Johnathon and others were nothing but professional, communicative, and courteous the whole way, and worked with myself and insurance to get the best outcome for my vehicle. When work was finished, my vehicle was returned to me immaculately - Johnathon and his team took the time to clean it, and buff the tires, something that I was definitely not expecting but made a big difference in my mind.I highly recommend A & W Auto Body, you will receive nothing but honest, quality work witha communicative and trustworthy staff! Thanks, all!

A&W got my daughter s Mazda in quickly after she was hit by a drunk driver. They worked with us from out of state(we don t live in Denver) and kept us informed on the progress of the car. They were approved and recommended by my insurer which made things go much smoother. The repair looks good and we re happy to have our car back. Thanks A&W!

I went to A&W because it s the company that my insurance company uses, and it was a great choice. They were resourceful in finding the new door that my car needed and even though it took some time, Johnathan was communicative through the process and handled all the details. Just had to be patient, as parts do take some time to arrive. The service was great and they even cleaned and vacuumed my car!

They were so wonderful and kept me updated every step of the way. Even when I needed to extend my rental because my car had more repair than initially anticipated, they called enterprise and took care of it for me. Highly recommend A&W!

Amazing experience!! The guys who run this biz are top notch. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance Co, communicated with me thru the entire process. They followed thru and kept to their word. The actual work??? AMAZING! When finished, we picked up our car that was immaculate! They cleaned it better than any car wash ever! I cannot recommend this repair biz enough. Do not ever hesitate! They are a 10/10 for me!!!

From the start to finish this shop was amazing. Jonathan was amazing and explained the entire process to me. I had a really bad hail storm hit my brand new truck. They took care of everything! Helped me get my rental, talk with my insurance to make sure everything was covered and even had my truck detailed when I picked it up. It looked brand new again! I recommend this shop.

A&W Auto Body was wonderful. They repaired my truck with minor damage from a fender bender. Alan was always on time and always communicated with me. I love that they send text messages and answer their phone (not my experience with other shops). My truck repair is flawless and the experience was painless. Thanks A&W!

I highly recommend A&W. My car looks great and they finished it on time. Their employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and their responses prompt. They even detailed the interior, which was a nice surprise. I would use them again.

The car was in for refinishing some scratches on the bumper. The completed work looked better than new. Unfortunately, we expected it to be finished in 3-4 days, but it took 8. In fairness, one of the days was a holiday Monday. We were satisfied with our experience.

A & W has now done work on two of my cars. Both experiences resulted in excellent quality of work. The total timelines were a little longer than initially estimated but I planned for alternate transportation that covered me. The text and call updates on progress helped me adjust as well. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Told me 8 or 9 days took 4 plus weeks said they had the hood. In that's why dropped off the truck. It didn't have the hood. I had to find the hood for them. And once they found the hood , it was done in a few days left the inside completely dusty from all the debris because they had windows all downIn the Body place not satisfied at all. Scratches on my windshield, 2 chips on my shell. They didn't repair. Never going back. This used to be a good shop, never coming back.

Excellent service. Completed the work on a timely manner. Came in at the predicted price which was lower than some other estimates. Returned the car all cleaned up which was a special treat!

If you need a trustworthy autobody company look no more. They were 5 star from beginning to end. . A little bit of a wait but worth it. Jonathan was so helpful through the whole process. A & W gave me an estimate with upfront pricing so I knew what to expect when it was time to pay. The body work and Paint job was professionally done. They matched the paint color perfectly.

Great body shop. The friendly staff makes all the difference. The painter is REALLY good and the guys that do the body work are masterful. Can't say enough good things about this place, if you need a good, honest body shop go here.

I had high hopes for this shop since I had a great referral. The initial consultation was great and the communication was thorough. However, they estimated 5-6 business days for completion. I didn t have a car during this time and was relying on this timeline. After 4 business days, I reached out to the shop asking for an update with their response that it would take another two business days. I hadn t received any updates up to this point. The following week I asked them if my car would be ready and they said it was going to be another two business days with no update once again. They then told me they would call me the following day by EOD and I never received any follow up. By the day they told me it was going to be ready, I called them that morning and they said their vendor wasn t coming in so it would be another day. I am without a car for 13 days - 9 business days. The excuse was low staffing and no accountability for keeping customers informed. If you don t have the staffing, be honest about timelines and maybe stop taking as much business during that time. All I was asking for was communication and I didn t receive it.Service: Painting

I had a great experience from my first contact. They had walk in estimates which was really great for my schedule. I popped in that day and it took maybe 10 minutes to get the estimate. They were booked out a month which I wasn't upset about realizing everything seems to be booked out right now. I was told they would have my car for three days at the time of the estimate. They had it for exactly that amount of time and the cost was exactly what the estimate quote was. Most importantly, the work was great. I am very pleased to have my car back looking great.

I had a very positive experience working with Jonathan @ Aa&W Auto Body .My car was side swiped in parking lot . I wasn t sure how to get started . He walked me through the insurance process and setting up car rental . Kept me informed . Workers did great job with the repairs . Recommend highly !!!

My car was stolen in January. It was recovered 2 weeks later and it looked terrible. It was depressing. Geico sent me several auto repair shop names/numbers and I called a few who were booked solid until I got to A & W. I ve heard of the current long waits due to pandemic-related back ups from friends and the news. I was so worried because I had a limit on my rental and we only just found the car after 2 weeks of rental use. These guys were so great. They re always calm (when I am not at all) & I only had to pay for a couple days of my rental car because they provided a loaner for as long as they took (once it was available). I picked up my car today and it looked new. I m so grateful! They applied my new plates in less than 2 minutes and I was never there for long. Every time I called someone answered during business hours. Great experience.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim
