autobody shop, who sent me to Advanced Transmission Center. The first thing they asked was "Did you go to a shop on Federal"Yeah I had a terrible experience there and thankfully did not waste my money.

There is absolutely a reason that AC Transmission in Denver has so many great reviews! I brought one of my company's moving trucks, and my own person truck in to be looked at. My truck wasn't worth the price to fix it, but we did have them do the transmission on our 16' box truck. I mainly worked with Chris, he was awesome! He was polite, knowledgeable, professional, caring, and very communicative.Along with transmission being out, they found issues with a new radiator that another shop put in less than two months ago. They put in another new radiator along with the transmission. We are happy that they found the issue with radiator, because that could've caused more problems with the new transmission in the future.The final price ended up being very fair, and they finished everything by the end of the day Thursday after we had only just dropped the truck off on Monday. When I originally called to set up a time to bring the truck in, they did their best to squeeze it in as soon as possible. They did this even though their schedule was already pretty full.I can tell that AC Transmission truly cares about the work that they do, they offer a great warranty on their work! They certainly care about their customers as well. There truly is a reason that multiple other mechanics recommend people to them!Service: Transmission

Brought my truck into AC Transmission after every Ford dealership in town told me appointments were being booked 3 months out. I wish I had known about AC transmissions sooner I called them after a recommendation from a family member, and was able to schedule a diagnosis that same week. Experience with AC was even better than I expected. They had my vehicle for a day and were able to confirm that everything was running to spec; the chunkiness I was getting was just the typical 10-speed blips from Ford. AC Transmission could have recommended a pricy fix, and I probably would have paid it, but they did the right thing and recommended what was best for me which was not to mess with it. I was blown away and wasn t even charged for the diagnosis. Couldn t recommend them more. Thanks guys!

My family and I were traveling from Kansas to Steamboat on to Phoenix and our transmission began acting up. We brought our car to AC Transmission and they were so sympathetic to our travel delays. They got us right in and checked everything for us. We continued on our trip in a rental car and during our trip they stayed in touch with us. Mike and his team were extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable continuing on our trip. Thank you!

This was one of the best experiences I've had with a Transmission/Auto repair shop. Very personable and honest. Not only did they save me 800.00. They had the job completed the day after I called for a quote. I would HIGHLY recommend using AC Transmition & General Auto.

Recently had transmission on 94 Trans Am rebuilt here... The place was great, employees friendly and I was informed every step of the way of anything being done. The car was ready in a couple days - amazingly fast. One of the parts removed was damaged by an employee and the shop replaced it at no charge - it's not every day you find a good, honest mechanic. I was definitely pleased with their work and the speed they got me in and out again.Service: Transmission

My old Jeep broke down on me and I was in a pinch. I called Dave minutes after it happened and they were able to schedule me the next morning in the heart of busy season for the industry. I had my vehicle towed there and was met with exceptional service. Within two hours they had a quote prepared. Unfortunately due to the age of my vehicle it was not worth it to have the repairs made so I declined. Dave was very understanding of my situation and didn t treat me any differently even though I declined the repairs. The facility is clean, well organized and one of the most professional repair facilities I ve ever encountered. 10/10 would recommend doing business with these guys.Service: Transmission

Let me just start off by saying AMAZING!!! These guys went over and above what was required of them to help me out.This is my story. I had an engine put in by Colorado Engine and about 4 months later I had to replace the transmission. AC Transmission did an awesome job on it. I was having some engine noise so I took back to Colorado Engine. They said it was a pulley and belt. I took it home and started making noise again so I took it back and they said it was the transmission this time. I took it to AC Transmission and they troubleshoot it and said it was the engine. Colorado engine was 100 percent positive it was the transmission.They told me they would have to drop the transmission to confirm before they would work on engine. I told them that would void my warranty with AC Transmission. I was very frustrated with Colorado Engine and called AC Transmission and told them the story. This is the moment my Christmas miracle happened. Derek at AC transmission said they would pull the transmission and have a representative from Colorado Engine there to prove it was not the transmission. In order to get my truck fixed by Colorado Engine and not void my transmission warranty. I was blown away when he told me this. Nobody and I mean nobody, does something like this. This is not even his responsibility to help me out like this. Just so you have a better understand of this situation. He is dropping the transmission and putting it back at no charge just to prove what he already knows. That is beyond customer service.AC Transmission proved to Colorado Engine it was not the transmission and it is now at Colorado Engine getting fixed.My personal opinion Colorado Engine should man up and pay them for their work. That is the end of my transmission story and on to my next story about my engine.Thank you AC Transmission family.

2005 Chevy express 2500. So as it went my transmission was toast at 153,000. Absolutely the best transmission shop around. They keep to there word when they give you an estimate. It was worst then I thought and worse then the shop thought and they honored what they quoted me (worst case) cost. Needed all new everything including new bell housing cause mine was cracked. These guys go the extra mile to find the parts you need to fix it right and not just put it back together all busted up and broken. Keeping to there word of cost left me with a $1,200 discount of new parts. Fully upgraded better then new. There were a few shops that was cheaper but that's exactly what your going to get cheap work. Not with this shop van is back on the road with twice the power. 2 year/24,000 mile warranty. Driving home with out a hiccup. Smooth shifts tow haul working like it should. I appreciate coming across this shop and for everyone that was involved in fixing my van absolutely amazing no wonder they have been in business for 60+ years.keep up the hard work. This place is legit! The communication back and forth during the process of getting our transmission fixed on our 1986 Toyota Sunrader was remarkable. So pleasant to work with and had the ATRA 2-year nationwide warranty, which is another way of them showing they are doing honest, darn good work! Highly recommend these folks, especially with an older vehicle that newbie mechanics aren t familiar with.Service: Transmission

Superb business ethic and workmanship. They were very honest and the prices are very fair. The diagnostics were complimentary and they were very timely with the work done. Many people on my block use them and all have great words for AC Transmission. They've landed a customer for life here!Wow! After writing this review I read one that was written a few weeks prior to mine . It is funny because it's the same year and make and not only that the same result as Vincent!
