Had a trailer tire shed its tread and took out the mud flap with it (by Wilson'sArch). Waited over 10 hours for Love's to come, but when they said it would be at least another 8 hours the company called Four States and they got the tire changed out in a couple of hours. Tom was very nice, and even though they didn't have any mud flaps, I was placed in service quickly. I couldn't be happier to be back on the road, thanks to Tom and Four States.

These guys were so helpful! We have a 33ft class a motorhome, and were worried the front tires. They came out jacked it up and checked the tires. Gave us some guidance on when we need to change the tires and what was wrong. They were honest, and didn't charge us anything. Highly recommend!!!

Blowing thru town (literally) and saw this shop. I had two rear leaking and decided to stop in. Great guys, minimal wait time for a quick repair of leaking valve extenders. Most happy with the service, and the price to boot. Stop in locals you got a gem here.

It's the worst customer service I experienced with this shop with a real bad attitude personnel and I don't know maybe because I have an accent other than theirs because I didn't see them treating the real Americans that way totally different. That's is really sad when I run into these situations in the country I have been living in for 45 years. SAD

Have had really great experiences with these guys! They have great prices, get the job done quick, and have serviced a number of my family's vehicles. Got one of the best tire balances and alignments there for my FJ Cruiser with 35" tires, they have done other things for us too like put together front strut assemblies for a Ford Raptor, replace lower control arm bolts, and even installed tires on our 4-wheeler. Very pleased with the work they do!

Four States Service was great. We are traveling from Texas to see Mesa Verde and our back brakes went out while driving thru the park. Four States worked us into their schedule and completed the repair within a couple of hours when other shops were booked up and would not help. Thanks for excellent service! Wayne

The service was fabulous, met every expectation. Tyson was wonderful in obtaining the tires we needed within our travel schedule and got us back on the road with peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I had a huge nail in my tire and brought it here. Although I was a tad sceptical because of my tire size, to my surprise they had it. They got me in as soon as they could and I was back on the road. Service has always been friendly and quick. Staff are always giving suggestions and will listen to your concerns and are attentive. Waiting area is comfortable, television to watch and there's always coffee up. They are located behind McDonald's. I'll be definitely be coming here for my vehicle needs. Thank you so much.

I tried to find their contact information online, so that I could provide feedback directly, but there is no email listed on their website.I can t speak for everyone who has used this company, but my experience at the Cortez location was a nightmare. I asked them to keep me updated with progress and anticipated expenses, and found myself calling them week after week to check-in because they weren t reaching out to me. They had my vehicle for over a month and when I showed up, there was damage to the back of my vehicle that they claimed they knew nothing about. Then when they rang me up, they charged me over $400 than what they told me it would cost when I spoke to them over the phone. When I shared that with them, the man working walked me through my invoice and said that was the cost. I could see that, but asked to speak to the man who initially quoted me since I would never have approved the work for that much. They were understanding and brought him out, and he acknowledged he quoted me incorrectly because he did not factor in labor and apologized. I was in disbelief, as my bill was over $2000, and so he gave me a small discount and said that s all I have the authority to do. Mistakes happen, but all businesses have the ability to rectify their wrongdoings and Four Tires did not.Incredibly disappointing and I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I love the services I have gone to Four States Tire and Service for. Very friendly employees and their customer service is outstanding. Also very understanding of issues and are able to do everything they can to fix any issue we have. Definitely would keep them in mind if anymore issues arise in the future.

If pay phones were still a thing the quarter it would cost you to call this location would be worth more than the service you won t get when the on call roadside emergency after hours staff doesn t answer calls! Why have employees on the payroll who will not answer the roadside emergency calls?This is a very poorly managed store call the Farmington location they answer the phones!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff will go out of their way to ensure a happy customer. My SUV had a safety issue, it was explained clearly and multiple solutions were offered. They were able to locate and order a replacement part and it was delivered and installed very quickly.

I've always had excellent service and care from everyone up here. I'm not given a run around and I'm always given timely service. It is nice to have trusted and reliable help in Cortez.

I always have a great experience at the Cortez location. Tyler and his staff take great care of my vehicles! I am a former employee and can say from experience the crew works extremely hard to met the demands of all the customers. They bend over backwards to make the experience a good one. Now as a customer I see first hand that the experience I received as an employee didn t change when I left. Robby and Matt strive to make Four States Tire a family oriented business right down to the customer!

