Fast, friendly, and most importantly honest service. I called ahead to replace a flat tire, which they had delivered for me. When I arrived, they told me that my tire was in good shape and only needed a patch. They charged me less than 20% of what they quoted, and my car is back in action. Thank you very much!

I needed my serpentine belt replaced on my Jeep and the service was very good, as usual. Aaron runs a good shop and I have always had good experiences when taking my cars here.

Excellent customer service!! The wife and I traveled here from Texas. Our vehicle needed an oil change and tire rotation.They got me in the next day. Very professional, fast and fair priced. I would highly recommend this place for all of your automotive needs!

Recently needed help with my son s truck. Called last minute on a Friday.Aaron was very helpful to get me in at short notice as I do not live there. We have needed help at this garage before and also had them come to the rescue. Would definitely recommend them they did a great job. Thank you Cripple Creek Auto.

Stopped in for my tire appointment with concern for my rear brakes. They did need to be replaced and the owner worked me in for the next day as I was on vacation and not local. While I waited the next day, I watched the owner continuously help walk-ins and make appointments. Seems to me that everyone that came in while I was there was better off from their interactions with the shop and staff. I plan vacations into the area yearly and am happy that if I have problems, I will have a good shop to call.Thanks to Aaron and crew for the good serviceServices: Tires, Brakes

We recently drove through Cripple Creek to stay in an Airbnb and broke down just under a mile from the auto shop. This was the only shop close to us, so we took it straight there. The NEW owner, Aaron, was extremely helpful and quick in diagnosing what happened with our car. Unfortunately, we had to leave the car with him overnight. Well, needless to say, that left us stranded and unable to get to our Airbnb. We tried getting an Uber or Lyft and even looked for a taxi, that wasn't an option in Cripple Creek. Aaron, most graciously, went out of his way to take us to our Airbnb and even picked us up the next morning. As for the car repair, they were top notch and finished earlier than expected. The price was very fair and we were able to continue our vacation safely with no delays, thanks to Aaron and his crew. We were truly impressed with Aaron's kindness; that will never be forgotten!

Aaron was so personable and easy to work with! They ordered my new tires within one day, and had them on within an hour of me bringing in my car. Their prices are better than the other competitors, they're a great local business, and I will definitely be coming back here!

New owner, Aaron, took time out this morning to help me out. He was very busy but was willing to take a few minutes to torque my weight distribution hitch bolts for me. I had it all installed but I just don't own a torque wrench that goes up to 250 ft/lbs. Aaron was really busy but he grabbed his big torque wrench and we were done in 5 minutes. I just want to let everyone know that Aaron is taking care of the local people around Cripple Creek. Thanks Aaron!

This place is under new ownership and I am delighted to be the first to say that I am Soooo grateful for Aaron and his generosity!! He's the real deal, a good person who looks out for his community. It's rare to find a mechanic who you can trust. Especially coming in as a single woman-let's face it: there are a lot of folks out there that will pad the bill because they know they can get away with it! But Aaron and his team shot straight, helped me prioritize the work I needed on my car, and helped make it affordable and manageable. I'm grateful to have found a great mechanic right here in Cripple Creek!!I will absolutely be back and look forward to being serviced at Cripple Creek Automotive any time I need work done on my car! Aaron and his crew took my truck in on very short notice. I needed 2 tires swapped out and they didn't hesitate, even though they were really busy. Can't say enough good things about them guys and decent prices. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be back.

I went to CCA for some service and learned it s under new ownership. New owner is very nice and helpful. Not sure how but seems to be the best alignment I remember getting. Balanced my tires and checked my front end & brakes. Totally worth the money and glad I went. It was so fast and the place nice and clean I ll definitely be going back and telling others to also.Thanks Aaron great experience and service!!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I wanted to find someone who can/will service my Polaris Ranger so I dont have to take it to Woodland Park. The Polaris dealer is just way to expensive and not so friendly. This is my second experience with this mechanic and I just don't have enough good things to say about them. You just don't expect to have such an affordable, reliable, and knowledgable mechanic in such a rural area. I don't know how Cripple Creek got so lucky but boy am I thankful!Service: TiresService: Tires

I would highly suggest staying as far away from this place as possible. It's worth it in the long run. He is known for not doing the work that he charges you for, banking on you will not know or check. Bad business practices! Thank you Google reviews for giving me the voice to warn people! Pretty special if you get a 1 from me. EDIT TO MY POST: They are under new management, things may be totally different, I do not know. Maybe give the new owners a chance.

We traveled to Cripple Creek from Colorado Springs on our summer vacation from WI. When we got to Cripple Creek, we discovered our tire was flat. The model of car we have does not have a spare. We called Roadside Assistance and they wanted to tow our car back to Colorado Springs at $.75 a mile. We called Cripple Creek Automotive and within 5 minutes, the gentleman met us in the parking lot where we were stranded with air. He put air in our tire so we could quickly drive to his shop. When we got there, he took our tire off, plugged the puncture, put it back on and only charged us $25. From start to finish, we were fixed up in under an hour. This service was spectacular! Ripped me off for $742. No desire to make it right. Was willing to tow my car and charge me for a tuneup when it needs a new catalytic converter he replaced gaskets and its not making that noise so its fixed doesnt matter it it wont shif out of 2nd November I put new tires on it. Heard he likes to keep people's cars. How does he get away with this

Went to Robert on Thursday afternoon and needed work done on my truck. Come to find out it was going to take possibly 2 days to do. Come to find out they finished it in 1 day. Got to say I was blown away by the courtesy and professionalism. I highly recommend cripple creek automotive to everybody needing work
