Came into town to visit the local parks but had a car battery thatwouldn't hold a charge any longer. It was under warranty but purchased in another state.Val exchanged the battery, which was purchased in Marquette Michigan, without question and actually helped me install it in my vehicle.Thank you for helping out a perfect stranger and giving me "regular" customer service.
