My 22 GMC Denali broke down in Cortez Co. With 7000 miles on it, on Jun 2 2023.It needed the engine replaced which took 4 months.It was shipped to Bellingham Washington at the end of Seopt.When I picked it up it had a dead battery, and had to be charged.I drove it 40 miles and it died at an intersection and would not start. After about 10 minuets it started again and I got it home.While on the phone with On Star I got an error code on the dash saying engine will shut down in 4 minutes. I turned it off and the radiator was boiling over.I had On Star pick it up and took it to a GM dealer . In the mean time I called Webb s service department and spoke to the service manager. I told him what happened and his was response was, I m not surprised GM told him that some trucks blow up after a couple on hundred miles again.I received a call from the dealer looking at it and they found that the ground strap was loose, causing the radiator fans not to come on . That caused the overheating in traffic.Also they forgot to secure sme of the wiring snd stripped a header manifold stud.I called Webb and sent them the work order and pictures of my dash showing the overheating, with no response.I finally got hold of the CEO of Webb and he denied that his mechanic made any mistakes.He would take any responsibility.Everyone can make a mistake, just own up to it. There mistake cost me $25000.00

Excellent Services, I lost my keys to a 2015 Escalade and these guys had my keys on oder and got them installed in less than a week ! SHOUT OUT TO PARTS AND SERVICE ! y'all rock!

The service department was incredibly helpful! Had an emergency situation with my 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 Duramax and called ahead to service at Keetch Motors, and even though they were booked out about two weeks in advance, they told me to still come by so they could check my air filter and run the scanner for codes. Super impressed with their friendly service and their willingness to help!

We highly recommend Steve Keetch. My husband and I are highly skeptical of car dealerships because of pushy, forceful salesmen. It makes us want to run the other direction. Also, so many dealerships have so many add-ons and hidden fees. Not so with Steve Keetch.Caleb, our salesman, was wonderful, down to earth, and listened to what we were looking for. And Jeff Keetch was professional and explained the financing in simple, understandable terms with us. Before we left this morning, my husband prayed with me ... and we found, at Steve Keetch, the perfect vehicle for us. Thank you God. Thank you Caleb and Jeff. We will definitely recommend you to others.

Took my car to get fixed as it got hit. After I got the insurance part figured out it took over 1 month to actually get it fixed and back to me. After I got it back there were some nasty cuts in my steering wheel Michele wouldn t do anything about and was extremely rude and hateful towards me after I asked her to look at them. The body shop guy was extremely stand-off as if he didn t do it. Customer service with the Body Shop and specifically Michele (body shop manager) is awful, good luck trying to work with them.

We started having car problems around Dove Creek, our truck was sputtering and running rough. We walked into the Steve Keetch Motors, Inc. and we're treated to exceptional friendly, courteous, and honest service. They helped determine that an airfilter was all that was needed and we were on our way to continue our journey in 20 minutes at little expense. We highly recommend Steve Keetch Motors, Inc.!! Bought a used Jeep from these guys while on the road thousands of miles from home. I had never purchased from a dealer before and was nervous, but Richard Z , Houston, and Steve negotiated a fair price and then took care of absolutely everything. Z was my main contact and was available at the drop of a hat for any questions I had. He even responded from home to a question I asked after hours! These guys made the process fun and easy and I was able to drive my beautiful new-to-me Jeep (freshly detailed) off the lot the same day, which was important because I was leaving the next day for a cross-country tour. 4k miles in two weeks and the Jeep is running perfectly. Thanks, guys!

I travel all over the country working remotely and this is by far the best dealership I have visited to have my truck serviced. From Tim in the service department to Aaron the Technician, top notch. My truck was returned to me clean with no greasy finger prints on it! Thank you guys for the awesome service!

Billy was like a breath of fresh air. He made it happen for us unlike any other dealership we have been to. The experience was like no other. He took time to get to know us and he was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Billy to just about anyone I know who is looking to purchase a vehicle, now and in the future. He is very nice guy!!!Billy has help us find the vehicle and features we wanted. It's a 2019 chevy silverado 4wd. Crew cab, nice interior and very roomy. The whole experience was awesome!!! Everyone was friendly. Billy is definitely the guy u want when you are ready to buy a vehicle.

Our water pump went out while passing through the area. Everyone at Steve Keetch Motors stepped up to help us. We were provided a loaner, along with advice on what to see while in the area (Mesa Verde NP is great!). In less than 24 hours, the part had been ordered, and installed, and we were on our way. Car dealerships sometimes get a bad rap, but these folks belied every stereotype. They truly saved our vacation, and we will always be grateful.

It wasn't a big deal, but being as we are from out of state (Florida), nobody likes seeing any kind of warning light come on. So, I took my truck down to Keetch Motors in Cortez, and they got my issue squared away. I appreciate you guys for that.

Had an appt for bodywork. They had neglected to put me on their calendar so drove down w/another driver/car to take me home, spent 1 1/2 following accident for them to do their estimate and luckily found another bodyshop to do the work. Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

This place is the best in Colorado. So nice, I'm a scout and our van broke down, immediately they helped us out same day, fast and easy it's amazing, they also gave us the wifi password and access to outlets for our phones!

Paid over $10 more for the same amount of DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) than what I pay for the same exact products in St George and blew me off rather rudley when I asked if they offered a Veteran's discount... They don't!

For having the worst service . No repair for my lemon, my zr2 has been in for repair seven times in one year, worst service department ,lousy mechanic that drove my truck around and told me nothing was wrong with my zr2 ,safety violations ,no exhaust brake on diesel with towing package sucks. Mechanic lousy

Tom is very unprofessional!! Sales consultant was negligent and lacks customer service. Don t waste your time or money here. There is better more professional dealerships out there. If I had the choice I wouldn t leave a star to be quite honest they don t deserve it!!

I am from out of town, my car started hard shifting, they help reset codes ,and topped off my transmissions fliud, and got me working and back on the road, and didnt even charge me!! A Big thanks and shout out to Clint and his service department!!!
