Josh & Wyatt were phenomenal!!! I m pretty inexperienced in car buying, having only bought one other car from a dealership, and was not happy with the deal I was left with. Going into meet Josh I was expecting to have to battle for a good deal, and turned out to be the best experience I could had asked for. Both Josh and Wyatt were WAYYY more transparent than I think they needed to be, even getting a scrap piece of paper out to do the math and show me what decisions are best. I drove away in a beautiful WRX on a great deal with the help of Josh and Wyatt! Awesome experience!

The only issue I had with the service was the amount of time it took to get it done. There was a new person training that day, and it took around three hours to get the service done.I do understand the importance of training and learning to do things right, and in order for this training to occur, someone has to wait.Other than that, the experience was good.

The service we received from the staff at Victory Motors was superior. Brent and the Service Department was extremely flexible, reliable, and accommodating. Steve ensured that we were taken care of as they were trying to figure out the problem with the truck.Wyatt, from sales was extremely knowledgable and flexible in helping us get our extended warranty! I went in on Thursday Feb 8, 2024 for an oil change. Afterwards I drove directly to work and didn't leave again until 5:00 pm. I then went to pick up my grandson and let my car idle while waiting. The radio went off and a dashboard light came on. I shut the car off and then restarted it. The radio worked again, but soon it again went off and the dashboard light came back on. I shut the car off again. After my grandson got into the car I restarted it and we headed for home. While driving, the radio went off and the dashboard light came back on. When I arrived home I checked what the light meant and it said there was electrical problems and to contact the dealer immediately. Then my husband came into our garage and asked if I smelled the car and I showed him the owners manual and what the light meant. He popped the hood and the oil had drained into the car below the engine. He then checked the oil and there was none left in it. He called the dealer, and they wanted him to bring the car in but he said there was no oil left in it and he wasn't going to drive it. They send 2 technicians to our house, Craig and another guy, and they put in another oil filter, new oil and took my car and washed it at the car wash. They were there for about 1 1/2 hours, but all seems well now. I hope there was no damage to my engine because of this, but so far my car seems okay. Craig said it might smell for awhile, which it does, but I'm remembering how he said it will smell for a few times of driving it. We were very pleased with the exceptional service from Craig and the other guy because they came to our house, after hours, and made things right with our car. Thank you very much!

Was the best service ever. My truck was done an running better then it has in months. The people were wonderful the help they gave me was beyond anything I ever expected. Had a pleasant experience purchasing a new truck from Victory Motors of Craig. I was able to speak with Eric who is my salesman, in advance of me driving three hours, and we were able to get everything worked out so when I showed up all I had to do a sign paperwork. The general manager, Cody, give me a very fair trade in value on my truck I was pleasantly surprised. Wyatt in the finance department is also a pleasure to deal with. Both Eric and Wyatt wait an hour till after the dealership and closed so that I can get there and sign my paperwork to bring my truck home that night. My purchasing experience met all the expectations that I had. I only wish I didn t live so far away So that I could have service there as well. Justin.

Victory Motors has the best customer service in town. I have always purchased my vehicles from Victory Motors and if I ever have an issue they have personally came to my home and jumped my car (dead battery) and taken it to the shop for diagnosing. Last week this was the case and they installed the new battery and brought my car back to me. Steve Maneotis and staff are truly the best.

After doing business with this family for over 20 year and spending thousands of dollars in there business. The service manager and the owner will not stand behind there work on an alignment they did on my vehicle. Losing a customer over $150+\- is poor business.

We were in town from WA State for my husband to work on a quick repair at the power plant. We were having some issues with our brakes, I called, explained our issues and they worked us asap. We really appreciated the willingness to help us out! So happy they did due to our drive back home was a solid 15 hour drive in snow storms and bad road conditions.We did have an issue with MJ one of the service reps. We called to check on the progress of our truck, he put us on hold right away after answering the phone we didn t even get to say why we were calling, we waited for over an half an hour and he never did answer!! Other then him, everyone else was awesome to deal with.

I let Tony at Victory Motors know that I was in the market for something to commute with since I was tired of the high diesel prices I was paying. Barely a day later Tony and his team (Eric, Wyatt, Chris, Steve, etc) had brought a couple of vehicles TO ME at work to answer questions and test drive. I ended up with a 2021Mazda CX-5 that I am extremely happy with. The entire process from start to finish was fantastic and I highly recommend Victory Motors. Not only are they an incredible dealership, they are also a family business and show a ton of leadership and support for our community.

We will never go anywhere else to buy a car again, they were wonderful. They made the whole experience easy and fast and were above and beyond with customer service. We highly recomend them. Extremely disappointed in the time it took. My appt was at 11 am I scheduled over 2 months ago. Took it in for a checkup. Called at 2 and no updates. They called me at 4 and told me it would be $240 total for a $60 coolant tank+labor. By 520pm I called them and they did not work on it , intended to keep my car till next day and did not intend to notify me of this. I had to get angry on the phone for any results. I have work and children to take to school and this is my only vehicle. They ended up replacing my coolant tank. Got there and my bill was $280. 40$ more than what they quoted me which was already completely ridiculously priced as it is. After they gave me a discount I still paid $255. I've had nothing but problems with this vehicle since I purchased it at victory motors and I paid thousands for a warranty that was pushed on me to purchase as "it covers practically everything" and has covered very very little of the excessive amount of repairs I've had to do

This dealership was very impressive with a service turnaround on a damaged transmission issue!While hunting opening day of 2nd season on Black Mountain the Aisin transmission in my dad s 2022 Ram 3500 lost gears 1-3 and was stuck in high gear. We got it to the dealership, they ran the engine light codes and had the problem diagnosed in a few short minutes from arrival. The service manager worked the truck into their busy schedule and had it repaired in 3 business days. This helped us by keeping us on track to get back to Texas on time and be able to pull my dad s toy hauler back.All in all, the service and customer support exceeded all expectations. Victory Motors of Craig is top of the line!

Warranty work done. I got my truck back with red mud plastered all over it and that s not how I brought it in. I don t appreciate that I now have to scrub Off my wheels and tires of this red clay from wherever it was driven while at dealership for over two weeks. I also found my bumper hanging off my truck.

The first oil change went well. Everyone were very nice and informative. Especially on the nitrogen air in the tires. I have never had to deal with it before.I did expect to see a general check over form on the vehicle as I m learning about all the features. OnStar will send it s online checkup.

Mason and Craig were phenomenal to work with for my new Ram 3500. They went above and beyond and treated me like family. I live out of town and they were able to complete most of the paperwork before I picked up the truck. There were no surprise fees or add ons at closing. I would highly recommend Victory to anyone
