Danny and his crew have helped me with my car twice. He was extremely friendly, communicative, and helpful. I didn t feel like I was being lied to as one usually does at an auto shop. Danny and his team are honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend bringing your car here!!

The nicest people! So caring. So reasonable. They always show me and not just say I ve never trusted a mechanic this much in my life. I hope i don t need to come back but if i do, i know where im going: 303 Auto Care. It s a family business and i love supporting locals and hard working genuine entrepreneurs.

In my experience, navigating auto repairs can be a daunting and expensive experience that feels likes your are expiring a dark cave . More time then not I think car owners have a bad taste in their mouth after dealing with mechanics. Working Danny at 303 auto care was a wonderful experience that was not only thorough but educational. he came in about 200-400 under the other quotes I received.I had to get all four rotors and breaks changed and check some lines for leakage.Danny was the most affordable. The ford dealership wanted 400 extra for same work.Danny even pointed out one of my lugs had a crack in it and he took it upon himself replace them.Furthermore, two months after the job was done I noticed I still heard some squeaking from the brakes. I gave them a call and then he let me know to come in and they would be changed out on the spot. I don't think you can get better customer service from an auto mechanic than that. Thank you Danny. While I hope I don't have the need, but if I do in the future l'm definitely bringing my truck to you again..Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes

I will never take my cars anywhere else. It's been my experience that females get taken advantage of in the mechanic industry. I have never felt that with Danny, Stephanie, and staff. Everything was explained clearly and in detail, and the pricing is very fair. Not being taken advantage of or for granted is extremely important to me, especially when I am not the expert. Each time I visit 303 Auto Care I am treated with respect, and they take time to explain every process. I refer them to everyone I know. Five stars for sure!

Absolutely incredible service. Danny was very transparent with what I needed to have done on my truck. Gave me a better price than other shops in the area. Highly recommend this business to anyone that needs their vehicle worked on!

Do not recommend. $157 for a oil change and tire rotation which was not clear beforehand, or I would have gone somewhere else.This probably would not have given me a reason to review but in addition to this the owner was dishonest about being charged a fee for debit card transactions. We were charged an extra 3% on top of our bill for a credit card fee even though we used debit. They claimed debit card companies charge them the same amount for use which is verifiably false and we did not appreciate the dishonesty.

Good people. Great service. I was purchasing a truck and called up 303 last minute. They squeezed me in for an inspection and did a great job looking over the truck. They found a few items that I could not see myself. Saved me some cash. Definitely recommend if you are looking for honesty.

This shop is a rip-off. On June 30th, 2023, I took my truck in to have them look at it. My stick shift had come loose. The guy running the shop charged me a $150.00 diagnostic fee up front. It took them a maximum of � hour to diagnose and fix it. There was a bolt missing a nut on the stick shift assembly. That was it. I was charged $150.00 for � hour of labor and 1 nut. Does that sound fair to you? It doesn t to me. Even though I live very close to this shop, I will never use them again.

used 303 auto care to replace my radiator the work was done well and on time however.I spoke to danny and inquired about the price breakdown because they charged me an extra hour of labor to remove a single hose. if your already replacing a Radiator and removing it from the hose why would u charge me an extra hour of labor to remove the other side of the same hose?Danny immediately became confrontational and angry he wouldn't let me finish talking if you dont want people questioning the price breakdown DON'T give one. good work but horrible horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to 303 autocare and I'll never give DANNY my hard earned money again.

These guys helped fix my moms truck. They were honest and very professional. They got the job done fast and got my mom back on the road in no time. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Would absolutely recommend

GO SEE THEM! they are friendly, honest, and up-front with pricing. they do great work, and never try to sell you on things just to make more money if you don t need it done, like so many other shops do. support a really incredible and trustworthy local business!

I think this will be my new "place" for everything cars as long as I live in Denver. They squeezed in an oil change during a day that seemed busy. Bonner worked with me. He was incredibly friendly and funny, could explain *why* the work that was suggested was probably the best option, didn't do the whole upselling salesman schtick, and the oil change was very affordable with full synthetic.The part that impressed me the most was that while I was waiting, the owner made a call to another client with an estimate (so sorry to unintentionally eavesdrop). He very clearly broke down all the parts needed, the costs of each item, how soon they would arrive, the specific number of labor hours needed, and assured there was 0 pressure to make any decisions right then. And then on another call I heard him honor the price of a quote he gave to a person some time in the past because he knew it would be helpful. I don't think corporations prefer to do this. He obviously listens to the customer's needs and wants to help improve their lives instead of add stress to them.So yes, I plan to go to them for everything from now on. Also, they have both an English and Spanish phone number to call, which I think is absolutely amazing.

