Shannon did amazing contacting us on the progress of our vehicle and talking to the insurance for us. Our truck took longer due to parts being back ordered but they got it done before they said it would be completed. We have used Kaizen severely times and never been disappointed

Got a fender bender repaired. It took a couple of days longer because of some suspension damage that was found. They took very good care of me and gave me updates whenever I called which when you are waiting to get your car back were probably annoying. I was in fender bender I came to shop and there was a new lady (said she started a couple days before) she asked my name and what insurance company and said one of the estimaters would help me. She asked another lady that was at a desk on her cell phone if she could help me but the lady just stared at her phone and didn't even acknowledge the request. The new lady told me cheerfully she was gonna go get the other estimater from the shop but then the other lady snapped she'd take care of it. I stood there awkwardly for about 5 minutes waiting for her while she sat on her phone and the new lady tried to make conversation with me clearly trying to make up for her co-workers attitude. Finally the lady stood up and as we walked to my car she kept complaining about how they can't get any parts cuz the bills aren't getting paid and how there are cars that have been at the shop for months waiting for parts. That was pretty much all she talked about the whole time.. how the. High ups won't pay the companies they get Their parts something about how the company was buying up too many body shops and howthey have used up all their credit. Once we went back inside we quickly skimmed over my estimate during which she said she was just learning to do estimates. She said I could schedule the appointment in March that they were booked up. She told me she was going to go overthe estimate with her boss to make. Sure she. Did it right. She told. Me she'd call me to schedule. She still hasn't called it's been aboutlittover a week now. Probably cannot get parts for my car. Kind of weird nor getting parts cuz bills aren't paid . Not the first time I've had that lady be rude either, maybe should replace her and pay bills?? Definitely gonna try another place.
