Life savers!! Do to a snowstorm and tire chains knocking out my break line. Nancy, Will and Tony immediately got me in without delays and fixed the problem in couple hours. I was passing through town and on a long duration trip. Every other mechanic in the area was either not available or did not have the parts. They were kind, welcoming and gave me a great deal to include a military discount. I spent some time talking to Nancy and Tony in their office and it was a pleasure chatting with them. They truly care! I wish I can export them back to Boise ID where I live! Very satisfied with their work. My brakes work even better now! Thank you!

Highly recommend this place. I was traveling alone with my kids and my car broke down. My gear cable to the transmission had broken. Nancy tracked down the part and went and picked it up before closing for me. I was driving in terrible snowy road conditions and unable to take my car out of drive. I didn't have service but she continued to call me back until she reached me. She asked if we were okay and just showed human empathy. I When I arrived they quickly got me in the garage. Danny, lowered the car he was currently working on and got my car on the lift to take a look. I explained it was my birthday trip and we were supposed to be skiing. He said he would get it done first thing in the morning. He showed me the problem and the part I needed on a diagram on the computer. Nancy not only texted me before 10am that my car was ready but she also wished me a happy birthday. I had also called Chevy because I drive a Chevy. The girl who answered the phone was rude and annoyed. When I talked to the mechanic he was aloof and could care less that my car broke down and then I was traveling alone with my kids. They did have the part in stock. When Nancy called me back and just her kindness and care made it an easy decision where to take my business. I drove straight to them. In times like today be human, be kind, be empathetic and support LOCAL businesses. Thank you Danny and Nancy for your concern, empathy, urgency and getting us safely on our way, salvaging our trip.

The owner and staff were amazing! Flew out to Colorado with my Dad to drive a truck back to Illinois and had it strand us with a dead battery and a bad alternator on the side of the road.Had it towed over to their shop on a Saturday, when they weren't even open, but luckily they were at the shop anyway. They let me drop it in their lot, let me borrow a few tools, and fix it all up and got us back on the road!All they wanted was a good review! If I ever have to have a vehicle go south on the road again, I hope its within 60 miles of Craig so I can get it towed over to them.Amazing people! Can't thank them enough for all their help.P.s. that truck made it all the way back without a hitch after that! Thanks again!!

So.. if you read some of my reviews I can be a harsh critic. My daughter and I took a year and drove around d the country while she she schooled and I worked remotely. We have seen (mostly ) the best in people, and the same in mechanics... The tech's name is Will. He and diagnosed a problem I was only mildly aware of and saved my daughter from a serious issue. He, Danny, and worked on it, his diagnosis was dead accurate, and they charged less than they needed to. We are just passing through, but if you have the option of using them for anything as opposed to anyone else.. use them. They possess that unfortunately rare combination of traits. They are honorable, competent, and fair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Typical, garage I brought my truck for some work there were several things I wanted to be done I pointed out each issue and stated that I want them fixed instead the mgmt after three days decided they were only going to fix the most expensive task instead of all the issues which were minor mind you. I will not recommend this place.

These guys are awesome. As an out of state guy staying in the mountain, I'm super grateful for their service. Window was stuck half down. They pulled me right in, tore apart my door and freed up my window.

Worst experience possible straight trusting them to put money down told me to be $1,000 to fix a car put a epcu in and charge me $500 in labor for the car to sit in the same condition as I once gave it to him for. I would not give recommendations to this place at all keep your cars away

Shady people working there. I was on a tight schedule and budget and politely needed the best diagnosis with my given quota. Dropped it off as soon as they opened on my day off like they asked. 30 minutes before close i called wondering why i hadn't heard from them. They hadnt even started to look at my car. I head over to pick my car up and they saw me pull up and had my car on the lift looking extremely guilty because they clearly and literally spent 10 minutes looking at my car. Ended up being charged 3/4 of an hour of labor for them to put my car on the lift. Will not be going back. They were nice people but i dont appreciate that they lied on the work order report they gave me about my car, giving a similar but fake diagnosis to what my car problem could have been, but didnt have. Very very shady, and untrustworthy.

My 2015 Super Duty had an Alternator issue while Elk hunting in November of 2019 and camping in the mountains. I drove to Rocky Mountain Auto and when I pulled into the lot the trucks electrical system died. The people working that day dropped everything to help me out and get me back on the road. They dropped us off to get lunch and 4 hours later they had it fixed and picked us up. Happy to say we drove it 1,500 miles back to Wisconsin and it is still going strong. Thank you for the excellent service. Shout out to the tech, dont remember his name but his wife was going to have a baby soon.

They were able to get my truck in and fix it in a jiffy. Not only that, after the work was done, knowing that I didn't have a ride there, they came and picked me up from the motel. Definitely taking my truck back for anything else.

Most honest gentlemen Ive ever had work on my car! Genuinely nice people. 22 year old girl here 5 hours away from home no idea whats wrong with my car! Another shop told me it was a pretty big repair and it wouldnt be safe to drive home. These guys fit me in got me fixed up and even let me see what they were talking about up close! Didnt try to upsell me or bs me into some silly repairs or replacements! Thanks a ton highly recommend them! Ill be visiting this shop for full service check ups everytime we come up!Thanks a ton!

I would not trust them with a lawnmower engine. Their ratings are fixed and completely out of hand, the truth comes out at the end of the day. They over charge and under work. Please spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else. Dont learn the hard way. Skip it.

Amazing service!! Our car broke down on the way back to Oregon. We were stranded with 7 kids on a holiday. Doug, the owner, came in after hours to fix our vehicle on a holiday. A+++ above and beyond service!!

Had a different local company say they could fix my truck, had it over a week and did nothing! Tony and crew got the truck in within 2 days and had her back on the road. Knowledgeable crew and super helpful. Will always go back!

Wanted to like the service but I just felt ripped off. I figured out what was wrong with my car, (after going and buying a new car) and then still having to pay them 300 to look at it, and "diagnose" it wrong. Maybe they have good intentions, but I just didn't get that vibe (especially when they offered to take the title as payment). I will say the car is older and would have probably had other issues, but 300 for nothing seems like a lot.

Tony has been my mechanic for 20+ years and he is the best in this town, I'm sad to be moving away but would come back to him if I came back to Craig.

Had vehicle for 6 hours for an oil change.Completed and charged for unauthorized work.Vehicle returned in worse condition than dropped off in.Would NOT recommend

Had a cv axle break coming for a deer hunt from california and they got us in and out in three hours, saved our hunt and didnt break the bank and gave us a ride back and forth to the hotel no extra charge
