Rentz took care of my rental needs on short notice and made it incredible easy. Tonya at the office helped coordinate pick and drop off right at the Cortez airport parking lot, where I was arriving. Had car trouble and needed a rental last-minute in Cortez. Got the last car available from Rentz. They brought the car to me, and the customer service was outstanding. Clean car, plus good advice for things to see and do while in Cortez. Would absolutely rent from them again.

Rachel bailed us (and several others) out when Enterprise cancelled our reservation the day before we were to pick up our car. We had made the reservation weeks beforeand confirmed severaltimes. Here on vacation from New Orleans. Rachel saved our trip!

Rentz LLC provided me with great customer service! The company had the vehicle at the ready and parked upon my arrival to the Cortez airport preventing me to have to line up a ride into town to pick it up. This was a great service! I will most definitely rent from this company again.
