I had a pretty mixed bag experience with Aces recently.Pros: They are very friendly and were ready for me when I arrived. They were able to get my trailer in/out same day, which I very much appreciated as I was trying to beat a storm and get on the road.Cons: Overall bill was much higher than I was expecting... about double what was quoted on the phone. For a bearing repack on a double axle horse trailer they charged $460, which (apparently) didn't include parts or labor. So what... exactly... did that $460 cover? I still had to pay for an hour of shop time ($120) and $100 of parts, bringing the total on the repack to over $675. Just as a sanity check... I had another double-axle horse trailer repacked at a different trailer shop this week for $295 total.I also asked their tech to replace/evaluate some running lights on the trailer. He replaced some lights (just the plug and play running light kits) and charged me $100 plus time - they still didn't work when I drove it off the lot. The tech did a lot of talking about how it was "probably the whole wiring harness" and there was "no way to troubleshoot these aluminum trailers, and it was probably a much bigger job"... etc. - he quoted a full re-wire at $1500.Again, took the trailer to another shop and their guys replaced a switch and got all the lights working/grounded in about half an hour... cost me like $50.I'm sure Ace's are fine for rentals etc. - but I was honestly pretty bummed and feel like I kinda got hustled.

ACES Auto and Trailer were awesome. Super competent, super engaged to help us out with our broken trailer brake on our Airstream. Customer service was awesome, they ordered the part, kept me informed all the way, were greatly accommodating and were super trustworthy with the pricing. Def recommend.

I was traveling from Arizona to New York with my little vintage travel trailer when I had an issue. I wasn't able to see what was happening but I knew it wasn't good by the noise. I managed to get to Cortez CO and stopped at several shops to see if they could check to see what the issue was and fix it. No luck, either they didn't work on trailers or they were to busy to look.That was until I got to Aces Auto and Trailers. The folks there were fantastic. They found my many issues, ordered the parts and even rented me space to stay in my camper while we wait for the parts to come in.This place and all the people working there were wonderful and helpful.I would recommend this place to anyone.Thank you Aces Auto & Trailers.

Great place, the employee are always helpful and provide excellent service. When they are unable to help at the moment, they take the time to go find what is needed, then call me back with the information. This is very helpful when looking for a tractor, vehicle, trailer or parts. Thank you all for being so welcoming and helpful.

I am not pleased. The pickup I purchased was never checked out. The front end had to be completely rebuilt, all the gearbox fluids were never checked of filled. The transfercase is bad and the trany is going out. All I was told that it may need a idler arm because there was a little slack in the steering. Huh. It was a lot worse than that.I realize it was a as is sale. But the least you could have done was check the gear boxes and ad oils when they were completely dry and wash the undercarriage it was so filthy a person couldn't tell where anything was including oil leaks and busted cases. I was not told to have it checked out and I checked it out after three trips to the car wash. Discussing customer service. You deserve the 1star.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful folks at Aces. They fixed our travel trailer in one hour. They truly saved us a whole day of aggravation. Luke is excellent and super efficient. They go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Thank you!
