I will never order from the wholesale department again. They are late on delivery, their people have no idea what is going on, and their outside sales rep is extremely unprofessional. I would expect better service from someone with whom I share mutual customers and interests. Never again.

I am a owner operator and I was in this shop looking for a air charger cooler and Nick came out to help me, he unloaded the old one and took the time to listen and care about what I needed he double checked the item and found out it wasn't right so he made sure to order me the right part. I have been to many heavy duty part shops and never found anyone like Nick. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!

I have been using these guys for a few years now. I manage a fleet of over 60 industrial vehicles, on and off road equipment and all my purchases have been with 1-800. They have never let me down. They have almost always had everything in stock and deliver within a few hours. I have never had a radiator fail, they are well built and looks to be made of quality materials. My sales guy Charles is always quick to respond and makes sure my follow up on my orders. What else can you ask for?

These guys have saved me and my money many of times. I use them to repair my fleets radiators, inner coolers, heater cores amd AC evaporator coils. Before you scrap it or throw it away for a new one give them a chance.

I own a repair shop and worked with 1800 for years, not any more. Their parts dont fit, I returned a part that would not fit August 29th and still have not received a refund for it. I have called about 20 times, always get a different person, get told something different every time, and get the run around. I get told the check is in the mail, then the person that cuts the checks is on vacation, then he is back, then his flight was delayed and he is not back, then he is not even the person that does that etc etc. Dont do business with this company, they have internal issues that need to be fixed. I am out $505 for the part and $280 in overdraft fees because this refund has not come back yet when I have been told 3 times it was in the mail.

They Advertise direct-fit bolt-on, on there catalytic converters, but they are lying fake advertise or the do not honor their advertisement.
