They forgot to put in the bolts back when i came in for an oil change, so when i was driving on the highway the plastic cover over my tire fell and grinded against it. Also many missing bolts inside my engine. No wonder they were fast.

Had my oil changed here while passing through town here a few months ago. The staff was friendly but very slow in their tasks. Come to find out at my next oil change with my hometown mechanic, this place neglected to replace part of my skid plate they had removed to access the oil filter No problem guys I love buying replacement parts for a job not well done

My go-to for oil changes. Very quick, very polite, cost isn't outrageous. They do a good job of checking for other problems as well while they're at it. I always leave with a clean windshield and confidence that my riders been taken care of well.

Love them here! They are very thorough and fast, prices are extremely reasonable. Wonderful customer service as well. They even go the extra step and clean the windshield and vaccum the front for you.. And seriously, THE cleanest restrooms I've ever seen at an auto shop, or even most public places, as a female, its VERY appreciated! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

This place is a joke. What are they doing? Did they hire all the high school rejects. I saw some of those people they look like their A bunch of hillbillies. I had a problem and talk to the manager she claims that her family owns the business. Let s just say that it didn t work out. I will never bring my business back to this establishment again. I don t think these people are trustworthy. I wouldn t bother getting any service From this place. Big O tires is just down the road they do a good job. Never had a problem with those guys. I saw the manager out in public walking around. Not very professional if you ask me. They were drinking and partying I guess.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Love this place. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and fast. They communicated very well too. They even washed all my windows, I've never had anyone do that with an oil change. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful job, y'all are awesome.

First time here. Overall: excellent service, good price. When there, the thought "runs like a well oiled machine" came to mind. The employees coordinated well.Update: got the car home and found it dropping oil. Took it back. The technician said I have a stripped plug. They got an oversized plug and put it in no charge. Leak stopped.Thank you again!

For 18 years when I lived in Craig I used them to change my oil. Unfortunately, they recently changed the oil in my son's car and forgot to tighten the oil pan bolt. On his way down to Grand Junction, the bolt came out and the car ran out of oil and destroyed his engine. Upon calling the owner, my son was told that we can't prove that they were negligent. This is my son's first car and he uses it for college. Instead of doing the right thing, they chose to say you can't prove anything even though they know they were wrong. I can no longer recommend this company. I will no longer use their services when I'm in town.Thank you for teaching my son a valuable lesson about not being able to trust businesses.

When in for an oil change. They change my oil and filter along with my air filter. Checked all my fluids and air pressure on all tires. And even vacuumed my front seats. They were super friendly. I recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Car started making a nocking noise about 500 miles over the 3k miles (after I received an oil change from here). Took it to A and E tires for an oil change and they said it was very low on oil. The guy that did my oil change showed me the oil sticker from here. They wrote 4.5 L of oil when it requires 6 L. Not cool. My car has stopped making the awful noise as well.

I don't know how good was the service for other customers but the service to my car it was REALLY BAD!!!! I was driving my car normally and my car showed the oil low light and I checked my car IT HAD NOT OIL ON THE ENGINE AND IT WAS A REALLY BAD OIL LEAK :(