I never pictured myself enthusiastically promoting an auto shop but here we are. After reading their positive reviews, I came to 303 with a literal list of issues. Can confirm these guys are as good as they sound. Danny's experience in the industry is unrivaled and it's clear he knows what he's talking about. Bonner does an excellent job explaining what they did, what they found and what it means. This is an honest shop and they aren't going to upsell you on anything you don't need. Even better, they were so patient answering all my questions, which in my case is a LOT. The whole process was just so easy and I'm leaving with confidence knowing they did an excellent job. Will absolutely be going back for anything and everything car related.

This is an amazing family owned and operated auto shop!I called in tears from the side of the highway when my car started making strange noises and the owner spoke kindly to me. The kindness continued when I got to the shop, he and his team helped me out. (which sort of included his sweet kids who were sweeping the shop and helping around and being SO cute)He checked out my car, gave me a fair estimate that was easy to understand. There were even two price option if I was in a pinch.Going to an auto shop is scary sometimes, especially when you are worried about the quality and cost and whether or not you are being tricked. But the staff here are incredibly kind and knowledgeable and honest!I will be recommending this place to all of my friends in the area. :)Also my issue happened on the way out of town, moving to a new city 6 hours away, and they stayed open two hours late to help me! They really care about their customers and doing a good job!! They are just amazing people! Truly I was blown away!!You guys were so so amazing!! Thank you & if I have more car troubles now I know where to go!!Thankyou!!!

Popped into 303 Auto Care on Saturday morning when a tedious fix was required on my truck. I was very pleased with the service, professionalism, and conversation. They were able to resolve, what turned out to be a larger fix, within a few hours, and that included diagnosis, sourcing parts, and install. I m glad I found a reliable shop so close to home. Daniel was very helpful and friendly and helped me out in a pinch without an appointment and charged a fair price for the work of removing a stripped out drain plug saving me lots of time and headache. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you 10/10

I m always a little wary when I first go to a mechanic the first time, but it was easy to see Danny and his wife were people of integrity. I got a call right away-he told me what the problem was and told me since he found it right away they decided not to charge me. He took the time to explain what was happening and gave some good advice. I ve definitely found my mechanic!

Danny and his wife will take care of you and treat you fairly. It s always hard to find an auto place you can trust, and Danny is that guy. I ve taken my f150 and 4Runner there and received great service. Sounds counter intuitive but he tries to make sure that you don t need to come back by doing the work right. He s also extremely flexible with his scheduling. He ll be my mechanic for the next foreseeable future.

Took my car in to get both front wheel bearings replaced as the car was making horrible loud noises. Danny got it in right away and ordered the parts. Unfortunately the parts supplier sent the incorrect part which delayed the repair 2 days but Danny was upfront about everything and went above and beyond to make up for it. Honest mechanic at a reasonable price Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service! I didn t know what to expect walking in to a new mechanic, but Danny and his wife made me feel comfortable and took care of me. Danny gave a very detailed inspection of a car I was about to buy, and made me feel like I could trust mechanics again! Had my brakes give out dropping someone off at DIA. I live on the westslope and they were so nice and squeezed me in after hours and were super open about my problem and telling me what had gone wrong. Can't emphasize enough how helpful they were

If I could leave higher than a five-star review I would. You know that friendly neighborhood, mom and pop store that you could always trust, that you don't think exists anymore. Well, this place is it.I was having some car problems and was able to basically roll my car in with little notice, they were able to tell me what was wrong with my car and squeeze me in, got my car fixed before the end of the day. And not only that, they informed me of another issue that needed to be addressed in the future and gave me all the tools I needed to make the proper decisions.These guys are great and if you are in the neighborhood I highly recommend taking your car here in the future.

Honest businesses do exist in Denver! Danny took my car for a test drive. He explained exactly what was happening and that my brakes were in great shape. He charged nothing and I will go to him for any concerns with my vehicle from now on! Pure class and family owned and operated.
