Worst experiences of my life. It's hard to tally it all up. In total, 5 separate instances. The 2 worst... First my wife had her brakes changed. They didn't, still grinding. I pulled the tire off and sent it back. The worst was my transmission... I was out for several months! They ordered the wrong one 3 times and blamed it on suppliers. Charged 6k plus. Then when it's all done, got my truck and the transmission isn't working correctly... we will work you back in, in a few weeks. I Take it back after waiting again, they don't want to deal with it anymore so they tell me to go to a dealership and by the way, I pay the dealership. They inadvertently tell me the issue which requires 2 additional wires to the transmission, even though they try manipuating me that its probably something not related. I let them know that if the dealership lets me know it has to do with the transmission, then they will pay. 2 hours later they finish the repair and charge me another hour. I have been through the ringer with other mechanics in the past but this one takes the cake.

These guys/girl have been so good to me. I work out of Rawlings Wyoming and I still refuse to take my truck to anyone els other than them. I ll drive to Craig to have them work on my vehicle. They stay late to get stuff done. Always done within a timely manner. Don t make me feel like an inconvenience. Been there several times now and they NEVER disappoint. Best shop in Craig in my opinion!

I can not express how awesome Octane Auto & Specialty Services are. They really are amazing. Fast and professional not to mention affordable. I recommend them for any of your repair needs.The people here go above and beyond to ensure you get back on the road in no time.

These guys are awesome! Our car broke down while passing through town and these guys, on a Saturday, went the extra mile to get us back on the road.We were basically stranded with no way to get around and 3 small kids in the car . They drove to another town to get the part for us, and stayed with it until the job was done. Without them we would have been stranded with no wheels for the whole weekend.Thanks Bronson Brothers!