I can t see enough positive things about the service at four states!My experience of auto shops has mostly been that they try to take advantage of me...not here.I was given an incredible deal and treated very well. These guys saved me so I wasn t stranded in Cortez! Super grateful, come here for service with a heart :)

I have been going here for all my car maintenance for 3 years. I am am extremely satisfied with the quality and service I have received. They have even fit me in with no notice when I popped a tire just down the street. Prices are fair. I've never felt like they were taking advantage of me though I'm not very handy or knowledgeable about automotives.

These guys rescued us from a pretty sketchy situation with a rented RV while on vacation in the Four Corners area. They found the issue quickly, repaired it in a very reasonable time frame, and got us on the road the next morning. They even transported us to a local hotel for the night while the vehicle was repaired. Thanks to Dave for his expertise and Rob for the rides!

Had a steer tire on my truck pick up a screw, causing a flat, service technician Tom came out, very friendly and professional, had me back on the road rather swiftly, got here in less time than quoted, made quick work. Not to mention it s Mother s Day.

Store and shop is very clean! Bathroom (mens) was excellent! When i asked about steel tire valves, they understood what they were!! So nice... :pThe nice guy who did my tire repair also was kind enough to share what happened. He also explained my issue with replacing the valves now. Dang... oh well.I will be continuing to come here for things.

Would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced in any form at this shop. Had my ac serviced and 3 days later there s refrigerant EVERYWHERE under the hood. And these guys at four states will not even take a look at the car without charging me or insulting me. My experience with this company left me with more issues with my vehicle than ever before, and I paid them 150 dollars to do it too. NOT a reputable or diligent shop, would rate 0 of 5 stars if possible. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Called about tires was told they had some in stock when arriving everything went well front desk said it shouldn t take to long waited 2 hours before someone told me my vehicle hasn t even been touched decided to get the tires and mount them else where

We were traveling through and needed some front end work done - - - we thought. We made an appointment. These folks test drove and looked over our rig and let us know we were OK to carry on our summer trip safely. When we went to pay they let us know that the service they provided was without charge. I don't know if they will always keep this policy so please don't give them a hard time for free inspections! We interacted with 4 people in the business and all of them were really solid upstanding people. I wish we had this shop at home.

My sister in law had a trailer tire blow out. Her spare was low and we needed someplace quick. No one had her tire size until we called these guys. They had four.Four States was 10 minutes from closing but got us in anyway. You could tell they wanted to go home but they stilled smiled and performed excellent service! They were quick and the job was done well. The manager still shook our hand and smiled while telling us to drive safely as we left.Their shop is very clean inside and out. I wish they had a Four States where I live. Thank you guys...

It sounds like this store is good at fixing flats, but if you need more, read this: 2 years ago, I bought 4 "Sailun" branded tires for my 1 ton pickup truck. I've put 10,000 miles on them and the tires are worn out. 3 weeks ago, I was travelling and didn't feel comfortable with the rear tires' tread depth so I replaced the rear tires with Michelins. The front tires have checking so bad I can barely stay on the road. This shop knows of my problem, but has done nothing to stand behind their junk tires. I dropped off the replaced rear tires. I've called several times. My problem is being completely ignored. Supposedly they send the tires off to be "tested" to see if their 40,000 mile tires should be completely worn out after 10,000 miles. My sister works for a large tire distributor in Chicago. She says she is surprised they would have sold me this tire as the whole industry is aware the Sailun tire is junk. I can't even get a price from them on new Michelins that I still need on the front. Unless you only need a tire plug, stay away from this bunch.

Friendly shop! Guys there got me in within 5 days for a front inspection on brakes. Needed new rotars and pads. Had car back same day all fixed! Prices were fair!

We had a rotor and pad totally go bad about a year after they were installed. Made an appt, started the process on time and within a couple hours we left with those items being replaced at no charge to us. They honored their guarantee. We were very happy!

I had to have a myriad of work done here after a deer and I played 'chicken.' I gotta tell you, I would travel hundreds of miles to have work done here again, if it were ever necessary. Kris, Anthony, and the other fellas here at Four States are friendly, professional, and beyond competent. It took about a day and a half to get everything done, and it was done right.I want to mention that they will fully inspect your car here, for free, and then discuss your options with you in a low pressure environment. The staff here is caring and professional, and more importantly they are *honest.*Lastly I want to mention that throughout my stay here in Cortez I have discussed with several people my car issues, etc, and I have been asked several times where I was getting the work done. When I said "Four States" I was commended on my decision *every time.*

This is the best Tire Company in Town. Very fair, very good service. Been going for years. Mr Wright has done a good job and has the best employees. I sure like them every time I take my car in. I feel I can trust them and that counts for 100% of going there. Thanks Four Tires
