I have used Sun Glass in the past and have had good experiences with them. However, this time it was not so good. They did replace my front windshield and that appears to be satisfactorily in place but they left grease, oil or dirt on the inside of my vehicle. I have tried to get it out but can't. I guess I'll try and auto detail place to see if they can have any success at this. Sun Glass really needs to have their technicians be more careful or put something in the vehicle to protect the interior. Also, I brought my car into the shop around 1:00 and they said it would be ready about 3:00. I walked into town and had lunch and came back but it was not ready at 3:00. It was ready at 4:50. I know these things can take time but if they would have told me it was going to take this long I would have had someone pick me up and then drop me back around 4:45.Update 4-7-2023. In working with the manager Jennifer, they offered and replaced the part that was smudged since we could not get the stain out. I really appreciate the effort they made to rectify the situation.

Professional, timely, and good work/service. The front office staff are pleasant and efficient. The unavoidable stars in our windshield are almost invisible. God work!

Very nice over the phone. Hopefully will have them get a new shower door in. They did my bathrooms years ago and one shower needs some upgrading. Got an appointment with them quickly when I called.

Had the driver's side window replaced. Service was great but the window won't stay up. When powered up it goes 1/2 way back down once it reaches the top. Sun Glass is having me bring it back in to troubleshoot.Service: Auto side window replacementService: Auto side window replacement

Took in our truck for a chip in the windshield they gave us a price, "repaired" it and sent us on our way. The NEXT DAY the windshield had cracked. They didn't bother to drill the holes at the edges to terminate the cracks. There's no guarantee or warranty on the work. They offered to take the $35 charge off of a full replacement windshield but even after that they were more expensive than other places in town that we got bids from. We will not use them again.Response to owner:I don't know what your policies are but your employees are not following them. My husband checked the chip more than once there were no holes drilled at each side of the crack to prevent spreading. We can see the glue. No holes. And if you actually care about customer service, maybe train your front people not to respond with "But we already ordered the part" instead of "how can we keep your business." And of course not doing anything until a 1-star review is posted. We will take our business elsewhere.

I can finally see through instead of looking through a broken line in front of my view. Thank you guys for replacing my windshield. This place has a friendly vibe, clean restroom & waiting room. I paid $40 to get a chip in my windshield fixed and don't notice any difference. The chip did not get filled with resin. I could feel the chip after the supposed repair. Now a crack is running across the windshield. Total waste of $40. Don't waste your money on a chip repair. At least at this shop. I suggest taking your vehicle to the experts. Safelite!

Service was for replacement of Ford F-150 windshield including recalibration of rain & lane departure sensors. Installer noticed a small clam shaped chip on top edge which sales/receptionist informed us about. Would prefer to have un-chipped glass replacement but will think about when we might have time to do this process again.

The experience was great. I got there on time and was told it would take between an hour n half to 2hrs. From the time I walked in and drove off wit a new windshield, was 1 n a half hours As well as having a lifetime rock chip repair on the windshield, is worth the short wait. The price was also less than I was expecting. You won't be disappointed on this choice

Passing through on a road trip and got a massive windshield chip we needed sealed before we continued on. An auto parts place recommended Sun Glass and they were amazing! We weren t trying to spend the whole day in Cortez and these folks got us in and out in under 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend for quick chip repairs! Thank you Sun Glass!

I went there to get a piece of glass for a bathroom remodel. The girl who helped me was on it because I needed a particular style of glass. The store didn't have a big enough piece so she was going to contact the Farmington store. She happily took my info but I never heard from her again. Guess I'll go down the road.....

Just AWESOME! I feel I have paid a fair price for the product and received exceptional installation craftsmanship as a bonus. Had several windows replaced on my adobe/ straw bale home. This is an approachable team that listened to me and delivered on time and budget, no surprises.
